本发明公开了一种含铁皮石斛提取物的炭黑面膜精华液及其制备方法,所述炭黑面膜精华液,包括A组分、B组分、C组分、D组分和E组份,其中C组分,包括甜菜碱、金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取、旱金莲花提取物、铁皮石斛提取和防腐剂。本发明制备的炭黑面膜精华液,以铁皮石斛提取物为主要功效成分,通过与金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取物和旱金莲花提取物等各组分的配伍能有效滋养皮肤,美白提亮,延缓皮肤衰老,同时安全性和稳定性好,适合推广应用。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种含铁皮石斛提取物的炭黑面膜精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜是护肤品中的加强型功效产品,其有效成分含量通常比日常护肤品要高,同时因其配方和使用方法的特殊性,其有效成分更易被面部肌肤吸收。面膜作为常用化妆品剂型,携带方便,对皮肤副作用小,且使用便利,疗效显著,市场前景越来越好,在化妆品领域所占份额越来越大。
面膜的作用机制是通过在皮肤上进行覆盖,软化角质层,暂时性隔绝外界空气和污染,形成一个封闭环境,皮肤温度升高,并加强肌肤血液循环,使毛细血管及毛孔扩张,促进皮肤新陈代谢,使皮肤更易吸收面膜的功效成分,或形成胶状膜在粘撕过程中除去黑头及老化皮屑等污垢,加强皮肤护理。
市场上的面膜,按照其功效成分功效的不同,可分为保湿面膜、美白祛斑面膜、抗皱面膜、祛痘面膜、清洁面膜和紧致毛孔面膜等。随着“回归自然”和“绿色化妆品”风潮在全球范围内的兴起,天然植物提取物在功效成分中的研究和开发成为化妆品研究领域的热点。
CN105662973A公开了一种具有保湿美白功能的沙棘玫瑰精油面膜精华液,所述的面膜精华液由以下组分组成:去离子水、丙二醇、甘油、脱乙酰壳多糖甘醇酸盐、甜菜碱、葡聚糖、维生素E、尿囊素、透明质酸钠、胶原、聚谷氨酸、泛醌、甘草提取物、忍冬花提取物、菊花提取物、茶提取物、石榴果皮提取物、虎杖根提取物、玫瑰精油、沙棘精油、增稠剂、乳化剂、防腐剂。该发明把沙棘精油和玫瑰精油同时应用到面膜精华液配方中,配方科学、工艺合理、功能全面、不含有害化学物,能有效去除色斑、黑色素、角质层等,可以起到显著的保湿美白和延缓皮肤衰老的效果。
CN108904429A公开了一种铁皮石斛抗衰老面膜,包括以下重量份的原料:葡萄籽精油0.15-0.6份、铁皮石斛提取液10-20份、丝瓜水5-17份、枸杞子0.6-1份、黄精0.6-1.2份、橄榄油10-15份、丝柏精油0.5-1份、红石榴籽精油0.8-1.2份、牛奶6-10份、维生素0.5-2份、蒸馏水80-100份、人参0.4-2份、黄芪0.5-1份、当归0.5-1份。该发明采用铁皮石斛新鲜的茎和叶子的提取液与上述其余成分混合,可起到深层滋养皮肤,祛除细纹,延缓衰老等功效。
以植物提取物为功效成分制备的面膜,在传统护肤作用基础上还能发挥中药药性,深受广大消费者的喜爱,但植物提取物的用量、安全性和稳定性等问题,一直是困扰植物提取物作为功效成分的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含铁皮石斛提取物的炭黑面膜精华液及其制备方法,该炭黑面膜精华液,以铁皮石斛提取物为主要功效成分,通过与金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取物和金莲花提取物各组分的配伍,能有效滋养皮肤,美白提亮,延缓皮肤衰老,同时安全性和稳定性好,适合推广应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含铁皮石斛提取物的炭黑面膜精华液,按质量份计,包括以下组分:
A组分:增稠剂0.3-0.8份,丙二醇1-10份,EDTA二钠0.01-0.1份,尿囊素0.1-0.5份,丁二醇1-10份,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1份和去离子水40-90份;
B组分:pH调节剂0.05-0.5份;
C组分:甜菜碱0.1-2份,金缕梅提取物0.5-5份,甘草提取物0.3-1.2份,积雪草提取物0.5-5份、旱金莲花提取物0.1-1份,铁皮石斛提取物1-8份和防腐剂0.005-0.02份;
D组分:香精0.001-0.1份,增溶剂0.01-0.3份;
E组份:烟酰胺1-3份,聚谷氨酸钠0.05-0.5份,去离子水10-15份。
优选地,所述增稠剂为卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶和小核菌胶中的至少一种。

S1、A组分的制备:向配方量的去离子水中加入配方量的增稠剂,浸泡溶胀至完全分散后,加入A组分中的余料,搅拌加热至80-85℃,使其溶解完全;
S2、将步骤S1得到的A组分,降温至60-70℃后,加入B组分物料,调pH值,得到混合料;
S3、将步骤S2得到的混合料降温至40-50℃后,依次加入C组分、D组分和E组分,搅拌均匀后,降温至40℃以下,过滤出料,即得。
本发明还提供了上述炭黑面膜精华液在化妆品中的应用。
本发明还提供了一种含铁皮石斛提取物的炭黑面膜,由备长炭面膜布和上述炭黑面膜精华液制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的炭黑面膜精华液中,铁皮石斛提取物具抗炎修复、止痒舒敏、抗辐射、抗衰老等功效,金缕梅提取物具有抑菌、舒缓肌肤,改善敏感肌肤的功效,甘草提取物具有防晒、美白和抗过敏的功效,积雪草提取物具有紧致肌肤,促进胶原蛋白形成的功效,旱金莲花提取物具有抑菌、抗氧化,防止衰老的功效。本发明以铁皮石斛提取物为主要功效成分,通过与金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取物和旱金莲花提取物等各组分的配伍能有效滋养皮肤,美白提亮,延缓皮肤衰老。
(2)本发明在试验中发现,当金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物和旱金莲花提取物的质量比为1-4:0.5-1:0.8-1.5时,具有较好的抑菌效果,可以提高炭黑面膜精华液的稳定性,同时制备的炭黑面膜精华液的致敏能力弱,安全性较好。
(3)本发明的制备方法简单,成本低,适合规模化生产。

S1、A组分的制备:向配方量的去离子水中加入配方量的增稠剂,浸泡溶胀至完全分散后,加入A组分中的余料,搅拌加热至82℃,使其溶解完全;
S2、将步骤S1得到的A组分,降温至65℃后,加入B组分物料,调pH值,得到混合料;
S3、将步骤S2得到的混合料降温至45℃后,依次加入C组分、D组分和E组分,搅拌均匀后,降温至40℃以下,过滤出料,即得。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,所述金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物和金莲花提取物的质量比为6:0.8:0.05,具体金缕梅提取物的用量为6重量份、甘草提取物为0.8重量份、金莲花提取物的0.05重量份。

效果评价
实验例一、抗氧化性能评价
1.1样品制备:用无水乙醇,分别将实施例1-7和对比例1-3的炭黑面膜精华液的C组分稀释为浓度为1.5g/L的样品,进行抗氧化性能检测。
1.2羟自由基清除能力的检测方法:
在0.40mL6.0mmol/L硫酸亚铁溶液中,加入1mL 8.8mmol/L的过氧化氢溶液,再加入1mL9 mmol/L水杨酸溶液和1.60mL蒸馏水,混合均匀,37℃下水浴加热15min(蒸馏水为空白对照),在510nm波长下测定吸光度值Ac。Ai为以1.5mg/mL的样品代替1.60mL蒸馏水测得的吸光度值,取1mL蒸馏水代替过氧化氢溶液测定吸光度值为Aj。Vc溶液作为阳性对照,计算样品对羟自由基的清除率。
1.3超氧阴离子自由基清除能力的检测方法
向1.40mL Tris-HCl缓冲溶液(0.05mol/L,pH 8.2)中加入1mL蒸馏水,再加入0.2mL 5mmol/L的邻苯三酚溶液,混合均匀,静置5min后在320nm波长处测定吸光度值Ac。Ai为以1.5mg/mL的样品代替1mL蒸馏水测得的吸光度值,取0.2mL 10mmol/L盐酸溶液代替邻苯三酚溶液测定吸光度值为Aj。每个样品做3个平行样,计算样品对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率。

由上表数据可知,本发明制备的炭黑面膜精华液的C组分对羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基都有较好的清除能力,同时,由实施例3发现,当炭黑面膜精华液中金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取物、金莲花提取物和铁皮石斛提取物的质量比为3:0.8:0.8:0.5:3时,抗氧化能力较佳。
实验例二、稳定性测试
将实施例3-7和对比例1-3制备的炭黑面膜精华液,分别放入40℃和-15℃的环境中,进行稳定性测试,每隔1周对照观察1次,连续观察1个月,随后,每月观察一次。合格标准为产品没有析出沉淀、异味、变色等有明显变化的异常情况,结果如表3所示。

综上所述,本发明的炭黑面膜精华液中,铁皮石斛提取物具抗炎修复、止痒舒敏、抗辐射、抗衰老等功效,金缕梅提取物具有抑菌、舒缓肌肤,改善敏感肌肤的功效,甘草提取物具有防晒、美白和抗过敏的功效,积雪草提取物具有紧致肌肤,促进胶原蛋白形成的功效,旱金莲花提取物具有抑菌、抗氧化,防止衰老的功效。本发明以铁皮石斛提取物为主要功效成分,通过与金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取物和旱金莲花提取物等各组分的配伍能有效滋养皮肤,美白提亮,延缓皮肤衰老。同时,本发明在试验中发现,当金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物和旱金莲花提取物的质量比为1-4:0.5-1:0.8-1.5时,具有较好的抑菌效果,在减少防腐剂用量的条件下,可以提高炭黑面膜精华液的稳定性,同时制备的炭黑面膜精华液的致敏能力弱,安全性较好。

Claims (10)
1.一种含铁皮石斛提取物的炭黑面膜精华液,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括以下组分:
A组分:增稠剂0.3-0.8份,丙二醇1-10份,EDTA钠盐0.01-0.1份,尿囊素0.1-0.5份,丁二醇1-10份,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1份和去离子水40-90份;
B组分:pH调节剂0.05-0.5份;
C组分:甜菜碱0.1-2份,金缕梅提取物0.5-5份,甘草提取物0.3-1.2份,积雪草提取物0.5-5份、旱金莲花提取物0.1-1份,铁皮石斛提取物1-8份和防腐剂0.005-0.02份;
D组分:香精0.001-0.1份,增溶剂0.01-0.3份;
E组份:烟酰胺1-3份,聚谷氨酸钠0.05-0.5份,去离子水10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑面膜精华液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶和小核菌胶中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑面膜精华液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺或精氨酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑面膜精华液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、羟苯甲脂、羟苯丙脂、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑面膜精华液,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑面膜精华液,其特征在于,所述金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物和旱金莲花提取物的质量比为1-4:0.5-1:0.5-0.8。
7.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑面膜精华液,其特征在于,所述金缕梅提取物、甘草提取物、积雪草提取物、旱金莲花提取物和铁皮石斛提取物的质量比为3:0.8:0.8:0.5:3。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的炭黑面膜精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、A组分的制备:向配方量的去离子水中加入配方量的增稠剂,浸泡溶胀至完全分散后,加入A组分中的余料,搅拌加热至80-85℃,使其溶解完全;
S2、将步骤S1得到的A组分,降温至60-70℃后,加入B组分物料,调pH值,得到混合料;
S3、将步骤S2得到的混合料降温至40-50℃后,依次加入C组分、D组分和E组分,搅拌均匀后,降温至40℃以下,过滤出料,即得。
9.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的炭黑面膜精华液在化妆品中的应用。
10.一种含铁皮石斛提取物的炭黑面膜,其特征在于,由备长炭面膜布和权利要求1-7任一项所述的炭黑面膜精华液制成。
