the function control unit item 1104 generates data interaction with the remote networking monitoring element 28 through the networking function, and sends instruction data to the integrated processing chip 24 through the remote networking monitoring element 28, and the function control unit item 1104 is respectively used for timing setting modification of the timing unit 210, steering instruction control of the steering motor 45, and angle rotation adjustment instruction control of the two speed reducing motors 51.

when the thermal imaging monitor 41 captures and scans an abnormal high-temperature area type in a scene, the steering motor 45 stops to lock a picture to a current scene angle, the night vision camera 42 provides scene picture information at the moment, the integrated processing chip 24 receives data to start judging the early warning condition of a fire, a monitoring person receives the early warning information on the local server 110 and starts to inform security personnel to quickly arrive at the site for processing in a communication mode of telephone, interphone and broadcast by means of the fire-proof scheduling unit item 1103, the alarm timing pusher 21 enters a countdown state within set timing, if the security personnel safely processes the early risk of the fire in the countdown state, the manual reset 6 is pressed to control the reset unit 211 to trigger, the timer unit 210 is forcibly restarted and reset, otherwise, the processing is not performed in time, and after the timing is finished, a signal is directly transmitted to the fire alarm processor 22 through the data transmitter 27 to alarm and perform alarm And processing, or directly controlling the fire alarm processor 22 to perform alarm processing by monitoring personnel under the condition that security personnel do not arrive in time, or directly controlling the fire alarm processor 22 to perform alarm processing by the monitoring personnel when the spreading speed of the fire exceeds controllable speed.
