and step 110, acquiring the temperature in the test chamber and the temperature of the external environment.

Specifically, fig. 2 is a block diagram of a door frame heating system of a test chamber according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, the door frame heating system of the test chamber includes: the temperature sensor 10, the controller 20, the solid-state relay 30 and the heating wire 40, the door frame heating device of the test chamber according to any embodiment of the invention is integrated in the controller 20; the temperature sensor 10 and the solid-state relay 30 are both electrically connected to the controller 20, and the heater wire 40 is electrically connected to the solid-state relay 30. The controller 20 may control the on-off time of the solid state relay 30, thereby controlling the heating time of the heater wire 40.
The temperature sensor 10 includes an in-box temperature sensor 11 and an ambient temperature sensor 12, both of which are electrically connected to the controller 20. The in-box temperature sensor 11 and the ambient temperature sensor 12 may detect the in-box temperature and the external ambient temperature of the test box, respectively, and transmit the detected temperatures to the controller 20, so that the controller 20 may acquire the in-box temperature and the external ambient temperature. The heating wire 40 may be disposed in a door frame of the test chamber, and the heating wire 40 is a parallel constant power heating wire. Specifically, the heating wire 40 may be hermetically disposed in a door frame of the test chamber to heat the door frame, and the heating wire 40 may be a plurality of sections of heating wires 40 with the same power, which are connected in parallel, so that the heating wire 40 uniformly heats the door frame. The type, including the power level, of the heating wire 40 may be specifically set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.

Illustratively, the preset in-box temperature range may be 70 degrees below zero to 180 degrees, and the preset ambient temperature may be 5 degrees to 35 degrees. For example, if the internal temperature is-10 degrees, and the preset internal temperature range is-70 to 180 degrees, the controller 20 may determine that the first difference is 190 degrees, the external environment temperature is 30 degrees, and the preset internal temperature range is 5 to 35 degrees, and the second difference is 25 degrees.

And step 220, determining a first difference value between the internal temperature and the maximum value of the preset internal temperature range and a second difference value between the external environment temperature and the minimum value of the preset environment temperature range according to the internal temperature and the external environment temperature.
Specifically, if the internal temperature is T1, the external ambient temperature is T2, the preset internal temperature range is TC1 to TC2, and the preset ambient temperature range is TE1 to TE2, the controller 20 may determine that the first difference is T1 to TC2 and the second difference is T2 to TE 1.
And step 230, determining the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the preset in-box temperature range according to the preset in-box temperature range.
Wherein the preset temperature range in the box is TC 1-TC2, TC2 is larger than TC1, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the preset temperature range in the box is TC2-TC 1.
And 240, determining the heating quantity OUT1 required by the cold conduction in the box according to the first difference value and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the preset box temperature range.
OUT1 is ABS (T1-TC2)/(TC2-TC1) 60 100%, T1-TC2 is a first difference, ABS (T1-TC2) represents an absolute value of T1-TC2, and TC2-TC1 is a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the preset in-tank temperature range.
And step 250, determining the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the preset environment temperature range according to the preset environment temperature range.
Specifically, the preset ambient temperature range is TE1 to TE2, and TE2 is greater than TE1, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the preset ambient temperature range is TE2 to TE 1.
And step 260, determining the required heating quantity OUT2 of the surface of the box body according to the second difference value and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the preset environment temperature range.
OUT2 ═ 30+ (T2-TE1)/(TE2-TE1) × 10] × 100%, T2-TE1 are the second difference, and TE2-TE1 are the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the preset ambient temperature range.
And 270, determining the sum of the heating quantity required by the cold conduction in the box and the heating quantity required by the surface of the box according to the heating quantity required by the cold conduction in the box and the heating quantity required by the surface of the box.
The sum of the heating quantity required by the cold conduction in the box and the heating quantity required by the surface of the box body is the sum of the OUT1 and the OUT 2.
And step 280, taking the sum of the heating quantity required by the cold conduction in the box and the heating quantity required by the surface of the box body as a door frame heating quantity OUT to heat the door frame of the test box.
The door frame heating amount OUT of the test box is OUT1+ OUT2, and as can be seen from the expressions of OUT1 and OUT2, OUT is 100% of ABS (T1-TC2)/(TC2-TC1) 60+30+ (T2-TE1)/(TE2-TE1) 10. The controller 20 can control the on-off time of the solid-state relay 30 according to the determined door frame heating amount OUT, if OUT is 80%, a signal with a duty ratio of 80% can be generated, and if the signal period is 10 minutes, the solid-state relay 30 can be controlled to be switched off for 2 minutes according to 8 minutes of switching on and switching off circularly, so that the heating time of the heating wire 40 is controlled, and the adjustable control of the door frame temperature is realized. Exemplarily, the temperature that reaches after the door frame heats is less than 40 degrees, can prevent that the overheated staff of scalding of door frame.

taking the sum of the heating quantity required by the cold conduction in the box and the heating quantity required by the surface of the box body as a door frame heating quantity OUT; OUT [ [ ABS (T1-TC2)/(TC2-TC1) × 60+30+ (T2-TE1)/(TE2-TE1) × 10] × 100 ], T1-TC2 being the first difference, ABS (T1-TC2) representing an absolute value of T1-TC2, TC2-TC1 being a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the preset in-tank temperature range, T2-TE1 being the second difference, and TE2-TE1 being a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the preset ambient temperature range.
6. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the door frame is heated to a temperature of less than 40 degrees.
7. A door frame heating device of a test chamber is characterized by comprising:
the temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring the temperature in the test chamber and the temperature of the external environment;
the difference value determining module is used for determining a first difference value between the internal temperature and the maximum value of a preset internal temperature range and a second difference value between the external environment temperature and the minimum value of the preset environment temperature range according to the internal temperature and the external environment temperature;
and the heating quantity determining module is used for determining the heating quantity of the door frame of the test box according to the preset in-box temperature range, the preset environment temperature range, the first difference value and the second difference value so as to heat the door frame of the test box.
8. A door frame heating system of a test chamber, comprising: a temperature sensor, a controller, a solid state relay and a heater wire, wherein the door frame heating device of the test chamber of claim 7 is integrated in the controller; the temperature sensor and the solid-state relay are electrically connected with the controller, and the heating wire is electrically connected with the solid-state relay.
9. The door frame heating system according to claim 8, wherein the temperature sensor includes an in-box temperature sensor and an ambient temperature sensor, both of which are electrically connected to the controller.
10. The door frame heating system of claim 8, wherein the heater wire is disposed within a door frame of the test chamber, the heater wire being a parallel constant power heater wire.
