In another embodiment, the system further comprises: a participant information base;
and the participant information base is used for inputting or modifying personnel information of personnel, and the personnel information comprises the positions of the participants.
The meeting personnel information base is provided in the embodiment, and can be understood as ERP software, wherein the positions of the meeting personnel can be recorded, and the communication addresses of the information receiving equipment can also be recorded, so that meeting information is sent to the information receiving equipment of the meeting personnel through the communication addresses to inform the meeting personnel.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the internal data configuration of the conference room reservation system in another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, in the system, the specific table library may be further configured to:
1) meeting room information base: the information table related to the conference room is stored, and includes a conference room time state table (including an idle state, an available time period, and the like), a conference room seat information table (including the number of conference room seats, that is, the number of people can be accommodated), a conference room position information table (including the building, the area, and the like where the conference room is located), a conference room theme information table (including a built-in conference room applicable theme, an available multimedia situation), and the like.
2) An employee information base: and the information tables related to the employees are stored, and comprise an employee basic information table (erp, basic information of affiliated departments, jobs, department ages and the like) and an employee position information table (mainly floors and areas where the employee workstations are located).
3) Available conference room temporary information table: the temporary table which is created from the beginning of inquiry shows available meeting rooms according to the inquiry conditions of the user according to the ordered table with the priority level arranged from high to low, and the fields comprise sequencing serial numbers, names of the meeting rooms, floors, areas, position codes, the number of accommodated people, multimedia, available time periods and the like. And updating the ordered list every time a query condition is input, taking the query result of each step as the input of the next query, updating the temporary list on the basis, and obtaining a final optional list after all the conditions are recorded.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a conference room reservation apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. In another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the present application further provides a conference reservation apparatus, comprising:
a receiving module 101, configured to receive a scheduled meeting time of a meeting;
an obtaining module 102, configured to obtain at least one item of available meeting room information from preset meeting room state data according to the scheduled meeting time, where the meeting room state data includes at least one item of meeting room information, each item of meeting room information is state information that correspondingly represents a meeting room, and the available meeting room information is meeting room information that is in an unoccupied state in the scheduled meeting time;
the calculation module 103 is configured to perform quantitative calculation according to each item of available meeting room information through a predetermined number of participants and positions of the participants to obtain an evaluation score corresponding to a full seat rate and a meeting trip distance, where the meeting room information includes seat numbers and meeting room positions, the full seat rate is a ratio of the number of the participants to the seat numbers, and the meeting trip distance is a total distance between each position of the participants and the meeting room position; calculating according to the full seat rate and the assessment score corresponding to the meeting trip distance and a preset weight to obtain an assessment total score;
the ranking module 104 is configured to rank the at least one item of available meeting information according to the evaluation total score to obtain a recommendation sequence;
and the reservation module 105 is configured to reserve a conference room corresponding to the available conference room information according to the recommendation sequence.
The present application also provides a conference reservation apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a processor and a memory;
an application program executable by the processor is stored in the memory for causing the processor to perform the steps of the conference reservation method.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the conference reservation method.
The computer readable storage medium stores instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps in the intelligent customer service response method as described above. In practical applications, the computer readable medium may be included in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments, or may exist alone without being assembled into the apparatus/device/system.
According to embodiments disclosed herein, the computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, which may include, for example and without limitation: a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing, without limiting the scope of the present disclosure. In the embodiments disclosed herein, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various combinations and/or combinations of features recited in the various embodiments and/or claims of the present disclosure can be made, even if such combinations or combinations are not explicitly recited in the present application. Claims (10)

1. A method for reserving a conference room, the method comprising:
receiving a scheduled meeting time for the meeting;
acquiring at least one item of available meeting room information from preset meeting room state data according to the preset meeting time, wherein the meeting room state data comprises at least one item of meeting room information, each item of meeting room information is state information which correspondingly expresses a meeting room, and the available meeting room information is meeting room information which is in an unoccupied state in the preset meeting time;
respectively carrying out quantitative calculation according to each item of available meeting room information through the preset number of participants and the positions of the participants to obtain an assessment score corresponding to a full seat rate and a participant trip distance, wherein the meeting room information comprises the number of seats and the position of a meeting room, the full seat rate is the ratio of the number of the participants to the number of the seats, and the participant trip distance is the total distance between each position of the participants and the position of the meeting room;
calculating according to the full seat rate and the assessment score corresponding to the meeting trip distance and a preset weight to obtain an assessment total score;
sequencing the at least one item of available meeting information according to the evaluation total score to obtain a recommendation sequence;
and reserving meeting rooms corresponding to the available meeting room information according to the recommendation sequence.
2. The method for reserving a meeting room according to claim 1, wherein the reserving a meeting room corresponding to the available meeting room information for a predetermined meeting time according to the recommendation sequence comprises: and selecting item available meeting information from the recommendation sequence according to a preset selection operation of a user, wherein the target available meeting information is the selected available meeting room information, and a meeting room corresponding to the target available meeting information is used as a preset meeting room.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the step of calculating an evaluation total score according to the evaluation scores corresponding to the full seat rate and the travel distance of the participating conference according to a predetermined weight, the method further comprises:
receiving a weight adjusting instruction;
and adjusting the preset weight according to the weight adjusting instruction.
4. The meeting room reservation method of claim 1, wherein after the step of ordering the at least one item of available meeting information according to the evaluation total score to obtain a recommendation sequence, the method comprises:
and adjusting the recommendation sequence of the available meeting room information according to preset meeting room conditions.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein before the step of receiving the scheduled meeting time for the meeting, the method further comprises:
receiving input scheduled meeting information according to a scheduled input mode, wherein the scheduled meeting information at least comprises scheduled meeting time and participant information, and the participant information comprises the positions of the participants;
after the step of reserving the conference room corresponding to the available conference room information according to the recommendation sequence is performed, the method further includes:
and sending the meeting room information corresponding to the target meeting room to information receiving equipment of the participants, wherein the target meeting room is a preset meeting room.
6. A meeting room reservation system, the system comprising: information receiving equipment of a predetermined system and participants;
the reservation system is used for receiving a reservation meeting time of a meeting; reserving meeting time; acquiring at least one item of available meeting room information from preset meeting room state data according to the preset meeting time, wherein the meeting room state data comprises at least one item of meeting room information, each item of meeting room information is state information which correspondingly expresses a meeting room, and the available meeting room information is meeting room information which is in an unoccupied state in the preset meeting time; respectively carrying out quantitative calculation according to each item of available meeting room information through the preset number of participants and the positions of the participants to obtain an assessment score corresponding to a full seat rate and a participant trip distance, wherein the meeting room information comprises the number of seats and the position of a meeting room, the full seat rate is the ratio of the number of the participants to the number of the seats, and the participant trip distance is the total distance between each position of the participants and the position of the meeting room; calculating according to the full seat rate and the assessment score corresponding to the meeting trip distance and a preset weight to obtain an assessment total score; sequencing the at least one item of available meeting information according to the evaluation total score to obtain a recommendation sequence; reserving meeting rooms corresponding to the available meeting room information according to the recommendation sequence;
the information receiving device is configured to receive the meeting room information corresponding to the target meeting room, where the target meeting room is a predetermined meeting room.
7. The meeting room reservation system of claim 6, further comprising: a participant information base;
and the participant information base is used for inputting or modifying personnel information of personnel, and the personnel information comprises the positions of the participants.
8. A meeting room reservation apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the scheduled meeting time of the meeting;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain at least one item of available meeting room information from preset meeting room state data according to the scheduled meeting time, where the meeting room state data includes at least one item of meeting room information, each item of meeting room information is state information that correspondingly represents a meeting room, and the available meeting room information is meeting room information that is in an unoccupied state in the scheduled meeting time;
the calculation module is used for respectively carrying out quantitative calculation on the number of participants and the positions of the participants according to the available meeting room information to obtain assessment scores corresponding to a full seat rate and a meeting trip distance, wherein the meeting room information comprises seat numbers and meeting room positions, the full seat rate is the ratio of the number of the participants to the seat numbers, and the meeting trip distance is the total distance between each position of the participants and the meeting room position; calculating according to the full seat rate and the assessment score corresponding to the meeting trip distance and a preset weight to obtain an assessment total score;
the ranking module is used for ranking the at least one item of available meeting information according to the assessment total score to obtain a recommendation sequence; and the reservation module is used for reserving the meeting room corresponding to the available meeting room information according to the recommendation sequence.
9. A meeting room reservation apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory has stored therein an application executable by the processor for causing the processor to perform the steps of the conference room reservation method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the conference room reservation method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
