Abstract

本发明涉及一种手持式顶起机构,更具体地涉及一种用于手持式工具的下降机构,该手持式工具用于使用填缝枪顶起机构顶起和调平物体。
背景技术
填缝枪在工具行业是众所周知的,且已经在市场上销售了几十年。它们包括例如在US 4009804中描述的泵送或顶起机构。这种机构便宜且易于生产且在操作时具有最小摩擦。
发明人发明了一种使用填缝枪顶起机构顶起和调平物体的手持工具。填缝枪顶起机构是一种单向顶起系统。可以用这种顶起机构沿顶起轴向上顶起框架。当框架被释放时,它会沿着顶起轴不受控制地“下落”。本发明将以可调节的步进方式控制框架沿填缝枪顶起机构的顶起轴的向下运动。
发明内容
本发明描述了一种用于手持式顶起工具的下降机构,手持式顶起工具包括:顶起框架、顶起轴以及填缝枪顶起机构,填缝枪顶起机构包括至少一个偏向打开状态的顶起板以及至少一个保持板,保持板位于顶起板的上方且偏向抓握状态。下降机构包括保持板顶部的下降板,下降板在未启动时平行于保持板。下降机构进一步包括推杆、在朝向操作手柄的后端将推杆连接到下降板的铰接附件以及枢转结构,枢转结构在距铰链附件向后一段距离处连接到推杆或保持板。下降机构进一步包括弹簧,弹簧将下降板偏向保持板。当推杆被向下推动并绕枢转结构枢转时,下降板被抬起并抓握住顶起轴,进而推动保持板向下并将其从顶起轴上松开,然后将框架沿顶起轴向下移动一段距离,直到保持板达到使其停止抵靠顶起轴同时下降板仍夹住顶起轴的角度。

具体实施方式
我们将以如图1所示的从上到下的方向并且后部指向用户的方式来描述本发明。如图1所示,后部为操作手柄7的一侧,前部为相反侧(即支脚所指的方向)。
本发明描述了用于手持式顶起工具的下降机构12,手持式顶起工具包括顶起框架11、顶起轴3以及填缝枪顶起机构。从图1和图2可以看出,该顶起机构通常包括至少一个偏向打开状态的顶起板1以及位于顶起板1的上方且偏向锁定状态的保持板2。这些板可沿顶起轴3移动并且能够抓握住顶起轴3。具有一个以上的板可能是有益的,例如两个或三个平行的板(如图9a和9b所示)。这将减少顶起轴和板的磨损并延长机构的使用寿命,它还将提供更好的抓握力,因为接触将在多个接触区域进行。为了获得这种效果,孔必须具有相同的尺寸。
在填缝枪顶起机构中沿顶起轴移动的板1、2包括比顶起轴的横截面稍大的孔。当板与顶起轴成直角时,板沿轴自由移动。当板与顶起轴成不同角度时,板将抓握并锁定到顶起轴。这是填缝枪顶起机构的主要原理。在本文中,我们将这两种状态称为打开状态(直角)和抓握状态(非直角)。当我们在本文中描述不同的板l、2、4时,我们将自动假设提供一个合适的孔(如图9a所示)以配合顶起轴。
根据本发明的下降机构包括位于保持板2顶部的下降板4,当下降板4未启动时,该下降板4处于与保持板相同的抓握状态。这对应于下降板与保持板平行的状态。然后下降机构将处于如图7a所示的位置。
下降板由推杆5启动,该推杆5在朝向操作手柄7的后端通过铰链附件6连接到下降板,其中推杆围绕连接至推杆或保持板的枢转结构8从铰链附件向后枢转一段距离,当杆被向下推动时,使下降板4抓握住顶起轴3。如图7b所示,当下降板抓握住顶起轴时,操作员进一步推动杆5,从而将向下推动保持板并将其从顶起轴上松开。这将允许框架沿顶起轴向下移动一段距离,直到保持板达到使保持板停止抵靠顶起轴3同时下降板仍抓握住轴的角度。这使下降板和保持板之间留有一定距离。如图7c所示,如果下降板和保持板上的顶起轴的孔具有相同的尺寸,则这两个板也将大致平行。框架已经沿着顶起轴向下移动了一段距离(该距离由杆的枢转动作确定),同时下降板4阻止框架进一步向下移动。框架移动的距离与图7c中看到的平行的下降板和保持板之间的距离非常接近。这对应于臂在铰链附件6和枢转结构8之间、从推杆5导致下降板抓握住顶起轴的位置开始的角运动的垂直分量。当推杆5被释放时,弹簧9迫使下降板朝向保持板向下,从而下降机构回到图7a中所示的位置。
如图5所示,杆5的枢转动作由位于下降板前端的第一枢转点P1、铰链附件6H1和与枢转结构8相关联的第二枢转点P2和最后施加在杆上的力和杆臂的长度确定。如图5所示,P1、P2、H1和Fl的位置分布很难计算,必须进行测试和试验。如果距离H1-P2相对于距离P1-H1和P2-F1太大,则该机构将像旧版本一样简单地释放框架。如果距离H1-P2相对于距离P1-H1和P2-F1太小,则机构12将不会被启动。然而,臂的长度和枢转点的位置必须使得在推杆5上使用以导致下降板4抓握住顶起轴3的启动力必须小于释放保持板2所需的力。该启动力还必须抵消将下降板保持向下的弹簧9的力。因此,在枢转点8后方的推杆的长度必须比枢转点8和铰链附件6之间的距离更长,优选地大于该距离的两倍。
下降板由弹簧9保持在一个位置,在该位置下降板朝向保持板至少偏向下降板的前侧。弹簧的两个实施例如图5和图6所示。一个是M形弹簧片,另一个是半M形弹簧片。有利地,如图8所示,弹簧由保持结构13保持在适当的位置上,通过该保持结构13,保持板将如图3和4,特别是图8所示适配,从而将弹簧保持在保持板上。在一个实施例中,弹簧是M形弹簧板9,该弹簧板9具有用于顶起轴的孔和用于顶起轴每一侧的相应M形支腿处的保持板的孔。
下降机构对弹簧9的强度和位置不是很敏感,弹簧9的主要目的是将下降板向下推回保持板。然而,我们发现最好避免将力的中心定位得离铰链附件6太近。优选地,如图中所见,力的中心定位在下降板的中心之前。
升降机构对顶起轴前后侧与保持板2和下降板4的孔之间的间隙敏感。这个距离应该小于1mm,优选地在0.02mm和0.3mm之间。更大的轴允许更大的间隙。如果间隙太大,保持板的抓握力会减弱,如果间隙太小,则容易卡住。
在一个实施例中,如图3、4所示,推杆的后端和作为保持板2的延伸部分的释放杆10彼此并排放置,以便于通过操作者的拇指进行操作。
在一实施例中,枢转结构8可在后前方向和/或上下方向上移动以调节向下移动的距离和/或补偿顶起轴和/或保持板的磨损和撕裂。

1.一种用于手持式顶起工具(20)的下降机构(12),所述手持式顶起工具包括:顶起框架(11)、顶起轴(3)以及填缝枪顶起机构,所述填缝枪顶起机构包括至少一个偏向打开状态的顶起板(1)以及至少一个保持板(2),所述保持板(2)位于所述顶起板(1)的上方且偏向抓握状态,其中,所述下降机构(12)包括:
