Abstract

本发明公开了一种冰箱及其除异味装置,所述除异味装置包括新风管道和出风管道,所述新风管道用于引入室外新风,引入的室外新风经各间室的蒸发器预冷后通过风扇吹至各间室内;所述出风管道的入口与各间室连通,出口设有排风风扇,用于将各间室内的部分空气排出间室外。本发明可不断向冰箱各间室内引入新风,向室外排出部分带有异味的气体;出风管道从冰箱排出的冷空气可以使压缩机和冷凝器降温,提高冷凝器的换热效果,进而达到降低能耗的目的。

冰箱及其除异味装置
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱及其除异味装置。
背景技术
冰箱用于存放各种食物,使用一段时间后容易产生异味。目前现有技术中还没有专门针对冰箱间室除异味的装置,一般的做法是在冰箱内放置一些吸附剂,通过吸附剂吸附冰箱间室内的异味分子达到除异味的目的。由于吸附剂使用一段时间后需要处理或更换,非常不方便,而且吸附剂吸附异味分子的作用有限,并不能从源头上解决消除异味的问题。
另外,目前市面上有一种冷凝器外置的冰箱,其冷凝器一般设置于底部压缩机室内,通过冷凝风扇对其进行降温换热,冷凝器的下方设有接水盘。由于压缩机室的空间比较小,且冷凝器放置的位置与压缩机的位置比较近,散热效果相对比较差。现有技术中也有引入环境空气对冷凝器进行散热的设计,但效果不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明提出一种冰箱及其除异味装置,以解决现有技术中存在的冰箱间室异味排出困难及冷凝器散热效果差的问题。
本发明提出一种冰箱除异味装置,所述冰箱包括至少一个间室,所述除异味装置包括新风管道和出风管道,所述新风管道用于引入室外新风,引入的室外新风经各间室的蒸发器预冷后通过风扇吹至各间室内;所述出风管道的入口与各间室连通,出口设有排风风扇,用于将各间室内的部分空气排出间室外。
优选地,所述新风管道上设有与各间室蒸发器仓连通的进风风门,所述出风管道上设有与各间室连通的排风风门,所述出风管道的出口与压缩机室连通。
优选地,所述新风管道、所述出风管道、所述进风风门和所述排风风门均设置在冰箱背部发泡层中。
优选地,所述新风管道的入口处设有空气过滤器。
优选地,所述新风管道的入口与冰箱压缩机室相通并设置在其一侧,所述出风管道的出口与冰箱压缩机室相通并设置在其另一侧。
本发明还提出一种冰箱,包括至少一个间室,所述冰箱包括上述除异味装置。
所述新风管道上设置有通往每个间室蒸发器仓的进风风门,所述出风管道的入口分别与每个间室的底部连通并设有排风风门。
所述冰箱压缩机室的一侧放置压缩机,另一侧放置冷凝器,所述新风管道的入口设置在压缩机的顶部,所述出风管道的出口设置在冷凝器的顶部,所述排风风扇为冷凝风扇。
所述压缩机室内设置有温度传感器。
所述排风风扇采用变速风扇,根据压缩机室内温度传感器检测的温度选择运行的风速档次。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.在冰箱上设置新风进风管道和出风管道,可不断向冰箱各间室内引入新风,同时通过出风管道平衡间室压力向室外排出部分带有异味的气体,保证冰箱间室内空气没有异味;
2.出风管道的排气口对着压缩机室中的冷凝器排放,从冰箱排出的冷空气不仅能提高冷凝器的换热效果,而且可以降低压缩机室的整体温度,进而达到降低能耗的目的。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚,以下结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。应当理解,以下具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不对本发明构成限制。
对于冷凝器外置的冰箱,冷凝器一般设置于压缩机室内,其下方设有接水盘,冷凝器配有冷凝风扇,通过该冷凝风扇对冷凝器进行降温换热。由于压缩机室的空间比较小,冷凝器一般采用翅片管式换热器。在图1-图3所示的实施例中,冰箱包括两个间室,冷藏室13和冷冻室14。压缩机12设置在压缩机室15的一侧,冷凝器11设置在压缩机室的另一侧,冷凝风扇10设置在冷凝器的上方。
本发明提出的除异味装置包括新风管道4和出风管道9,新风管道用于引入室外新风,出风管道用于将冰箱间室内的部分带有异味的空气排出间室外。新风管道1的入口处设有空气过滤器1。新风管道4上设置有通往每个间室蒸发器仓的进风风门。出风管道9的入口分别与各个间室的底部连通。在图1-图3所示的实施例中,冰箱包括两个间室,冷藏室13和冷冻室14。新风管道4上设有通往冷冻室14的蒸发器仓的第一进风风门2和通往冷藏室的蒸发器仓的第二进风风门3。出风管道9在冷藏室13和冷冻室14的入口段均设有与冰箱压缩机室连通的排风风门。该实施例中,新风管道4、出风管道9、第一进风风门2、第二进风风门3,以及排风风门均设置在冰箱背部发泡层中。
冰箱压缩机室的一侧放置压缩机12,另一侧放置冷凝器11,除异味装置的新风管道4的入口设置在压缩机12的顶部,出风管道9的出口设置在冷凝器的顶部,排风风扇为冷凝风扇10。优选地,压缩机室内设置有温度传感器,冷藏室和冷冻室内分别设有压力传感器。
本发明设计的冰箱除异味装置拥有两种功能,功能一是引入新鲜空气清除间室内异味,功能二是为冷凝器降温,提高冷凝器换热效率。
图4为新风流路示意图。当新风管道的进风风门开启时(冷冻室的第一进风风门2和/或冷藏室的第二进风风门3),在冷冻室风扇6和/或冷藏室风扇8的作用下,内外压差导致空气从压缩机室顶部引入新风管道4,新风管道入口段设有空气过滤器1,可过滤空气中的灰尘等杂质,过滤处理后的空气会沿进风管道和进风风门到达冷冻室蒸发器仓和冷藏室蒸发器仓,引入的新鲜空气在蒸发器仓自下而上,与蒸发器充分换热,达到空气预冷的效果,预冷后的空气再通过冷藏室风扇8和冷冻室风扇6吹至对应的间室内部,清除间室内部异味。在间室内部循环后的空气经间室底部设置的出气口进入出风管道9内,出风管道入口段设有排风风门(冷藏室和冷冻室均设有排风风门),当排风风门开启时,在冷凝器上方设置的冷凝风扇10的作用下,部分空气通过排风风门和出风管道9进入压缩机室。从冰箱间室内排出的冷空气吹至冷凝器11,对冷凝器进行降温,此时完成新风除异味的完整循环。
本发明提出的除异味装置通过新风管道引入新风,清除间室内部的异味,出风管道平衡间室压力、排出部分带有异味的冷风对压缩机室内设置的冷凝器降温,提升冷凝器换热效果,提高制冷系统的效率。
设置在冷凝器上方的冷凝风扇10为变速风扇,可依据压缩机室内的温度在不同的风速档位运行。图5为冷凝风扇10采用三档速度运行的流程图。当压缩机开启时,冷凝风扇10开始运行,然后根据压缩机室内温度传感器检测的温度选择冷凝风扇10运行的风速档次,当压缩机室内的温度在设置温度区间内时采用中间转速运行;当压缩机室内的温度大于设置温度区间时采用高速转速运行;当压缩机室内的温度小于设置温度区间时采用低速转速运行。
实施例1
在冰箱压缩机运行时,用户可根据冰箱内的实际情况手动选择性的开启通往冷藏室和/或冷冻室的风门,引入新风,当间室内部气压增大变为正压时,打开对应出风管道的排风风门,降低间室气压,并为压缩机室内的冷凝器降温。用户关闭新风功能后,第一风门、第二风门和排风风门同时关闭。
实施例2
在冰箱压缩机运行时,制冷剂在管路中循环流动,冷凝器的温度明显升温,冰箱控制器感知到压缩机开机时,开启出风管道9,冷凝风扇10依据压缩机室温度分档运行,为冷凝器降温;当出风管道9不断出风为冷凝器降温时,间室内部循环风量会逐渐减少,导致冰箱间室内部气压逐渐降低,达到负压状况,此时新风管道4内的进风风门开启,开始引入新风平衡冰箱间室内部气压。新风管道中的第一进风风门和出风管道中的排风风门开启后不断引入外部空气,排出部分间室内空气,达到清除间室内异味的目的。压缩机停机后冷凝风扇10停止运行,所有风门关闭。
也可以先开启进风管道4的进风风门,当冰箱间室内部气压逐渐升高,达到正压状况,再开启出风管道9的排风风门;或同时开启进风管道4的进风风门和出风管道9的排风风门。
本发明设计的除异味装置可用于具有一个间室或多个间室的冰箱,每个间室可同时操作,或独立操作,灵活性强。
本发明设计的除异味装置在冰箱背部发泡层中从压缩机室引入新风,通过过滤装置处理空气,新风进入冷冻室和冷藏室后与蒸发器进行换热,达到预冷功能,预冷后的空气由风扇吹至间室内部,在间室循环后通过出风管道吹至压缩机室冷凝器顶部,可平衡间室内部气压,并为冷凝器降温,提高冷凝器换热效率,并降低压缩机室整体温度。

1.一种用于冰箱的除异味装置,所述冰箱包括至少一个间室,其特征在于,所述除异味装置包括新风管道和出风管道,所述新风管道用于引入室外新风,引入的室外新风经各间室的蒸发器预冷后通过风扇吹至各间室内;所述出风管道的入口与各间室连通,出口设有排风风扇,用于将各间室内的部分空气排出间室外。
2.如权利要求1所述的除异味装置,其特征在于,所述新风管道上设有与各间室蒸发器仓连通的进风风门,所述出风管道上设有与各间室连通的排风风门,所述出风管道的出口与压缩机室连通。
3.如权利要求2所述的除异味装置,其特征在于,所述新风管道、所述出风管道、所述进风风门和所述排风风门均设置在冰箱背部发泡层中。
4.如权利要求1所述的除异味装置,其特征在于,所述新风管道的入口处设有空气过滤器。
5.如权利要求1所述的除异味装置,其特征在于,所述新风管道的入口与冰箱压缩机室相通并设置在其一侧,所述出风管道的出口与冰箱压缩机室相通并设置在其另一侧。
6.一种冰箱,包括至少一个间室,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的除异味装置。
7.如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述新风管道上设置有通往每个间室蒸发器仓的进风风门,所述出风管道的入口分别与每个间室的底部连通并设有排风风门。
8.如权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱压缩机室的一侧放置压缩机,另一侧放置冷凝器,所述新风管道的入口设置在压缩机的顶部,所述出风管道的出口设置在冷凝器的顶部,所述排风风扇为冷凝风扇。
9.如权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述压缩机室内设置有温度传感器。
