The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-17, the present invention provides a technical solution: a monitoring device for collecting big data information comprises a spherical monitoring device 1, a hanging seat 2, a cylindrical shell 3, a power supply mechanism 4 and a cleaning mechanism 5.
When the monitoring device for collecting big data information is cleaned, firstly, a driving mechanism formed by combining a second driving motor 15 and a screw rod 16 is needed to control the expansion of a cleaning strip framework mechanism 18, according to the attached drawings of 5, 8 and 9, the second driving motor 15 and a storage battery in a power supply mechanism 4 are in circuit connection by adopting a flat cable, the storage battery in the power supply mechanism 4 is used for providing power for the second driving motor 15, because the upper end of the screw rod 16 is fixedly clamped with the output end of the second driving motor 15, and because the lower end of the screw rod 16 forms a rotating structure on the lower side wall of a frame body of a strip-shaped shell 11, the second driving motor 15 is started to operate positively, so that the second driving motor 15 drives the screw rod 16 to rotate positively in the limiting frame part of the strip-shaped shell 11;
as shown in fig. 5, 6, 8 and 9, the narrow portion of the "convex" shaped movable seat 17 is movably inserted into the limiting frame portion of the strip-shaped housing 11, the side wall of the narrow portion of the movable seat 17 is attached to the inner wall of the limiting frame portion of the strip-shaped housing 11 after the narrow portion of the movable seat 17 is inserted, the narrow portion of the movable seat 17 is connected with the screw rod 16 in a threaded manner after being sleeved and penetrated, and after the screw rod 16 rotates forward, the movable seat 17 slides downward in the frame portion of the strip-shaped housing 11 along the limiting frame portion of the strip-shaped housing 11 because the movable seat 17 is limited by the limiting frame portion of the strip-shaped housing 11, and pushes the cleaning framework mechanism 18 downward through the movable seat 17 to move;
referring to fig. 10, 11, 13 and 17, the cleaning strip skeleton mechanism 18 is composed of several segments 20 and tail bone blocks 21, and when the cleaning strip skeleton mechanism 18 moves out of the body of the strip-shaped housing 11, when the tail bone block 21 moves to the outer side of the frame body part of the strip-shaped shell 11, the baffle part of the strip-shaped shell 11 loses contact with the convex part of the tail bone block 21, so that the baffle part of the strip-shaped shell 11 loses the limiting function on the tail bone block 21, because the convex part of the tailbone block 21 is rotatably connected on the side wall of the lowest end joint bone block 20, and because the lowest end joint bone block 20 is pressed against the baffle part of the strip-shaped shell 11 after being limited, the tailbone block 21 is reset by utilizing the elastic deformation of the second torsion spring 22 on the tailbone block 21, so that the tailbone block 21 is overturned on the lowest end joint bone block 20, the rubber ball 28 at the lower section is also attached to the hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1;
referring to fig. 10, 11, 13 and 17, when the lowermost condyle 20 moves to the outside of the frame of the bar-shaped casing 11, the tailbone 21 slides on the hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1 with the aid of the rubber ball 28, the stop plate of the bar-shaped casing 11 loses contact with the projection of the lowermost condyle 20, the limiting effect on the lowermost condyle 20 is lost, the lowermost condyle 20 is turned over due to the rotational connection of the projection of the lowermost condyle 20 to the side wall of the penultimate condyle 20, the penultimate condyle 20 is limited and then abuts against the stop plate of the bar-shaped casing 11, the elastic deformation of the second torsion spring 22 on the lowermost condyle 20 is used for resetting, the lowermost condyle 20 is turned over, and so on, the monomers of the condyle 20 are rotationally connected together, from the lowermost condyle 20 to the positive second condyle 20, each joint block 20 is independently turned over after moving to the outer side of the frame part of the strip-shaped shell 11;
as shown in fig. 10, 11, 13 and 17, when the uppermost bone segment 20 moves to the outside of the frame of the strip-shaped housing 11, the blocking plate of the strip-shaped housing 11 loses its limiting function on the uppermost bone segment 20, because the protruding block of the uppermost bone segment 20 is rotatably connected to the sidewall of the movable seat 17, and because the movable seat 17 moves and is positioned in the frame of the strip-shaped housing 11, the uppermost bone segment 20 is returned by the elastic deformation of the second torsion spring 22 on the uppermost bone segment 20, so that the uppermost bone segment 20 is turned over on the movable seat 17, and in conclusion, the cleaning frame mechanism 18 is unfolded along the curved surface of the hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1, and the sponge strip of the cleaning strip body 19 is deformed by the flexible adjustment and then closely attached to the hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1;
then, a driving mechanism formed by combining a driven gear ring 8, a driving gear 9 and a first driving motor 10 is needed to control the rotation of the cleaning mechanism 5, as shown in the attached drawings 2, 3, 4 and 17, the monitoring device is arranged on the wall body through the mounting plate part of the hanging seat 2, the pipe body part of the hanging seat 2 is fixedly connected with the monitoring machine body of the spherical monitoring device 1, so that the hanging seat 2 and the spherical monitoring device 1 form a carrier for assisting the rotation of the cylindrical shell 3, the first driving motor 10 is fixedly arranged at the lower section of the pipe body part of the hanging seat 2, the first driving motor 10 is in circuit connection with the monitoring machine body of the spherical monitoring device 1 through a flat cable, the same power supply is used with the spherical monitoring device 1, because the driving gear 9 on the output end of the first driving motor 10 is meshed with the driven gear ring 8, and because the driven gear ring 8 is fixedly arranged in the barrel body of the cylindrical shell 3, the first driving motor 10 is started to operate, the driving gear 9 drives the driven gear ring 8 after rotating, so that the driven gear ring 8 drives the cylindrical shell 3 to synchronously rotate, the position limiting ring part on the pipe body part of the hanging seat 2 is movably clamped on the shell part of the power supply mechanism 4, the bearing 6 is arranged at the rotating connection part of the pipe body part of the hanging seat 2 and the cylindrical shell 3, and the cylindrical shell 3 is stably rotated on a carrier consisting of the hanging seat 2 and the spherical monitoring device 1 by the aid of the bearing 6 and the position limiting ring part on the hanging seat 2;
as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 17, when the cylindrical housing 3 drives the cleaning mechanism 5 to rotate around the central axis of the carrier composed of the spherical monitoring device 1 and the hanging seat 2, the cleaning strip framework mechanism 18 drives the cleaning strip body 19 to synchronously rotate around the central axis of the hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1, and the hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1 is cleaned by the cleaning strip body 19;
with reference to the above, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 13, when the cleaning strip skeleton mechanism 18 is stored again, after the second driving motor 15 rotates reversely, the movable seat 17 slides upwards in the frame portion of the strip casing 11 along the limiting frame portion of the strip casing 11, and during the process that the movable seat 17 pulls the cleaning strip skeleton mechanism 18 to move, because the lower end of the baffle portion of the strip casing 11 is in an arc structure, and because the upper and lower ends of the lug portion of the joint block 20 and the upper and lower ends of the lug portion of the tail block 21 are both in a semicircular structure, after the lug portion slides along the baffle portion, the bent cleaning strip skeleton mechanism 18 is straightened and stored;
in order to ensure the cleaning effect, cleaning solution is needed to be used in the cleaning process, the hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1 is wet-wiped by the cleaning strip body 19, as shown in the attached drawings 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 12, 13 and 14, the micro water pump 14 is also in circuit connection with a storage battery in the power supply mechanism 4 by adopting a flat cable, the storage battery in the power supply mechanism 4 is used for supplying power to the micro water pump 14, the spray pipe frame 29 on the uppermost bone joint block 20 is in pipeline connection with the output end of the micro water pump 14 by a spring hose, the input end of the micro water pump 14 is in pipeline connection with the liquid outlet pipe part of the liquid storage tank 7 by a hose, when the cleaning strip skeleton mechanism 18 is in cleaning operation, the micro water pump 14 is started to operate, the cleaning solution in the liquid storage tank 7 passes through the liquid outlet pipe part of the liquid storage tank 7 and the hose at the input end of the micro water pump 14, conveying the cleaning liquid to a spring hose at the output end of the micro water pump 14, wherein a spray pipe frame 29 is arranged on the left side wall of each joint block 20 and the left side wall of the tail block 21, pipeline series connection between single bodies of the spray pipe frames 29 is completed through hoses, the spray pipe frame 29 on the joint block 20 at the uppermost end is in pipeline connection with the spring hose, the cleaning liquid is sprayed on a hemispherical glass cover of the spherical monitoring device 1 through the spray pipe frame 29 after being conveyed, so that the wet wiping treatment effect of the cleaning strip body 19 is achieved, a liquid inlet pipe part of the liquid storage tank 7 sequentially penetrates through the upper plane side wall of the cylindrical shell 3 and a shell part of the power supply mechanism 4 to the outside, when the cleaning liquid needs to be added, a pipe cover part on the liquid inlet pipe part is screwed and loosened, and the addition of the cleaning liquid is completed through the liquid inlet pipe part;
after long-term use, the cleaning strip body 19 needs to be replaced after being stained, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 4, fig. 7 and fig. 16, the front baffle part of the strip-shaped shell 11 and the clamping plate 30 on the rear baffle part thereof are pressed simultaneously, after the clamping plate 30 is overturned and unfolded, the fourth torsion spring 31 is stressed to generate elastic deformation, the hooking end of the fourth torsion spring 31 is enabled to lose clamping connection with the side wall of the frame body part of the strip-shaped shell 11, after the strip-shaped shell 11 is lost and fixed, the first torsion spring 13 recovers elastic deformation, because the shaft body part of the strip-shaped shell 11 forms a rotating structure at the connection part of the shell part of the power supply mechanism 4 and the upper plane side wall of the cylindrical shell 3, the strip-shaped shell 11 is overturned and unfolded on the cylindrical shell 3 with the assistance of the shaft body part thereof, the frame body part of the strip-shaped shell 11 is separated from the baffle part of the cylindrical shell 3, and the box body part of the strip-shaped shell 11 is attached to the baffle part of the power supply mechanism 4 and overturns and abuts against the inner wall of the placing groove part of the power supply mechanism 4, the strip-shaped shell 11 is arranged in a vertical state with the cylindrical shell 3 after being unfolded;

referring to fig. 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, the locking mechanism on the upper most joint block 20 is unlocked through the open slot of the strip housing 11, the adjusting bracket 26 is manually pulled, because the adjusting bracket 26 is movably hinged at the left end of the cylindrical portion of the rotating member 25, after the adjusting bracket 26 is turned and unfolded on the cylindrical portion of the rotating member 25, the pin part of the adjusting bracket 26 is disengaged from the upper side wall of the joint block 20, and the third torsion spring 27 is elastically deformed after being stressed, then the adjusting bracket 26 is shifted, so that the adjusting bracket 26 drives the rotating member 25 to rotate on the joint block 20, and the pin part of the adjusting bracket 26 is reset by the elastic deformation of the third torsion spring 27, the pin part of the adjusting bracket 26 is engaged with the lower side wall of the joint block 20, because the positioning ring part of the rotating member 25 is movably engaged in the slot of the locking block 23, and the oval disc part of the rotating member 25 is disengaged from the locking block 23 after being rotated, after the locking block 23 is out of limit, the locking block 23 is reset through the elastic deformation of the V-shaped reset spring 24, so that the locking block 23 is reset and slides in the mounting cavity of the joint block 20, the silica gel connecting part of the locking block 23 and the cleaning strip body 19 is not extruded and fixed, the locking mechanism in the tail block 21 is the same as the locking mechanism in the joint block 20, the locking mechanism of each joint block 20 and the locking mechanism on the tail block 21 are sequentially adjusted and unlocked, and the cleaning strip body 19 is disassembled;
when a new cleaning strip body 19 is replaced, according to the attached drawings 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, the silica gel connection parts are arranged on the silica gel strip part of the cleaning strip body 19 at equal intervals, the silica gel connection parts of the cleaning strip body 19 are symmetrically arranged in front and back of the silica gel strip part, the lowermost silica gel connection part is arranged on the installation part of the tail bone block 21, the rest silica gel connection parts are respectively arranged on the installation parts of the corresponding bone blocks 20, after the silica gel connection parts are inserted in the square groove part, the adjusting frame 26 is lifted and shifted in reverse according to the above, after the rotating part 25 rotates in reverse direction, the locking blocks 23 are pushed by the oval disc part of the rotating part 25, the locking blocks 23 at the front end and the back end slide in opposite directions, and the locking blocks 23 are used for extruding the silica gel connection parts of the cleaning strip body 19 again to complete installation;
