That is, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the boundary between the first tension portion 166 and the second tension portion 168 is bent to form a structure capable of buffering.

The first tension portion 166 and the second tension portion 168 are formed to be curved in the circumferential direction of the first and second support portions 162 and 164.

Therefore, when the head 130 is pressed, the first tension part 166 and the second tension part 168 may be subjected to the first cushioning and restoring by the bent portion, and the outer portion may be curvature in the circumferential direction. It has a structure that can be secondary buffered and restored due to the elastic action.

Referring to the operation of the pump dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention having the structure as described above are as follows.

Cap 110 has a thread 112 is formed in the inner diameter of the lower end is screwed with the circumference of the inlet of the container.

And, if the user wants to extract the contents of the container to the outside through the nozzle 132, pressing the head 130 to extract a certain amount of contents through the nozzle 132 of the head as shown in FIG. do.

Looking at the extraction of the contents in detail, the head 130 is lowered by the pressing operation of the head 130, the shaft 152 in conjunction with the head 130 is lowered.

The shaft 152 is fixed to the inside of the housing 120 and penetrates through the chalets 154 sealing the inside of the housing 120, so that the lowering is possible.

At this time, the restoration unit 160 provided between the head 130 and the cap 110 is contracted.

The piston 156 connected to the end of the shaft 152 compresses the retention space 122 of the housing 120 and opens the inlet 153a of the shaft 152.

By the compression of the staying space 122, the contents of the staying space 122 are extracted to the outside along the passage 153 of the shaft 152 and the nozzle of the head 130 through the open inlet 153a. .

Since the outer diameter of the piston 156 is in contact with the inner diameter of the retention space 122, the pressure of the retention space 122 is increased, and the contents of the retention space 122 are opened by this pressure. It is extracted through the outside.

Thereafter, when the pressing operation of the head 130 is released, the restoring unit 160 provided between the cap 110 and the head 130 and contracted by the pressing operation of the head 130 as shown in FIG. The ball is raised to raise the head 130.

As the head 130 is raised, the shaft 152 and the piston 156 are raised, the piston 156 blocks the inlet 153a of the shaft 152, and the staying space is raised by the piston 156. Part 122 is a vacuum pressure is generated so that the contents of the container is ejected along the tube (T) is filled in the retention space 122.

This is possible when the shielding member 158 opening the ejection opening 126 is blocked by the vacuum outlet 126 of the housing 120 due to the vacuum pressure generated in the staying space portion 122 by the rise of the piston 156.

As such, the user may extract the contents of the container by repetition of the pressing operation of the head 130.

Next, the operation of the restoration unit 160 will be described.

Restoration unit 160 is made of a plastic material can be manufactured at a lower cost than the spring made of a conventional steel, it does not rust to prolong the life of the product, and can prevent defects.

And, since the restoring unit 160 is provided between the cap 110 and the head 130, the restoring unit 160 can freely restore without resistance compared to the spring immersed in the contents of the conventional housing 120.

The restoring unit 160 is horizontally side by side, and supports the cap 110 and the head 130 by the first and second support portions 162 and 164 formed in a ring shape, respectively, the cap 110 and the head 130. By the flow preventing member 145 formed at each of the head 130 can be applied vertical force without being twisted during the pressing operation.

In this case, the first and second support parts 162 and 164 are formed in a ring shape, and are easily fitted to each of the flow preventing members 145.

In addition, since the elasticity is doubled by the multi-tension unit 165 during the pressing operation of the head 130, limit breakage, which is a disadvantage of the plastic material, can be prevented.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, first, the bending portion between the first tension portion 166 and the second tension portion 168 is contracted by the pressing operation of the head 130, and the first buffering is performed. As the first tension portion 166 and the second tension portion 168 are formed to be curvature in the circumferential direction of the first and second support portions 162 and 164, the second tension portion 164 located at the center portion is convex outward. Secondary buffering is achieved.

Restoration of the multi-tension unit 165 is primarily performed as the second tension unit 168 is relaxed, and the bent portion between the first tension unit 166 and the second tension unit 168 is relaxed. Secondary restoration takes place.

Therefore, the elasticity is doubled by the first and second buffering and restoration, thereby preventing damage, and smooth extraction of contents can be achieved.
