Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an automobile instrument panel, comprising a first segment code screen 1, a second segment code screen 2 and a light processing plate 3, wherein the light processing plate 3 has a first surface 31 and a second surface 32 facing opposite, the light processing plate 3 is arranged obliquely, so that the first surface 31 faces upward and forward, and the second surface 32 faces downward and rearward, the first segment code screen 1 is positioned at the rear side of the light processing plate 3, the display surface of the first segment code screen 1 faces forward and faces the second surface 32, the first segment code screen 1 is used for displaying a first display image 11, the second surface 32 of the light processing plate 3 has a light transmitting property, a driver can see the first display image 11 at the front side of the light processing plate 3, the second segment code screen 2 is positioned at the upper side of the light processing plate 3, the display surface of the second segment code screen 2 faces downward and faces the first surface 31, the second segment code screen 2 is used for displaying a second display image 21, the first surface 31 of the light processing plate 3 has light reflecting properties, the second display image 21 forms a mirror image 22 with respect to the first surface of the light processing plate 3, the mirror image 22 is visible to the driver on the front side of the light processing plate 3, the mirror image 22 is parallel to the first display image 11 (within 5 °, both the mirror image 22 and the first display image 11 can be considered to be parallel), the mirror image 22 and the first display image 11 have a first distance 30 in the front-rear direction, the mirror image 22 and the first display image 11 together form a combined image 40, and the driver can see the combined image 40 formed by the mirror image 22 and the first display image 11 when the first segment code screen 1 and the second segment code screen 2 are both lit.
The driver can see the first display image 11 and the mirror image 22 which are in a far-near relationship, and the pattern in the first display image 11 and the pattern in the mirror image 22 can be partially overlapped, so that the partial pattern in the first display image 11 and the partial pattern in the mirror image 22 can be matched with each other, and a pattern with a stereoscopic effect is formed on the combined image 40, and the pattern with the stereoscopic effect can be displayed through a segment code screen.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first segment code screen 1 includes a first segment code liquid crystal panel 12, a first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 for displaying a vehicle pattern group is disposed in the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12, an outline pattern of the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is used for forming a part of the first display image 11, and when the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is lighted, a first vehicle pattern group 16 is displayed on the first display image 11.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the second segment code screen 2 includes a second segment code liquid crystal panel 23, a second portrait controllable display area group 24 for displaying a portrait pattern group is disposed in the second segment code liquid crystal panel 23, a contour pattern of the second portrait controllable display area group 24 is used for forming a part of the second display image 21, and when the second portrait controllable display area group 24 is lighted, a second portrait pattern group 26 is displayed on the mirror image 22. On the combined image 40, the projections of the first cart pattern group 16 and the second cart pattern group 26 in the front-rear direction are approximately overlapped, and if the first cart pattern group 16 and the second cart pattern group 26 are simultaneously displayed under the view angle of the driver, the positions of the first cart pattern group 16 and the second cart pattern group 26 are basically overlapped, that is, the cart pattern groups actually seen by the driver are basically not different when the first cart pattern group 16 and the second cart pattern group 26 are switched.
The automobile instrument panel further comprises a control unit for controlling the first segment code screen 1 and the second segment code screen 2, and the control unit controls at most one of the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 and the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 to be lighted according to received input information or feedback information. At most only one of the first and second car pattern groups 16 and 26 is actually displayed on the combined image 40, and thus the driver can see only one car pattern group from the combined image 40, thereby preventing the problem of ghost images when two car pattern groups are simultaneously displayed. Specifically, the control unit may display the car pattern group by the first car image controllable display area group 13 or by the second car image controllable display area group 24 according to a preset setting, for example, when only the first segment code screen 1 displays the car speed dial pattern, the first car image controllable display area group 13 is turned on, and the second car image controllable display area group 24 is turned off; when only the second code screen 2 displays the pattern of the speed dial, the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is turned off, and the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 is turned on; or, the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is permanently set to display the trolley pattern group, or the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 is permanently set to display the trolley pattern group; it is also possible for the driver to select the display of the vehicle pattern group by the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 or the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 on the console by a button. In any case, the first cart pattern group 16 and the second cart pattern group 26 are not displayed simultaneously on the combined image 40.
Of course, in some cases, a failure may occur in one of the two segment code screens, so that the failed segment code screen cannot normally light the corresponding car pattern group.
When the control unit controls one controllable display area group of the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 and the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 to be lightened, the control unit can receive feedback information, the control unit can judge whether the lightened vehicle image controllable display area group is actually lightened or not according to the feedback information, and if the lightened vehicle image controllable display area group is judged not to be lightened, the control unit controls the other vehicle image controllable display area group to be lightened; and if the LED is judged to be lightened, the LED normally works according to default settings.
For example, the control unit controls the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 to be lighted according to the input information, the control unit controls the liquid crystal in the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 to be twisted, if the liquid crystal in the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is twisted, the first vehicle pattern group 16 is displayed on the first display image 11, if the liquid crystal in the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is not twisted, the first vehicle pattern group 16 cannot be displayed on the first display image 11, according to the twisting condition of the liquid crystal in the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13, the control unit acquires feedback information from the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13, and the control unit judges whether the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is actually lighted according to the feedback information; if the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is not lighted, the control unit controls the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 to be lighted, otherwise, the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 is kept in a lighted state. This ensures that the trolley pattern group can be displayed normally when the trolley pattern group needs to be displayed.
Through the arrangement, only one of the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 and the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 can be actually lightened, the phenomenon that double images are caused due to the simultaneous display of the first vehicle image group 16 and the second vehicle image group 26 is prevented, when one of the two vehicle image controllable display area groups cannot be effectively lightened, the other vehicle image controllable display area group can be automatically lightened, and when the vehicle image pattern group needs to be displayed in the combined image 40, the vehicle image group can be effectively displayed.
Of course, the control unit may perform the above lighting of one of the two vehicle image controllable display area groups according to an instruction, that is, in some cases, the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 and the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 may not be lighted, and under a condition triggered by the instruction, the control unit controls one of the vehicle image controllable display area groups to be lighted.
In a preferred embodiment, the first pitch 30 may be 0mm, such that the mirror image 22 overlaps the first display image 11, and thus the first cart pattern group 16 also overlaps the second cart pattern group 26. In this case, if the first vehicle pattern group 16 and the second vehicle pattern group 26 are both simultaneously displayed, the first vehicle pattern group 16 and the second vehicle pattern group 26 are identical, and the driver can only see two vehicle pattern groups that are completely overlapped regardless of the viewing angle, that is, the driver only sees "one" vehicle pattern group without double images, so that it is not necessary to control at most one of the first vehicle controllable display area group 13 and the second vehicle controllable display area group 24 to be simultaneously lighted as described above. However, this embodiment places extremely high demands on the mounting accuracy between the first segment code screen 1, the second segment code screen 2, and the light processing board 3.
In other embodiments, the first pitch 30 is between 5 and 15mm to ensure that the first vehicle pattern group 16 substantially overlaps the second vehicle pattern group 26 from the driver's perspective, thereby ensuring that there is substantially no significant difference in the driver's perspective between the first vehicle pattern group 16 and the second vehicle pattern group 26 when switching.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 includes a first vehicle body controllable display area 131 and four first door controllable display areas 132; the first vehicle main body controllable display area 131 and the four first door controllable display areas 132 can be controlled individually, and when the first vehicle pattern group 16 is displayed, the control unit controls the four first door controllable display areas 132 to display (liquid crystal in the controllable display areas is twisted) or stop displaying (liquid crystal in the controllable display areas is not twisted) according to the actual opening and closing state of the vehicle doors, so that the first vehicle pattern group 16 can indicate the opening and closing state of each vehicle door. The second car image controllable display area group 24 includes a second car main body controllable display area 241 and four second door controllable display areas 242, and similarly, the control unit controls the four second door controllable display areas 242 to display or stop displaying according to the actual opening and closing state of the car doors, so that the second car pattern group 26 can also indicate the opening and closing state of each door.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, a first set of tire pressure controllable display areas 14 is further disposed in the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12, the first set of tire pressure controllable display areas 14 includes four first tire pressure controllable display areas 141, and the four first tire pressure controllable display areas 141 are distributed at the periphery of the first set of portrait controllable display areas 13; a second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 is arranged in the second section code liquid crystal panel 23, the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 comprises four second tire pressure controllable display areas 251, and the four second tire pressure controllable display areas 251 are distributed at the periphery of the second image controllable display area group 24; the first tire pressure controllable display area group 14 and the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 are each configured to display a tire pressure of a tire, wherein,
when the first image controllable display area group 13 is lit, the control unit can receive the tire pressure information, control the first tire pressure controllable display area group 14 to be lit according to the instruction (the first tire pressure pattern 142 is displayed on the first display image 11, see fig. 4), and display the tire pressure value in the received tire pressure information;
when the second image controllable display area group 24 is lit, the control unit can receive the tire pressure information, and control the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 to be lit (the second tire pressure pattern 252 is displayed on the mirror image 22, see fig. 6) according to the instruction, and display the tire pressure value in the received tire pressure information.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 5, four first tire pressure controllable display areas 141 are respectively located at the upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right of the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13, and four second tire pressure controllable display areas 251 are respectively located at the rear left, rear right, front left, and front right of the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24. The tire pressure sensors are arranged on the four tires of the automobile, and can acquire the tire pressure values of the corresponding tires and send the tire pressure values to the control unit, if the first image controllable display area group 13 is lighted and the tire pressure is controlled and displayed by an instruction, the corresponding four first tire pressure controllable display areas 141 display corresponding values in a segment code digital display mode according to the corresponding tire pressure values. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the air pressure value of the front left wheel is 2.2bar, the upper left first tire pressure controllable display area 141 displays the numeral 2.2 (the upper left first tire pressure pattern 142 displays a 2.2 pattern); the right front wheel air pressure value is 2.2bar, the upper right first tire pressure controllable display area 141 displays the number 2.2 (the upper right first tire pressure pattern 142 displays a 2.2 pattern); the tire pressure value of the rear left wheel is 1.8bar, the first tire pressure controllable display area 141 at the lower left shows a numeral 1.8 (the first tire pressure pattern 142 at the lower left shows a 1.8-style pattern); the tire pressure value of the right rear wheel is 2.7bar, the first tire pressure controllable display area 141 at the lower right shows the numeral 2.7 (the first tire pressure pattern 142 at the lower right shows a pattern of 2.7 style). Similarly, if the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 is lighted, as shown in fig. 6, the corresponding four second tire pressure controllable display areas 251 display the corresponding values in a segment code digital display manner according to the corresponding tire pressure values. For example, if the air pressure value of the front left wheel is 2.2bar, the second air pressure controllable display area 251 at the rear left shows the numeral 2.2 (the second air pressure pattern 252 at the upper left shows a 2.2-style pattern); the right front wheel tire pressure value is 2.2bar, the right rear second tire pressure controllable display area 251 displays the number 2.2 (the upper right second tire pressure pattern 252 displays a 2.2 pattern); the tire pressure value of the rear left wheel is 1.8bar, the second tire pressure controllable display area 251 in the front left displays the number 1.8 (the second tire pressure pattern 252 in the lower left displays a 1.8 pattern); the tire air pressure value of the right rear wheel is 2.7bar, the second tire air pressure controllable display area 251 at the right rear displays the numeral 2.7 (the second tire air pressure pattern 252 at the right lower side displays a 2.7 pattern).
Only when the first image controllable display area group 13 is lit, the first tire pressure controllable display area group 14 will likely be lit to display the tire pressure of each tire; only when the second image controllable display area group 24 is lit, the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 may be lit to display the tire pressures of the respective tires; and at most one of the first and second vehicle image controllable display area groups 13 and 24 can be lighted, and at most one of the first and second tire pressure controllable display area groups 14 and 25 can be actually lighted.
Further, even in the case where the vehicle image controllable display area group is lit, it does not necessarily light up on behalf of the corresponding tire pressure controllable display area group. For example, when the first portrait controlled display area group 13 is lit, the first tire pressure controlled display area group 14 may be lit or not lit, and the first tire pressure controlled display area group 14 is lit only when the control unit receives an external instruction or a trigger condition (the trigger condition is described in detail below).
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, four background controllable display areas 15 distributed at the periphery of the first portrait controllable display area group 13 are further disposed in the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12, and in the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12, the background controllable display areas 15 and the first tread pressure controllable display areas 141 are not overlapped with each other; the projections of the four second tire pressure controllable display areas 251 on the plane where the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12 is located with respect to the reflection of the light processing panel 3 are located in the four background controllable display areas 15, respectively.
Specifically, four of the background controllable display areas 15 are respectively located at the upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right of the first portrait controllable display area group 13, wherein,
the upper left background controllable display area 15 is located immediately below the upper left first tread controllable display area 141 ("close" means that they are close to each other, for example, the distance therebetween is less than 3mm), the upper right background controllable display area 15 is located immediately below the upper right first tread controllable display area 141, the lower left background controllable display area 15 is located immediately above the lower left first tread controllable display area 141, and the lower right background controllable display area 15 is located immediately above the lower right first tread controllable display area 141; the projection of the second tire pressure controllable display area 251 at the rear left on the plane where the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12 is located with respect to the reflection of the light processing panel 3 is located in the background controllable display area 15 at the upper left, the projection of the second tire pressure controllable display region 251 on the plane of the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12 of the right rear side with respect to the reflection of the light processing panel 3 is located in the upper right background controllable display region 15, the projection of the second tire pressure controllable display region 251 on the plane of the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12 of the left front side is located in the lower left background controllable display region 15, the projection of the second tire pressure controllable display area 251 on the plane of the first segment code liquid crystal panel 12 with respect to the reflection of the light processing panel 3 at the front right is located in the background controllable display area 15 at the lower right.
That is, when the four second tire air pressure controllable display areas 251 are lit, four second tire air pressure patterns 252 are displayed on the mirror image 22, wherein the left rear second tire air pressure controllable display area 251 corresponds to the upper left second tire air pressure pattern 252, the right rear second tire air pressure controllable display area 251 corresponds to the upper right second tire air pressure pattern 252, the left front second tire air pressure controllable display area 251 corresponds to the lower left second tire air pressure pattern 252, and the right front second tire air pressure controllable display area 251 corresponds to the lower right second tire air pressure pattern 252. When the four background controllable display areas 15 are lit, the four background patterns 151 are respectively displayed on the first display image 11, the four background patterns 151 are respectively arranged at the upper left, the upper right, the lower left and the lower right, under the visual angle of the driver, the upper left second tire pressure pattern 252 is located in the upper left background pattern 151, the upper right second tire pressure pattern 252 is located in the upper right background pattern 151, the lower left second tire pressure pattern 252 is located in the lower left background pattern 151, and the lower right second tire pressure pattern 252 is located in the lower right background pattern 151.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the control unit compares the tire pressure information with a set threshold value, if at least one tire pressure value in the tire pressure information is outside the set threshold value range, the control unit controls the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 and the second image controllable display area group 24 to be lit, and the control unit controls the corresponding background controllable display area 15, which is outside the set threshold value range, to be lit. Because of the difference of the tire specifications, the range of the set threshold value is different, for example, the set threshold value is 2.0-2.5bar, such as the tire pressure of the left front wheel is 2.2bar, the tire pressure of the right front wheel is 2.2bar, the tire pressure of the left rear wheel is 1.8bar, the tire pressure of the right rear wheel is 2.7bar, it can be seen that the tire pressure of the left front wheel and the tire pressure of the right front wheel are both within the set threshold value range, and the tire pressure of the left rear wheel and the tire pressure of the right rear wheel are outside the set threshold value range, at this time, the trigger condition is reached, the control unit forcibly lights the second image controllable display area group 24 and the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25, closes the first image controllable display area group 13 and the first tire controllable pressure display area group 14, and in addition, the control unit also controls the two background controllable display areas 15 at the lower left and the lower right to be lighted, so that the second vehicle pattern group 26 and the four second tire pressure patterns 252 are displayed on the mirror image 22, the background patterns 151 at the lower left and the lower right are displayed on the first display image 11, and under the view angle of the driver, the driver sees that the second tire pressure pattern 252 at the upper left and the second tire pressure pattern 252 at the upper right have no background pattern 151, and the second tire pressure pattern 252 at the lower left and the second tire pressure pattern 252 at the lower right are both in the respective background patterns 151, so that the driver is strongly reminded of the tire pressure abnormality of the rear left wheel and the rear right wheel (shown in fig. 8).
In a preferred embodiment, the control unit receives the feedback information of the second segment code screen 2, the control unit determines that the second segment code screen 2 fails to illuminate at least one of the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 and the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24, and the control unit controls the first tire pressure controllable display area group 14 and the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 to illuminate, and controls the corresponding background controllable display area 15 with the tire pressure value outside the set threshold value range to illuminate.
In some cases, if the first segment of the code screen 1 is abnormally unable to be displayed normally, when some or all of the tire pressure values are outside the threshold range, the control unit may only light the second segment of the code screen 2 (at this time, the combined image 40 is in the form shown in fig. 6), and at this time, the control unit may not light the corresponding background controllable display area 15 (at this time, the background pattern 151 may also not be displayed normally).
In other cases, if the second segment code screen 2 is abnormal and cannot be normally displayed, and part or all of the tire pressure values are outside the threshold range, the control unit will forcibly turn on the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 and the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 first, and when receiving the feedback information of the second segment code screen 2 and judging that the second vehicle image controllable display area group 24 and/or the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 cannot be turned on, the control unit controls the first vehicle image controllable display area group 13 and the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 in the first segment code screen 1 to be turned on. In addition, the control unit also controls the corresponding background controllable display area 15 with the tire pressure value outside the set threshold value range to light up.
Also take the setting of threshold value of 2.0-2.5bar, tire pressure of left front wheel of 2.2bar, tire pressure of right front wheel of 2.2bar, tire pressure of left rear wheel of 1.8bar (trigger condition), tire pressure of right rear wheel of 2.7bar (trigger condition) as an example, since the second controllable vehicle figure controllable display area group and/or the second tire pressure controllable display area group 25 cannot be normally lighted, the control unit controls the first vehicle figure controllable display area group 13 on the first segment screen 1 to be lighted, the four first tire pressure controllable display areas 141 to be lighted, the background controllable display area 15 at the lower left to be lighted, the background controllable display area 15 at the lower right to be lighted, the background pattern 151 at the lower left is adjacent to the first tire pressure pattern 142 at the lower left, the background pattern 151 at the lower right is adjacent to the first tire pressure pattern 142 at the lower right, therefore, the driver can be alerted to the tire pressure abnormality of the left and right rear wheels through the background pattern 151 at this time.
In a preferred embodiment, the color of the background controllable display area 15 after being lighted is red, that is, the color of the background pattern 151 is red, and the shape of the background controllable display area 15 is an ellipse or a rectangle, that is, the shape of the background pattern 151 is an ellipse or a rectangle. First, the color of the second tire pressure pattern 252 is different from the color of the background pattern 151; second, it is preferable that the color of the second tire pressure pattern 252 be opposite to the color of the background pattern 151, so that the driver can recognize the value of the second tire pressure pattern 252 when the second tire pressure pattern 252 is displayed simultaneously with the corresponding background pattern 151. For example, the second tire pressure pattern 252 is white and the background pattern 151 is red. The background pattern 151 is red, so that the background pattern 151 is more conspicuous, and an effect of reminding a driver of abnormal tire pressure is achieved. The shape of the background controllable display area 15 may be an ellipse, a rectangle, a circle or other shapes, and it is only necessary to ensure that the second tire pressure patterns 252 corresponding to each other are located in the background patterns 151 at the view angle of the driver, and the area of the background patterns 151 is 1.3-1.5 times of the area of the second tire pressure patterns 252.
In a preferred embodiment, the two first tire pressure controllable display areas at the lower left and lower right in the first tire pressure controllable display area group 14 are larger in size than the two first tire pressure controllable display areas at the upper left and upper right to simulate a feeling that the heading of the first vehicle pattern group 16 is oriented in the same direction as the heading of the vehicle. In the same way, the sizes of the two second tire air pressure controllable display areas in the second tire air pressure controllable display area group 25 in front left and front right are larger than the sizes of the two second tire air pressure controllable display areas in rear left and rear right.
