Abstract
The invention discloses a method for processing internal threads of a thin-wall cylindrical part, which comprises the following steps: sleeving a shaping device on the outer wall of a thread machining end of a thin-walled cylindrical part product, wherein the shaping device comprises a shaping ring and a shaping bolt; then clamping the rear end of the thin-wall cylindrical part product through a soft jaw chuck, wherein the bracket is arranged on the outer side of a shaping ring of the shaping device and used for supporting the front end of the thin-wall cylindrical part product; adjusting the screwing length of each shaping bolt in the shaping device, and shaping the front end of the thin-walled cylindrical product to control the wall thickness difference of the front end of the thin-walled cylindrical product within 0.1 MM; and finally, machining the internal thread at the front end of the thin-wall cylindrical part product by using a cutting tool. According to the processing method, the front end of the thin-wall cylindrical part product is shaped through the shaping device, the technical difficulty of processing threads on the inner wall of the thin-wall cylindrical part is solved, and the processed product has high thread precision.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for processing an internal thread of a thin-wall cylindrical part, and belongs to the technical field of rocket projectile assembly.
Background
Conventionally, a thin-walled member has been widely used in various industrial fields because of its characteristics of light weight, compact structure, and the like. However, the deformation problem of thin-wall parts is difficult to solve all the time, and particularly non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and magnesium alloy are easy to deform in the processing and heat treatment processes, so that the quality of parts is seriously influenced.
At present, the traditional method for solving the deformation is mainly grasped from each link of a heat treatment and machining process, the deformation is reduced to the maximum extent by a reasonable machining method, but the deformation is only reduced, and the deformation cannot be finally removed, and particularly when threads are machined on the inner wall of a thin-wall cylindrical part, the threads of the machined product are not tight due to part deformation, and the threads are chattered, so that the process requirements are difficult to meet.

2) clamping the rear end of a thin-walled cylindrical product through a soft jaw chuck, wherein the bracket is arranged on the outer side of a shaping ring of the shaping device and used for supporting the front end of the thin-walled cylindrical product;
3) adjusting the screwing length of each shaping bolt in the shaping device, and shaping the front end of the thin-walled cylindrical product to control the wall thickness difference of the front end of the thin-walled cylindrical product within 0.1 MM;
4) and then machining the internal thread at the front end of the thin-wall cylindrical part product by using a cutting tool.

1) the outer wall of the thread machining end of the thin-walled cylindrical part product 2 is sleeved with a shaping device, the shaping device comprises a shaping ring 5 and a shaping bolt, the shaping ring 5 is an annular part with the inner diameter matched with the outer diameter of the thin-walled cylindrical part product 2, the side wall of the shaping ring 5 is provided with a group of threaded holes which are uniformly distributed on the circumference and are radially provided with holes, and each threaded hole is internally connected with the shaping bolt 4;
2) the rear end of a thin-wall cylindrical part product 2 is clamped through a soft jaw chuck 1, the bracket 3 is installed on the outer side of a shaping ring 5 of the shaping device to support the front end of the thin-wall cylindrical part product 2, and the clamping structure is shown in figure 1;
3) adjusting the screwing length of each shaping bolt 4 in the shaping device, shaping the front end of the thin-walled cylindrical product 2, and controlling the wall thickness difference of the front end of the thin-walled cylindrical product 2 within 0.1 MM;
4) and then the internal thread at the front end of the thin-wall cylindrical part product 2 is processed by a cutting tool.
