The detection method comprises the following steps: firstly, a fault judging device is connected with a DC24V chargeable power supply, then a detection circuit is connected to two ends of an electromagnetic valve coil, the detection circuit is contacted with the electromagnetic valve coil through telescopic detection, whether a suction force exists or not is observed, whether a valve core acts or not is judged, if the suction force does not exist, the valve core acts as an electrical fault, and if the suction force exists, the valve core does not act as a mechanical (hydraulic) fault, the valve core needs to be cleaned, and a hydraulic loop is checked. The socket of the circuit detection device is connected with a DC24V chargeable power supply through electrical faults, and then the electromagnetic valve plug is pulled out to be respectively connected with the plug and the socket on the detection device, so that the coil resistance value of the electromagnetic valve is displayed on the resistance digital display; the voltage digital display displays the supply voltage. Checking the power supply line if there is no voltage display; if the resistance value is abnormal, the solenoid valve coil needs to be replaced, so that the electrical fault is eliminated.

In fig. 2, the positive pole of the DC24V power supply 2 is connected to the selection switch 7; the negative pole of the DC24V power supply 2 is connected with the lower end of the solenoid valve coil 15. The upper end of the selection switch 7 is connected with a positive pulse diode 16; the lower end of the selection switch 7 is connected with a negative pulse diode 17; only when the upper end of the selector switch 7 is connected with the positive pulse diode 16, the solenoid 15 is energized.

The socket 4 of the circuit detection device 10 is connected with the DC24V chargeable power supply 2 in the electric fault, and then the plug of the electromagnetic valve is pulled out to be respectively connected with the plug and the socket on the detection device, so that the coil resistance value of the electromagnetic valve is displayed on the resistance digital display; the voltage digital display displays the supply voltage. Checking the power supply line if there is no voltage display; if the resistance value is abnormal, the solenoid valve coil needs to be replaced, so that the electrical fault is eliminated.
