The invention discloses a positioning fixture for a large-caliber thin-wall cylindrical part, which comprises a soft jaw chuck, a support sleeve, a clamp and a bolt; the radian of each claw inner side positioning molded surface of the soft claw chuck is matched with the radian of the outer wall of the thin-walled cylindrical part to be processed; the supporting sleeve is a flexible sleeve with the inner diameter matched with the outer diameter of the thin-wall cylindrical part to be processed; the clamp is an open ring-shaped piece processed by elastic metal materials, and two open ends of the clamp are respectively provided with corresponding bolt connecting holes; the end part of the thin-wall cylindrical part to be processed is clamped and fixed through the soft jaw chuck, the supporting sleeve is sleeved on the side wall of the middle part of the thin-wall cylindrical part to be processed, the side walls of the two ends of the supporting sleeve are respectively sleeved with the hoops, and the two open ends of each hoop are fastened through bolts, so that the two hoops fix the supporting hoop on the side wall of the middle part of the thin-wall cylindrical part to be processed. Technical Field
The invention relates to a positioning fixture for a large-diameter thin-wall cylindrical part, and belongs to the technical field of machining.
Background
The remote rocket has high precision requirement in the technical development, and in order to improve the combat performance, reduce the weight and increase the medicine loading, the product shell adopts a large-caliber thin-wall cylindrical part. The thin-wall cylindrical part is firstly processed into a thin-wall cylindrical semi-finished product by adopting a spinning process, and then the two ends of the thin-wall cylindrical semi-finished product are subjected to thread processing. When the traditional process is used for processing a semi-finished product of a thin-wall cylindrical part, the semi-finished product is processed after clamping and positioning on a lathe, and when the traditional process is used for clamping, positioning and positioning a large-caliber thin-wall cylindrical part, the clamped object has large size deformation, chatter marks on a processed surface, pits and indentations on the surface, and the process requirements cannot be met.

The supporting sleeve is made of rubber materials.
Advantageous effects
According to the positioning clamp, the end part of the thin-wall cylindrical part to be processed is clamped through the soft jaw chuck, so that the clamping force is reduced, and the workpiece deformation is avoided; the suspended part of the thin-walled cylindrical part to be processed is clamped and sleeved by the supporting sleeve, so that chatter marks generated by resonance of the workpiece and the cutter bar are eliminated, surface defects such as indentation and scratch of the surface of the workpiece caused by the central frame are avoided, and the processed size meets the process requirements.

the clamp 3 is an open ring-shaped piece processed by elastic metal materials, and two open ends of the clamp 3 are respectively provided with corresponding bolt 4 connecting holes;
