Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,属于湿巾加工技术领域,其制作包括如下步骤:(1)水刺无纺布预处理;(2)一次浸润;(3)液氮喷淋;(4)电晕处理;(5)二次浸润;(6)成品制备。本申请提中的CBD油均匀有效地黏附到无纺布上,CBD能有效的发挥功效,并且湿巾柔软舒适,能很好的呵护婴儿的肌肤。湿巾能够显著提高湿巾的抗菌性,抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌引起的不适,将其用于皮肤敏感患者,对患者的敏感肌肤症状改善效果显著,可以用于治疗和预防皮肤敏感的效果。

本发明属于湿巾加工技术领域,具体涉及一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理 湿巾。
背景技术
CBD即大麻二酚,是从工业大麻植物中提取的纯天然成分,低浓度的CBD 出现在保健品、食品以及护肤品中,才渐渐被大多数人认识。具有一下功效:(1) 治疗癫痫;(2)改善情绪,抵抗焦虑;(3)消炎、缓解关节和神经疼痛等;(4) 减轻人体对酒精和尼古丁的依赖。虽然CBD的作用功效显著,但是目前还很少 将其用于湿巾的加工制作中,并且由于湿巾的制作工艺不合理,导致成品湿巾中 CBD的效果并不显著。
如申请号为:CN201910261396.8公开了一款基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理 湿巾。本发明公开了一款基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,步骤如下:将水刺 无纺布经过烘干、分切得到产品所需要的规格;将1.0~1.5重量份的CBD油、 0.2~0.5重量份的PEG40氢化蓖麻油、1~3重量份的1,3-丁二醇,混合搅拌均 匀、均质,得混合液,向所述混合液中加入重量为其0.6%的苯氧乙醇和乙基己 基甘油,其比例为9:1的混合物,搅拌均匀,再加入0.04%的苄索氯铵,搅拌 均匀,得混合液。本方案中加入了CBD油的婴儿护理湿巾,其具备显著的抗炎 和防过敏以及增加自身免疫特性,有助于婴儿皮肤的护理,使婴儿皮肤得到细 致的呵护。虽然该申请中也增加了CBD油的使用,但是处理方法单一,CBD 油的使用无法很好的发挥作用,对于敏感肌肤的预防和防治效果很一般,对婴 儿肌肤的呵护效果不显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理 湿巾。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其制作包括如下步骤:
(1)水刺无纺布预处理:
将水刺无纺布置于冷等离子体设备中进行冷等离子体处理,完成后取出备 用;
(2)一次浸润:
将步骤(1)中预处理后所得的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行一次浸润处 理;
(3)液氮喷淋:
将液氮均匀喷淋到步骤(2)中一次浸润处理后的水刺无纺布的表面;
(4)电晕处理:
将步骤(3)中液氮喷淋处理后的水刺无纺布置于电晕放电仪内进行电晕处 理,完成后取出备用;
(5)二次浸润:
将步骤(4)中电晕处理后的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行二次浸润处 理,完成后取出备用;
(6)成品制备:
将上述二次浸润后的水刺无纺布经过辊径挤压后,切成一定尺寸后进行折 叠、堆垛,再包装成型即可。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述的冷等离子体处理的功率为300~500W,冷等 离子体处理的次数为4~8次。
进一步地,步骤(2)和步骤(5)中所述的处理液是相同的,处理液中各 成分及对应重量百分比为:CBD油4~6%、透明质酸钠2~5%、生育酚 0.3~0.6%、1,3-丁二醇7~8%,余量为纯水。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述的一次浸润处理时控制浸润液内的温度为 80~90℃,浸润处理的时间为2~3h。
进一步地,步骤(3)中所述的液氮喷淋的时间为2~3min。
进一步地,步骤(4)中所述的电晕处理时控制电压为10~14kV,电晕处理 的时间为50~70s。
进一步地,步骤(5)中所述的二次浸润处理时控制浸润液内的温度为24~30℃,浸润处理的时间为1~2h。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
1、本申请将无纺布置于冷等离子体设备中进行冷等离子体处理,在冷等离 子体的作用下,无纺布的表面张力增大,提高了表面润湿性和活性,然后在较 高的温度条件下进行一次浸润处理,在高温和冷等离子体的相互配合作用下, 处理液中的有效成分快速有效的黏着到水刺无纺布的内外。
2、本申请在一次浸润后进行液氮喷淋处理,此处理的目的主要是利用液氮 的快速降温,使无纺布在极短的时间内产生极大的温差,由于一次浸润会在无 纺布的表面产生膜液,在膜液的束缚力下,内外温差的会在湿巾的内部产生极 大的内应力,从而改变湿巾的力学性能,防止其表面毛化、粗糙现象的发生。
3、本申请对液氮喷淋后的无纺布进行电晕处理,通过放电,在无纺布的表 面形成低温等离子区,进一步提高水刺无纺布的表面活性,并且进一步促进浸 润液中的有效成分特别是CBD油均匀有效地黏附到无纺布上。此时进行二次浸 润,增强浸润效果,此种方法制备的湿巾,CBD能有效的发挥功效,并且湿巾 柔软舒适,能很好的呵护婴儿的肌肤。
4、本申请方法制备的湿巾能够显著提高湿巾的抗菌性,抑制金黄色葡萄球 菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌引起的不适,将其用于皮肤敏感患者,对患者的敏 感肌肤症状改善效果显著,可以用于治疗和预防皮肤敏感的效果。
具体实施方式

将步骤(1)中预处理后所得的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行一次浸润处 理,控制浸润液内的温度为80~90℃,浸润处理的时间为2~3h;
(3)液氮喷淋:
将液氮均匀喷淋到步骤(2)中一次浸润处理后的水刺无纺布的表面,液氮 喷淋的时间为2~3min;
(4)电晕处理:
将步骤(3)中液氮喷淋处理后的水刺无纺布置于电晕放电仪内进行电晕处 理,控制电压为10~14kV,电晕处理50~70s后取出备用;
(5)二次浸润:
将步骤(4)中电晕处理后的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行二次浸润处 理,控制浸润液内的温度为24~30℃,浸润处理1~2h后取出备用;
(6)成品制备:
将上述二次浸润后的水刺无纺布经过辊径挤压后,切成一定尺寸后进行折 叠、堆垛,再包装成型即可。
步骤(2)和步骤(5)中的处理液是相同的,处理液中各成分及对应重量 百分比为:CBD油4~6%、透明质酸钠2~5%、生育酚0.3~0.6%、1,3-丁二醇 7~8%,余量为纯水。

(2)一次浸润:
将步骤(1)中预处理后所得的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行一次浸润处 理,控制浸润液内的温度为80℃,浸润处理的时间为2h;
(3)液氮喷淋:
将液氮均匀喷淋到步骤(2)中一次浸润处理后的水刺无纺布的表面,液氮 喷淋的时间为2min;
(4)电晕处理:
将步骤(3)中液氮喷淋处理后的水刺无纺布置于电晕放电仪内进行电晕处 理,控制电压为10kV,电晕处理50s后取出备用;
(5)二次浸润:
将步骤(4)中电晕处理后的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行二次浸润处 理,控制浸润液内的温度为24℃,浸润处理1h后取出备用;
(6)成品制备:
将上述二次浸润后的水刺无纺布经过辊径挤压后,切成一定尺寸后进行折 叠、堆垛,再包装成型即可。

(3)液氮喷淋:
将液氮均匀喷淋到步骤(2)中一次浸润处理后的水刺无纺布的表面,液氮 喷淋的时间为3min;
(4)电晕处理:
将步骤(3)中液氮喷淋处理后的水刺无纺布置于电晕放电仪内进行电晕处 理,控制电压为14kV,电晕处理70s后取出备用;
(5)二次浸润:
将步骤(4)中电晕处理后的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行二次浸润处 理,控制浸润液内的温度为30℃,浸润处理2h后取出备用;
(6)成品制备:
将上述二次浸润后的水刺无纺布经过辊径挤压后,切成一定尺寸后进行折 叠、堆垛,再包装成型即可。

(1)一次浸润:
将水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行一次浸润处理,控制浸润液内的温度为 85℃,浸润处理的时间为2.5h;
(2)液氮喷淋:
将液氮均匀喷淋到步骤(1)中一次浸润处理后的水刺无纺布的表面,液氮 喷淋的时间为2.5min;
(3)电晕处理:
将步骤(2)中液氮喷淋处理后的水刺无纺布置于电晕放电仪内进行电晕处 理,控制电压为12kV,电晕处理60s后取出备用;
(4)二次浸润:
将步骤(3)中电晕处理后的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行二次浸润处 理,控制浸润液内的温度为27℃,浸润处理1.5h后取出备用;
(6)成品制备:
将上述二次浸润后的水刺无纺布经过辊径挤压后,切成一定尺寸后进行折 叠、堆垛,再包装成型即可。

为了对比本申请技术效果,分别用上述实施例2、实施例4~12以及对照组 的方法对应制备湿巾,然后对各组方法对应制备的湿巾进行抗菌性测试和皮肤 敏感性测试。

由上表1可以看出,由上表2可以看出,通过本申请方法制备的湿巾,能 够显著提高湿巾的抗菌性,抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌引起 的不适。
(2)皮肤敏感型测试:
采用双盲试验方法,随机330名患有皮肤敏感症的病人,随机分成相等的 11组,所选的病人在日常习惯的基础上(每天洗脸两次),分别用上述实施例2、实施例4~12以及对照组的湿巾进行脸部擦拭,持续使用三个月。
具体试验对比数据如下表2所示:

由上表2可以看出,通过本申请方法制备的湿巾用于皮肤敏感患者,对患 者的敏感肌肤症状改善效果显著,可以用于治疗和预防皮肤敏感的效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,但本发明不以所示限定实施范围,凡 是依照本发明的构想所作的改变,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例,仍未超出 说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其特征在于,其制作包括如下步骤:
(1)水刺无纺布预处理:
将水刺无纺布置于冷等离子体设备中进行冷等离子体处理,完成后取出备用;
(2)一次浸润:
将步骤(1)中预处理后所得的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行一次浸润处理;
(3)液氮喷淋:
将液氮均匀喷淋到步骤(2)中一次浸润处理后的水刺无纺布的表面;
(4)电晕处理:
将步骤(3)中液氮喷淋处理后的水刺无纺布置于电晕放电仪内进行电晕处理,完成后取出备用;
(5)二次浸润:
将步骤(4)中电晕处理后的水刺无纺布浸入处理液中,进行二次浸润处理,完成后取出备用;
(6)成品制备:
将上述二次浸润后的水刺无纺布经过辊径挤压后,切成一定尺寸后进行折叠、堆垛,再包装成型即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的冷等离子体处理的功率为300~500W,冷等离子体处理的次数为4~8次。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其特征在于,步骤(2)和步骤(5)中所述的处理液是相同的,处理液中各成分及对应重量百分比为:CBD油4~6%、透明质酸钠2~5%、生育酚0.3~0.6%、1,3-丁二醇7~8%,余量为纯水。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的一次浸润处理时控制浸润液内的温度为80~90℃,浸润处理的时间为2~3h。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其特征在于,
步骤(3)中所述的液氮喷淋的时间为2~3min。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其特征在于,
步骤(4)中所述的电晕处理时控制电压为10~14kV,电晕处理的时间为50~70s。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种基于CBD油配方的婴儿护理湿巾,其特征在于,
步骤(5)中所述的二次浸润处理时控制浸润液内的温度为24~30℃,浸润处理的时间为1~2h。
