Referring to fig. 7-8, further, in the present embodiment, another plastic elastic member is further provided; the plastic elastic part comprises a plurality of hollow spring parts 73 which are sequentially connected from the top circular ring seat 71 to the bottom circular ring seat 72; the front end and the rear end of each hollowed-out spring part 73 are provided with first V-shaped holes which are symmetrical to each other, and the left side and the right side of the joint of the two hollowed-out spring parts 73 are provided with second V-shaped holes which are symmetrical to each other, wherein when the plastic spring 7 is compressed, the first V-shaped holes and the second V-shaped holes are respectively contracted and folded, so that the structure is simple, and the elasticity is good; meanwhile, in order to avoid damage to devices caused by over compression of the plastic elastic part, in the application, the limiting columns 76 which are symmetrical up and down are arranged at the edge of each second V-shaped hole, when the plastic elastic part is compressed and deformed, the limiting columns 76 at the upper end and the lower end are tightly attached to each other and prevent continuous compression, and the limiting columns 76 are used for limiting the compression stroke of each section of spring, so that the stress of each section of spring is uniform, the fatigue of the spring is reduced, and the service life of the plastic spring can be greatly prolonged; and simultaneously, the tail end of the limiting column 76 is provided with a tooth surface 77, and when the plastic elastic part is compressed and deformed, the tooth surfaces 77 of the limiting column 76 at the upper end and the lower end are mutually meshed, so that the plastic spring 7 can be prevented from being damaged due to rotation.
Referring to fig. 10, another plastic spring is provided in the present embodiment, the basic structure of the plastic spring is similar to that of the plastic spring in fig. 9, wherein the plastic spring in fig. 10 includes a top ring seat 71, a bottom ring seat 72, and a plastic elastic member disposed between the top ring seat 71 and the bottom ring seat 72, the plastic elastic member includes two spiral monofilament bodies 79, wherein the upper and lower ends of the spiral monofilament bodies 79 are respectively connected to the top ring seat 71 and the bottom ring seat 72, the two spiral monofilament bodies 79 are disposed in a staggered manner, and a plurality of arc-shaped reinforcing ribs 70 are further connected between the two spiral monofilament bodies 79, wherein the reinforcing ribs 70 can reduce the fatigue of the spring, and can greatly increase the service life of the plastic spring.
Further, in order to ensure the stable assembly between the pump body 4 and the bottle cap 3, in this application, the outer side of the top end of the pump body 4 is provided with a circle of sealing flange 41, and the inner wall of the top end of the pump body 4 is provided with a circle of assembly groove 43; wherein the lower end of the bottle cap 3 is provided with a threaded outer sleeve 37 and a fitting inner sleeve 38 positioned in the threaded outer sleeve 37, wherein the bottom of the fitting inner sleeve 38 is provided with a circle of fitting projections 381 corresponding to the fitting grooves 43, wherein the sealing flange 41 of the pump body 4 is clamped between the threaded outer sleeve 37 and the fitting inner sleeve 38, and the fitting projections 381 are clamped in the fitting grooves 43, so that the pump body 4 can be ensured not to be easily separated from the bottle cap 3 even if axial force is applied to the pump body 4.
Further, the bottom of the sealing flange 41 is provided with a plurality of rings of reinforcing protrusions 411, wherein a ring of gasket 10 is sleeved on the outer side of the top end of the pump body 4, and the gasket 10 is tightly attached to the reinforcing protrusions 411. Because later stage emulsion pump will be assembled with the body, so still be provided with gasket 10 in this application in order to guarantee its sealing washer, paste through gasket 10 and reinforcing convex point 411 and tightly can increase area of contact between them and can guarantee its leakproofness, can avoid gasket 10's aversion to lead to the leakproofness to reduce simultaneously.
Furthermore, the outer side wall of the outer sleeve of the pressing head 1 is also sleeved with a buckle 2, and the bottom of the buckle 2 is abutted against the top of the outer sleeve of the bottle cap 3. In this application, can set up and be provided with buckle 2 between pressing head 1 and bottle lid 3 to restriction gib block 11 moves along guide way 33 and leads to the problem of liquid leakage, so in this application, can adopt to control the rotation to realize the locking or adopt buckle 2 to realize the locking according to concrete production conditions.

An all-plastic emulsion pump head, which is characterized in that: the pump comprises a press head, a main column, a pump body, a bottle cap, a plastic spring and a movable pump plug, wherein the press head, the main column, the pump body, the bottle cap, the plastic spring and the movable pump plug are all made of plastics; the upper end of the bottle cap is sleeved at the top end of the pump body; the upper end of the main column is assembled with the pressing head, the lower end of the main column penetrates through the lock cover and extends into the pump body, and the main column can move along the axial direction of the lock cover; the movable pump plug is sleeved on the outer side surface of the lower end of the main column, and the outer side surface of the movable pump plug is movably connected with the inner side surface of the pump body; the outer side wall of the upper end of the main column is provided with a ring of annular flange positioned at the lower end of the press head, and the inner side surface of the pump body is provided with a ring of spring fixing grooves; the plastic spring is sleeved on the outer side surface of the main column, the upper end of the plastic spring is propped against the annular flange, the lower end of the plastic spring is assembled in the spring fixing groove, and a plastic ball body for liquid to enter is arranged in the lower end of the pump body; the bottle cap is characterized in that a cap outer sleeve and a cap inner sleeve positioned in the cap outer sleeve are arranged at the bottom of the cap, a bottle cap outer sleeve and a bottle cap inner sleeve positioned in the bottle cap outer sleeve are arranged at the top end of the bottle cap, the cap outer sleeve is positioned between the bottle cap outer sleeve and the bottle cap inner sleeve, the cap inner sleeve is positioned in the bottle cap inner sleeve and assembled with the upper end of the main column, a guide strip arranged along the vertical direction is arranged on the outer side wall of the cap inner sleeve, and a guide groove matched with the guide strip and used for the guide strip to move up and down is formed in the inner wall of the bottle cap inner sleeve; meanwhile, the top end of the inner sleeve of the bottle cap is provided with a blocking groove for the guide strip to enter from the guide groove in a rotating manner when the press head is bounced so as to limit the downward movement of the guide strip, and a primary clamping block for blocking the guide strip from exiting from the blocking groove is arranged in the blocking groove;
the plastic spring comprises a top circular ring seat, a bottom circular ring seat and a plastic elastic piece arranged between the top circular ring seat and the bottom circular ring seat, wherein the outer side wall of the bottom circular ring seat is provided with a circle of fixed flange, the top circular ring seat is abutted against the annular flange, and the fixed flange is assembled in the spring fixed groove;
the plastic elastic piece comprises two spiral single line bodies, wherein the upper end and the lower end of each spiral single line body are respectively connected with the top circular ring seat and the bottom circular ring seat, and the two spiral single line bodies are arranged in a mutually staggered mode;
the plastic elastic part comprises a plurality of hollowed-out spring parts which are sequentially connected from a top circular ring seat to a bottom circular ring seat; the front end and the rear end of each hollowed spring part are provided with first V-shaped holes which are symmetrical to each other, the left side and the right side of the joint of the two hollowed spring parts are provided with second V-shaped holes which are symmetrical to each other, the edge of each second V-shaped hole is provided with limiting columns which are symmetrical up and down, the tail ends of the limiting columns are provided with tooth surfaces, and when the plastic elastic part is compressed and deformed, the tooth surfaces of the limiting columns at the upper end and the lower end are meshed with each other and limit the plastic elastic part to continue to deform;
the tail end of the blocking groove is also provided with a secondary clamping block for blocking the guide strip from exiting the blocking groove;
limiting strips which are used for limiting the position of the main column and are arranged along the vertical direction are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the pressing head inner sleeve, wherein the upper end of the main column is clamped in the pressing head inner sleeve and abuts against the bottoms of the limiting strips;

the bottom of the sealing flange is provided with a plurality of circles of reinforcing convex tips, wherein a circle of gasket is sleeved on the outer side of the top end of the pump body and is tightly attached to the reinforcing convex tips;
