s3: adding the resin, the hydrotalcite powder and the auxiliary agent into the second mixture, stirring and mixing again, starting the heating coil 22 to heat, naturally cooling to obtain printing ink, and discharging the printing ink from the discharge pipe 23 to a container by using the pump body 24 for storage.
The auxiliary agent is prepared by mixing an emulsifier, a defoaming agent, a bactericide and a surfactant, wherein the emulsifier is prepared from the following specific types: 0P-10 of emulsifier, wherein the defoaming agent is non-organic silicon defoaming agent, the bactericide is hypochlorite, the surfactant is sodium polyacrylate, the resin is prepared by mixing one or more of alkyd resin, polyurethane resin and epoxy resin, the enteromorpha ultra-fine powder and the hydroxyapatite are mixed in the absolute ethyl alcohol and then are more easily combined with the resin and the organic pigment, in addition, various performance indexes of the printing ink are improved by adding the asphalt and the zinc naphthenate, the printing ink has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high drying speed, and in addition, the printing ink disclosed by the invention is environment-friendly, non-toxic, free of pungent smell, stable in performance, high in glossiness and blocking resistance, durable in printing effect, and free of falling off and oxidation and discoloration in the using process.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A preparation device of green environment-friendly printing ink which is not easy to oxidize and discolor, which is characterized in that,
the stirring device comprises a support, a tank body, an installation body, a motor, a shaft lever, a sheet body, an outer ring body, two stirring components and a spiral sheet, wherein the support is erected above the tank body, the installation body is fixedly connected with the support and positioned above the tank body, the motor is fixedly connected with the installation body, one end of the shaft lever is fixedly connected with the output end of the motor, the other end of the shaft lever is inserted into the tank body and fixedly connected with the sheet body, the outer ring body is fixedly connected with the sheet body, the two stirring components are symmetrically distributed along the axial center line of the shaft lever, each stirring component comprises a vertical sheet and an oblique sheet, one end of the vertical sheet is fixedly connected with the outer ring body, the other end of the vertical sheet is fixedly connected with one end of the oblique sheet, the other end of the oblique sheet is fixedly connected with the shaft lever, and the spiral sheet is fixedly connected with the shaft lever, and the two stirring assemblies are enclosed outside the spiral piece.

the preparation device of the non-oxidative-discoloration-prone green environment-friendly printing ink further comprises an inner ring body, the stirring assembly further comprises a penetrating piece, a connecting piece, a supporting piece, a bolt and a nut, the inner ring body is fixedly connected with the piece body, one end of the penetrating piece penetrates through the inner ring body and is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting piece, the other end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with one end of the supporting piece, the other end of the supporting piece penetrates through the outer ring body, the supporting piece and the vertical piece are respectively provided with a plurality of through holes, and after the through holes in the supporting piece and the through holes in the vertical piece are overlapped, the bolt penetrates through the two through holes and is in threaded connection with the nut.

the bottom of the tank body is provided with a heating cavity, and a heating coil pipe for heating the raw materials is arranged in the heating cavity.

adding the absolute ethyl alcohol into the tank body, then adding the enteromorpha superfine powder and the hydroxyapatite into the tank body according to preset mass parts, starting the motor, and stirring and mixing by using the stirring component to obtain a first mixture;
then adding the organic pigment, the asphalt and the zinc naphthenate into the first mixture, and stirring and mixing again to obtain a second mixture;
and adding the resin, the hydrotalcite powder and the auxiliary agent into the second mixture, stirring and mixing again, starting the heating coil to heat, naturally cooling to obtain printing ink, and discharging the printing ink from the discharge pipe to a container by using the pump body for storage.
