The invention relates to a high-temperature die-casting water temperature machine which comprises a heat exchanger, a cooling water inlet, a cooling water outlet, a hot water inlet, a hot water outlet, a pressure relief port, a water replenishing port and an air blowing device, wherein a first pipeline is connected between the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet, a second pipeline is connected between the hot water inlet and the hot water outlet, the first pipeline and the second pipeline are respectively connected with the heat exchanger, a first electromagnetic valve and a one-way valve are respectively connected to the first pipeline, a PLC (programmable logic controller) control unit, a check valve, a magnetic pump and a first angle seat valve are sequentially arranged on the second pipeline, a third pipeline is connected to the water replenishing port, the other end of the third pipeline is communicated with a second pipeline, a water replenishing pump, a second electromagnetic valve and a second one-way valve are sequentially arranged on the third pipeline, the air blowing device is connected with the second pipeline, the pressure relief device is arranged on the second pipeline, and the second pipeline at the hot water inlet and the hot water outlet are connected through a fourth pipeline. With reference to the attached drawing 1, a high-temperature die-casting water temperature machine comprises a heat exchanger 8, a cooling water inlet, a cooling water outlet, a hot water inlet, a hot water outlet, a pressure relief port, a water replenishing port 1 and an air blowing device, wherein a first pipeline is connected between the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet, a second pipeline is connected between the hot water inlet and the hot water outlet, the first pipeline and the second pipeline are respectively connected with the heat exchanger 8, a first electromagnetic valve and a one-way valve are respectively connected to the position, close to the cooling water inlet, of the first pipeline, a PLC control unit 10, a check valve 4, a magnetic pump 6 and a first angle seat valve are sequentially arranged on the second pipeline between the hot water inlet and the heat exchanger 8, the first angle seat valve is close to the heat exchanger 8, a third pipeline is connected to the water replenishing port 1, the other end of the third pipeline is communicated with a second pipeline, a water replenishing pump 2, a second electromagnetic valve 3 and a second one-way valve 5 are sequentially arranged on the third pipeline, the blowing-up device is connected with a second pipeline close to the hot water outlet, a pressure relief device is arranged on the second pipeline between the PLC control unit 10 and the check valve 4, and the hot water inlet is connected with the second pipeline at the hot water outlet through a fourth pipeline.
The air blowing device comprises an air inlet, the air inlet is connected with a pipeline five, the other end of the pipeline five is communicated with a pipeline two, and an air source filter 16, an electromagnetic valve island 15 buffer barrel 14 and an angle seat valve two 7 are sequentially arranged on the pipeline five.
A first pressure sensor and a first pressure switch are connected to a fifth pipeline between the air source filter 16 and the electromagnetic valve island 15, and a second pressure sensor is connected to a fifth pipeline between the second angle seat valve 7 and the buffer barrel 14.
The pressure relief device comprises a pressure relief opening, the pressure relief opening is connected with a pipeline six, the other end of the pipeline six is connected with a pipeline two, a third angle seat valve is arranged on the pipeline six, and a third pressure sensor 13 and a second pressure switch 9 are further arranged on the pipeline six.

When the device is used for the first time, a water-free state is in the system, a water replenishing pump 2 and a water replenishing electromagnetic valve II 3 are opened, when specific pressure is reached, a magnetic pump 6 starts to work, a heating pipe of a heat exchanger is heated, water in the system reaches a hot water outlet through a first angle seat valve and enters a client mold, and then returns to the inside of the system through a water return port for circulation, when the pressure of the system is too high, a third angle seat valve at a pressure relief port can be opened, and pressure is relieved at the pressure relief port; blowing can be carried out when production is stopped, and redundant water in the pipeline is blown out, so that the scaling of the pipeline caused by long-time non-use of the machine pipeline is reduced.
