Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building material additives, in particular to a reinforcing and regulating agent for machine-made sand concrete and concrete.
Background
Concrete is a building material generally composed of cement, mineral admixtures, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, admixtures and water, and has an irreplaceable position in the construction field. Concrete is widely used as a building base material worldwide. In order to meet the requirements of high workability and strength of concrete, the cement consumption in concrete is generally high. In the actual production process of cement, coal resources are greatly consumed, and pollutants such as carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and the like are also greatly discharged. Therefore, the heavy use of cement brings serious resource consumption and environmental pollution pressure.
Because the resources and the mass of auxiliary materials (mineral powder and fly ash) in various regions are different, the potential activity of the excavating admixture cannot be fully treated, and in order to obtain better concrete performance, a large amount of cement materials are used in a plurality of mixing stations, so that about 20-30% of cement is used as an inert filling material in the cement hydration process, the cement cannot fully play a role, and the mineral powder or the fly ash only plays a weak role in the concrete, so that the waste of resources is caused, and more importantly, negative effects are generated on the continuous increase of the durability and the later strength of the concrete.

The active excitant is a product independently developed by Beijing stone science and technology limited, and contains a copolymerization substance formed by coupling a polyelectrolyte dispersing agent with a silicon oxide and a silane-bonded inorganic polymer aluminosilicate mineral, and can promote the fracture of a silicon-oxygen bond and an Al-O bond of the fly ash, accelerate the hydration speed of the fly ash, promote the disintegration of a silica-network-bonded crystal of slag, participate in the hydration reaction of a base material to generate calcium silicate (C-S-H) gel, improve the activity of mineral powder and fly ash in concrete, and improve the overall performance of the concrete.
The reinforcing and regulating agent for machine-made sand concrete provided by the invention can excite the activity of fly ash, promote the fracture of Si-O bond and Al-O bond of fly ash, accelerate the hydration speed of fly ash, and also can excite and destroy silica network crystals such as mineral powder, so that vitreous bodies are disintegrated to participate in the hydration reaction of base materials, and the further hydrolysis of slag and sodium silicate is promoted.
The material provided by the invention uses water as a mass transfer medium and a reaction medium under a normal temperature environment to promote the disintegration of the aggregate of the mineral powder and the fly ash crystalline phase and the glass phase and generate more continuous phases rich in calcium, so that the hydration of the mineral powder and the fly ash is accelerated, and the material shows excellent hydraulic activity.
The reinforcing regulator for machine-made sand concrete has the characteristics of organic polymer, can quickly destroy the surface structures of glass bodies of mineral powder and fly ash, enables water to be more easily infiltrated and to perform hydration reaction, promotes the dispersion and disintegration of the mineral powder and the fly ash, and is beneficial to the formation of hydrate network structures. The formation of cementitious calcium silicate hydrate and calcium aluminate hydrate products is increased and strength is produced.
The reinforced regulator for machine-made sand concrete has low mixing amount, can replace 10-30% of the same cement in the concrete in the same amount, and greatly reduces the production cost of buildings.
