Abstract
The application provides a baking oven configuration module, which comprises an oven body, two air blowing devices and two heating devices, wherein the oven body comprises two baking ovens and a maintenance oven positioned between the two baking ovens; each blower device comprises a motor, and two motors are arranged in the maintenance box; each heating device comprises a heater, and two heaters are arranged in the maintenance box. However, when the plurality of toasting devices are stacked on top, bottom, left and right to form a workstation, a huge storage space is required to accommodate the toasting box and the maintenance box, which results in an insufficient installation space of the workstation.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and studies to solve the above problems, and have made a development of the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a toast case configuration module, it utilizes two to toast and is equipped with a maintenance case between the case, can effectively reduce the volume of box, makes the toast case configuration module of this application have the effect of sparingly hiding the space.
In an embodiment of the present application, the present application provides a bake out case configuration module, including: the box body comprises two baking boxes and a maintenance box positioned between the two baking boxes; two air blowing devices, wherein each air blowing device comprises a motor, and the two motors are arranged in the maintenance box; and two heating devices, wherein each heating device comprises a heater, and the two heaters are arranged in the maintenance box.

Detailed Description
The detailed description and technical contents of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present application provides a baking oven configuration module 10, which mainly includes an oven body 1, two blowing devices 2 and two heating devices 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the box body 1 includes two baking boxes 11 and a maintenance box 12 located between the two baking boxes 11, each baking box 11 has a fan chamber 13, the fan chambers 13 of the two baking boxes 11 are respectively disposed on two sides of the maintenance box 12, the maintenance box 12 has two partition plates 121, the two partition plates 121 are respectively disposed on inner sides of the two fan chambers 13, each partition plate 121 is provided with a first through groove 122, a second through groove 123 and an inner side wall 124.
In addition, each oven 11 has a first front side 111, the service box 12 has a second front side 125, the first front sides 111 and the second front sides 125 of the two ovens 11 are located on the same side, and each oven 11 is provided with an opening 112 exposed at the first front side 111.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, each blower device 2 includes a wind wheel 21 and a motor 22, the wind wheel 21 is accommodated in the fan chamber 13, and the two motors 22 are installed together in the same maintenance box 12.
As described in detail below, the motor 22 is accommodated inside the service box 12, and the motor 22 has a driving shaft 221 inserted through the partition 121 and connected to the wind wheel 21.
The motor 22 drives the wind wheel 21 to operate through the driving shaft 221, and the wind wheel 21 forms an internal circulation airflow inside the baking oven 11 when operating.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, each heating device 3 may include a heater 31, a heating pipe 32 and a first fixing plate 33, the heaters 31 of the two heating devices 3 are installed in the same maintenance box 12, the heater 31 is embedded in the first through-hole 122 and is fixed to the first fixing plate 33 at one side, the first fixing plate 33 is locked to the inner side wall 124, the heating pipe 32 is accommodated in the fan chamber 13, and the heating pipe 32 is inserted through the partition plate 121 and connected to the heater 31.
When the first fixing plate 33 is detached from the inner side wall 124, the heater 31 can be detached together with the first fixing plate 33, the heater 31 drives the heating pipe 32 to generate heat, and the heat generated by the heating pipe 32 heats the inside of the baking oven 11 through the internal circulation airflow generated by the wind wheel 21.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the baking oven configuration module 10 of the present application may further include two cooling devices 4, each cooling device 4 may include a cooler 41, a heat exchanger 42 and a second fixing plate 43, the coolers 41 of the two cooling devices 4 are commonly installed in the same maintenance box 12, the cooler 41 is embedded in the second through slot 123 and is fixed to the second fixing plate 43 at one side, the second fixing plate 43 is locked to the inner side wall 124, and the heat exchanger 42 is accommodated in the fan chamber 13 and connected to the cooler 41.
When the second fixing plate 43 is detached from the inner side wall 124, the cooler 41 can be detached together with the second fixing plate 43, the cooler 41 conveys cooled liquid into the cold-heat exchanger 42 through a cooling water pipe (not shown) to cool the cold-heat exchanger 42, and cold energy generated by the cold-heat exchanger 42 cools the inside of the baking oven 11 through internal circulation airflow generated by the wind wheel 21.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the baking oven configuration module 10 of the present application may further include two exhaust pipes 5, the two exhaust pipes 5 are commonly installed in the same maintenance box 12, and each exhaust pipe 5 is connected to the partition 121 and communicated with the fan chamber 13.
Wherein, exhaust pipe 5 is used for being connected with outside exhaust device, when toasting case 11 and need quick cooling, exhaust device accessible exhaust pipe 5 takes out the hot gas in toasting case 11 fast.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, the baking oven configuration module 10 of the present application may further include two sliding door rails 6, where the two sliding door rails 6 are fixed on the two first front sides 111 and the second front sides 125 and straddle the two opposite upper and lower sides of the two openings 112.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, the baking oven configuration module 10 of the present application may further include two movable doors 7, and the two movable doors 7 are jointly slidably connected to the two sliding door rails 6 and can close the two openings 112.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the present invention is a usage state diagram of the baking oven configuration module 10, in which a maintenance box 12 is disposed between two baking ovens 11 and shares the maintenance box 12, and two motors 22, two heaters 31 and two coolers 41 are installed in the maintenance box 12, so as to facilitate inspection or maintenance operations by a maintenance worker. So, compare in a stoving case of prior art and parallel and use a maintenance case, this application is equipped with a maintenance case 12 between two stoving cases 11, and two roast case 11 sharing a maintenance case 12, can effectively reduce the volume of box 1, makes the stoving case configuration module 10 of this application have the effect of sparingly hiding the space.
The heaters 31 are embedded in the first through grooves 122, the coolers 41 are embedded in the second through grooves 123, so that the heaters 31 and the coolers 41 are embedded in the partition plate 121 of the maintenance box 12 instead of protruding out of the partition plate 121 of the maintenance box 12, and the heaters 31 and the coolers 41 are prevented from easily colliding with opposite elements.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the two motors 22 are disposed in a staggered manner, and the two exhaust pipes 5 are disposed in a staggered manner, so as to reduce the storage space required by the two motors 22 and the two exhaust pipes 5, and achieve the effect of reducing the volume of the maintenance box 12.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the distance s between the two openings 112 is greater than the width w of the movable door 7, but the distance s between the two openings 112 is less than the sum of the widths w of the two movable doors 7, so that when one of the movable doors 7 slides to the second front side 125 and exposes one opening 112 thereof, the other movable door 7 does not have a space to move toward the second front side 125, so that the other movable door 7 is maintained in a state of closing the other opening 112. Thus, although the two movable doors 7 share the door-open position, only one of the two movable doors 7 can open the opening 112, the volume of the service box 12 is reduced accordingly.
In addition, in the present embodiment, two rows of two baking boxes 11 are arranged in parallel, and one maintenance box 12 is arranged between two baking boxes 11 in the same row, but this is not a limitation, and two baking boxes 11 in parallel may be arranged in one row or more than two rows.
Referring to fig. 7, it is a drawing of another embodiment of the baking oven configuration module 10 of the present application, the embodiment of fig. 7 is substantially the same as the embodiment of fig. 1 to 6, and the difference between the embodiment of fig. 7 and the embodiment of fig. 1 to 6 is that the number of the baking oven configuration modules 10 is multiple, and when a plurality of boxes 1 are stacked on top of each other, in the vertical direction, in the left direction, and in the right direction to form a workstation, the volume of each box 1 is reduced compared with the existing boxes, so that the workstation also has the function of reducing the storage space.
Referring to fig. 8, there is shown another embodiment of a baking oven configuration module 10 according to the present application, the embodiment of fig. 8 is substantially the same as the embodiment of fig. 1 to 6, and the embodiment of fig. 8 is different from the embodiment of fig. 1 to 6 in the arrangement of a baking oven 11 and a maintenance oven 12.
Further explained below, as shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of fig. 1 to 6 is provided with a row of two toasting chambers 11 juxtaposed right and left; as shown in fig. 8, the embodiment of fig. 8 is provided with two baking boxes 11 arranged in parallel in two rows, and one maintenance box 12 is provided between the two baking boxes 11 in the same row, but this is not a limitation, and the two baking boxes 11 arranged in parallel in the upper and lower rows may be one or more than two rows.
In summary, the baking oven configuration module of the present application is not found in the similar products and the public use, has industrial practicability, novelty and progress, completely meets the requirements of the patent application of the invention, and is applied according to the patent law, and submitted for scrutiny and authorization to ensure the right of the applicant.
Claims (10)

the oven comprises an oven body, a first oven and a second oven, wherein the oven body comprises two baking boxes and a maintenance box positioned between the two baking boxes;
two blower devices, each blower device including a motor, the motors being mounted within the service box; and
two heating devices, each heating device contains the heater, the heater is installed in the service box.

A toaster case configuration module according to claim 1, wherein each said toaster case has a fan compartment, the fan compartments of two said toaster cases being disposed on respective sides of said service case, said service case having two partitions disposed on respective inner sides of said fan compartments.
3. The roaster oven configuration module of claim 2 wherein each of the blower units further comprises a wind wheel received in the fan chamber, the motor received in the interior of the service box, the motor having a drive shaft extending through the partition and coupled to the wind wheel.
4. The oven configuration module of claim 2, wherein each of said heating devices further comprises a heating tube and a first fixing plate, each of said partition plates has a first through-hole and an inner sidewall, said heater is embedded in said first through-hole and has one side fixed to said first fixing plate, said first fixing plate is locked to said inner sidewall, said heating tube is accommodated in said blower chamber, and said heating tube is inserted through said partition plate and connected to said heater.

The roaster oven configuration module of claim 2 further comprising two coolers, each cooler comprising a cooler, a heat exchanger and a second retaining plate, the two coolers being mounted to the service box, each of the partitions having a second open channel and having an inner sidewall, the cooler being received in the second open channel and secured to the second retaining plate on one side, the second retaining plate being secured to the inner sidewall, the heat exchanger being received in the fan chamber and connected to the cooler.
6. The roaster oven configuration module of claim 5 further comprising two exhaust ducts received within the service box, the exhaust ducts being connected to the partition and communicating with the fan chamber.
7. The roaster oven configuration module of claim 6 wherein the two motors are offset from each other and the two exhaust ducts are offset from each other.
8. The roaster box arrangement module of claim 1 further comprising two sliding door rails, each of the roaster boxes having a first front side, the service box having a second front side, both of the first front sides being on the same side as the second front side, each of the roaster boxes having an opening exposed at the first front side, the two sliding door rails being secured to both of the first and second front sides and spanning opposite sides of the two roaster box openings.
9. The roaster oven configuration module of claim 8 further comprising two movable doors, the two movable doors being commonly slidably coupled to the two door rails and capable of closing the two openings.
10. The roaster oven configuration module of claim 9 wherein the spacing between the two openings is greater than the width of the movable door and the spacing between the two openings is less than the sum of the widths of the two movable doors, such that when one of the movable doors slides to the second front side and exposes one of the openings, the other of the movable doors closes the other of the openings.
