filter element (200), filter element (200) is including filtering jar (210), three first filter screen (220), activated carbon layer (230), seafoam stone layer (240), coarse gravel layer (250) and chimney filter (260), filter jar (210) through aqueduct (270) with agitator tank (150) are linked together, and are three first filter screen (220) are all installed in filtering jar (210), activated carbon layer (230), seafoam stone layer (240) and coarse gravel layer (250) are placed respectively threely on first filter screen (220), chimney filter (260) are installed in filtering jar (210), the one end of chimney filter (260) run through in the lateral wall of filtering jar (210), chimney filter (260) are located threely the below of first filter screen (220).
2. The rural breeding and domestic wastewater treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a material conveying rod (121) is welded and fixed to the lower end of the stirring rod (120), and helical blades (122) are arranged on the side wall of the material conveying rod (121).
