The invention relates to a centering measuring device and a measuring method for a guide ruler of a rolling mill, wherein the measuring device comprises a fixed platen, a measuring carriage, a measuring tape and a switch type magnetic seat; the two ends of the fixed bedplate are respectively provided with a switch type magnetic seat; the measuring carriage is in sliding connection with the fixed platen and can slide along the longitudinal direction of the fixed platen; the tape measure is fixed on the measuring carriage; during measurement, two ends of the fixed platen are fixedly connected with the mill inlet housing and the mill outlet housing respectively through corresponding switch type magnetic seats; the moving direction of the scale of the tape measure is perpendicular to the rolling direction of the rolling mill. Background
The centering correction of the guide rule is an important item for ensuring the precision of the rolling mill and carrying out daily maintenance on the rolling mill and is used for preventing the guide from deviating; the guide centering measurement comprises centering measurement of the guide of the heavy-point rack when an accident occurs, regular guide centering measurement according to maintenance period and production requirements, and the like. In the production of hot rolled strip steel, a guide rule is a key device for realizing centering rolling of strip steel with different widths, each finish rolling mill is provided with the guide rule, and the guide rule centering of any rolling mill has defects, so that the strip steel is directly caused to deviate in the rolling process, and tail flicking accidents and even rolling breakage accidents are caused.

Slide ways are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixed bedplate; the measuring carriage consists of a door-shaped frame and a tape fixing seat, wherein two ends of the door-shaped frame respectively slide with the slideway in a matched manner through rollers, and the tape fixing seat is arranged in the middle of the door-shaped frame; the top of the tape measure fixing seat is provided with a scale telescopic guide groove.
The measuring tape fixing seat is provided with a bolt hole, and the measuring tape is detachably connected with the measuring tape fixing seat through the bolt.
A rolling mill guide centering measurement method comprises the following steps:
1) Measuring at a working side;
firstly, placing a fixed platen in a measuring device between an inlet housing of a rolling mill and an outlet housing of the rolling mill at two ends of a working side, starting a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic seat, and adsorbing and fixing two ends of the fixed platen on the inner side walls of the inlet housing of the rolling mill and the outlet housing of the rolling mill; and making the longitudinal center line of the fixed platen parallel to the rolling center line of the rolling mill;
step two, the working roll of the rolling mill is pulled out, the rolling mill guide rule is moved into the rolling mill and is positioned at a working position, and then the rolling mill guide rule is locked and fixed by a safety pin;
moving the measuring carriage longitudinally along the fixed platen to enable the measuring tape to be aligned with the end part of the side guide plate corresponding to the guide rule of the rolling mill, wherein the horizontal height of the measuring tape after extending out is level with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out the scale of the tape measure from the scale telescopic guide groove, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;
2) A transmission side measurement;
firstly, placing a fixed platen in a measuring device between an inlet housing of a rolling mill and an outlet housing of the rolling mill at two ends of a transmission side, starting a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic seat, and adsorbing and fixing two ends of the fixed platen at the inner sides of the inlet housing of the rolling mill and the outlet housing of the rolling mill; and making the longitudinal center line of the fixed platen parallel to the rolling center line of the rolling mill;
step two, moving a rolling mill guide rule into a rolling mill and enabling the rolling mill guide rule to be in a working position, and then locking and fixing the rolling mill guide rule by a safety pin;
moving the measuring carriage longitudinally along the fixed platen to enable the measuring tape to be aligned with the end part of the side guide plate corresponding to the guide rule of the rolling mill, wherein the horizontal height of the measuring tape after extending out is level with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out the scale of the tape measure from the scale telescopic guide groove, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;
3) And determining the deviation between the center line of the guide plate of the rolling mill and the center line of the rolling mill according to the working measurement data and the transmission side measurement data.

moving the measuring carriage 12 longitudinally along the fixed platen 11 to enable the measuring tape 6 to be aligned with the end part of the corresponding side guide plate of the rolling mill guide rule, and enabling the horizontal height of the measuring tape 6 after extending out to be level with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out the scale of the tape measure 6 from the scale telescopic guide groove 16, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;
2) Transmission side measurement (as shown in fig. 5);
firstly, placing a fixed platen 11 in a measuring device 1 between a rolling mill inlet housing 2 and a rolling mill outlet housing 3 at two ends of a transmission side, starting a magnetic switch on a switch type magnetic seat 14, and adsorbing and fixing two ends of the fixed platen 11 at the inner sides of the rolling mill inlet housing 2 and the rolling mill outlet housing 3; and the longitudinal center line of the fixed platen 11 is made parallel to the rolling center line of the rolling mill;
step two, moving a rolling mill guide rule into a rolling mill and enabling the rolling mill guide rule to be in a working position, and then locking and fixing the rolling mill guide rule by a safety pin;
moving the measuring carriage 12 longitudinally along the fixed platen 11 to enable the measuring tape 6 to be aligned with the end part of the corresponding side guide plate of the rolling mill guide rule, and enabling the horizontal height of the measuring tape 6 after extending out to be level with the top of the side guide plate; pulling out the scale of the tape measure 6 from the scale telescopic guide groove 16, and measuring the distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the corresponding side guide plate;
3) And determining the deviation between the center line of the guide plate of the rolling mill and the center line of the rolling mill according to the working measurement data and the transmission side measurement data.

The rolling mill guide rule is of an integral structure, a first side guide plate 4 and a second side guide plate 5 are respectively arranged on two sides, the first side guide plate 4 is correspondingly arranged on the working side, and the second side guide plate 5 is correspondingly arranged on the transmission side. When the centering value of the guide rule of the rolling mill is measured, the centering size of the first side guide plate 4 is measured in two steps, the centering size of the second side guide plate 5 is measured for the first time, the two measuring methods are the same, and finally the deviation between the center line of the guide rule of the rolling mill and the center line of the rolling mill is converted.
Before the measurement starts, the working rolls of the measured stand are pulled out according to the regulations of safety regulations, the rolling mill guide is moved into the rolling mill to be in the working position when rolling steel, and then the rolling mill guide is locked by a safety pin.
The measuring tape 6 is fixed on a measuring tape fixing seat 13, and a fixed platen 11 is fixed on the inner side walls of an inlet housing 2 and an outlet housing 3 of a working side rolling mill through a switch type magnetic seat 14, so that the horizontal height of the measuring tape 6 after the measuring tape is pulled out is level with the top of a side guide plate I; the measuring carriage 12 is moved to align the scale of the tape 6 with the inner end of the first side guide 4, the scale in the tape 6 is pulled out through the scale extension guide 16, and the scale is horizontally pulled toward the first side guide 4, and the linear distance from the scale to the inner side surface of the first side guide 4 is measured.
After the measurement process is finished, the magnetic switch of the switch type magnetic seat is closed, the measurement device 1 is taken down, then the measurement device 1 is moved to the transmission side, the centering size of the second side guide plate 5 is measured, and the measurement process is the same as that of the working side.
