The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, a worker discharges waste gas into the machine body 1 from the gas inlet pipe 2, the waste gas uniformly floats upwards after passing through the gas distribution plate 9, dust in the waste gas is ionized by the ionization line 6 and then is adsorbed on the inner surface of the anode pipe 4, the water pump 17 can pump water in the water tank 14 into the water tray 12, the water level in the water tray 12 rises and is pumped into the inner surface of the anode pipe 4 from the overflow cap 11 to form a continuous water film, the dust is taken away by the water film, any substance is prevented from contacting with the pipe wall, the electric field is ensured to always operate in a clean state, when the water level in the water tank 14 is lowered to the position of the water level sensor 15, the external controller controls the electric valve 16 to be opened to add water, so that the water in the water tank 14 is always kept water, the automatic water supply function is realized, the industrial dust detector 22 in the adjusting assembly 10 can detect whether the gas to be discharged contains excess dust or not, if the sealing plate 26 is driven by the motor 25 to rotate and open, the exhaust fan 23 strongly sucks and discharges the gas into the lower end of the machine body 1 through the mounting pipe 21, so that the gas is secondarily treated, and the ash removal efficiency is improved.
