Description

Motor vehicle with a motor vehicle body and an energy storage unit assembly
Technical Field
The invention relates to a motor vehicle having a motor vehicle body and an energy storage unit assembly, in particular an electric drive.
Background
Electric vehicles are known which have a so-called traction battery for storing electrical energy for the electric drive of the electric vehicle. Such traction batteries are composed of battery cells, which are in turn combined into battery modules. The battery cells or battery modules are mounted in a housing which serves to protect the battery cells and which comprises means for temperature and humidity regulation (klimatiereung) and control of the battery cells. Such a battery pack with a housing is arranged, for example, in the region of a floor panel of a motor vehicle between a front axle and a rear axle of the motor vehicle.
DE 102013204765 a1, for example, describes an energy storage cell module for an electric motor which stores electrical energy for driving a motor vehicle. The housing is connected with the left side sill and the right side sill from below. In the event of a lateral collision, the collision energy is dissipated by deformation of the affected side sill and the cell module housing side wall adjacent thereto. In order to protect the energy storage unit installed in the housing, adjacent deformation zones belonging to the housing side walls are formed.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a motor vehicle having a motor vehicle body and an energy storage unit arrangement which is arranged in a floor arrangement of the motor vehicle and which has a low or reduced overall height with sufficient impact resistance.
This object is achieved by a motor vehicle having the features of claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are given in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, the motor vehicle has a motor vehicle body with a floor assembly which comprises a side sill structure (i.e. in particular lateral, outboard and lower, left and right body rails), at least two cross members connected to the side sill structure and an inner floor, which can also be referred to as an upper floor. The inner bottom plate is arranged on the cross beam (from above). In particular, the inner floor panel is fastened from above to the crossmember and, if necessary, additionally to the side sill structure. At least one energy storage unit module of the energy storage unit assembly is arranged between the two cross beams. Furthermore, an outer floor, i.e. a lower floor, is arranged below the cross beam. The outer floor is fastened from below to the crossmember and, if necessary, additionally fastened, in particular detachably mounted, to the side sill structure. According to the invention, the vehicle interior space arrangement is detachably mounted on at least one transverse beam.
By arranging the energy storage cell modules between the transverse beams and mounting the vehicle interior arrangement on the transverse beams, the floor panel assembly of the motor vehicle is constructed very flat despite the energy storage cell modules, the direct connection of the vehicle interior arrangement to the transverse beams allowing the vehicle interior arrangement to be arranged very close to the floor panel, whereby the vehicle interior or the motor vehicle as a whole can be designed very low. In contrast to the known constructions, no seat cross member is required which is mounted on the inner floor and to which, for example, the seat is fastened as a vehicle interior device. The cross member, which extends through the energy storage cell module, i.e. between the energy storage cell modules, and below the inner floor, replaces the conventional seat cross member.
The side sill structure and the cross member preferably form a frame structure to which the inner floor and/or the outer floor are fixed.
The inner floor is preferably connected to the crossmember and, if appropriate, to the side sill structure in a fluid-tight manner, i.e., in a manner sealed against gaseous or liquid media. In other words, the energy storage cell assembly is separated in a fluid-tight manner from the vehicle interior located above it.
Fluid exchange between the energy storage unit assembly and the vehicle interior is thereby prevented.
The inner floor panel is preferably connected to the body part in a material-locking and non-detachable manner, for example by welding or adhesive bonding.
The outer floor is preferably connected to the crossmember and, if appropriate, to the side sill structure or the vehicle body in a fluid-tight manner, i.e., in a manner sealed against gaseous or liquid media.
Fluid exchange between the energy storage unit assembly and the vehicle environment is thereby prevented.
Overall, the energy storage cell arrangement with the energy storage cell module is advantageously mounted in the floor arrangement in a fluid-tight manner with respect to the vehicle interior and the vehicle environment.
In particular, the outer base plate is removably secured to the base plate assembly.
The motor vehicle has at least one electric drive. The motor vehicle may have only an electric drive or another drive, i.e. a hybrid drive comprising an electric drive and another drive type, such as an internal combustion engine. The energy storage cell arrangement here forms a drive battery for the electric drive.
The energy storage cell arrangement preferably has further energy storage cell modules and cooling devices, electrical lines and control lines, and control devices.
Advantageously, the cross member is an integral part of the body in white. The cross member is therefore not a cross member of an energy storage cell assembly that can be installed as a cell.
The energy storage cell arrangement according to the invention is preferably integrated in the vehicle body (karosserienterieriert) overall — in contrast to energy storage cell arrangements which can be mounted as separate units on the vehicle body in separate, in particular fluid-tight, housings.
According to a preferred embodiment, the vehicle interior space arrangement is a seat arrangement. The seat arrangement can be, for example, a seat mounting arrangement, i.e. an arrangement on which a vehicle seat, i.e. a vehicle passenger seat such as a driver seat, a passenger seat, a rear seat, a bench seat (i.e. a seat with a plurality of seats) is mounted movably or non-movably. The seat arrangement can be, for example, a seat rail on which the vehicle seat is movably mounted during operation of the vehicle. The vehicle interior space arrangement may also be a shelf arrangement, such as a table, an armrest or the like, and/or a storage arrangement, such as a storage container, such as a vehicle cooler or a cabinet.
By means of the floor assembly according to the invention, the vehicle interior space arrangement can be arranged very low, i.e. close to the road. In the case of a seat arrangement, the vehicle seat can be set very low and the motor vehicle can therefore be designed to be low overall. This makes it possible to provide an electric vehicle that is designed to be very low and corresponds to a sports car, for example. The seating surface of the seat that can be mounted thereon can also be designed very low if the seat rail is fixed directly to the cross member.
Preferably, the threaded insert is fixed to the cross beam in a vertical direction of the cross beam. The threaded insert can be a tie rod (Zuganker) in the form of a threaded sleeve, which has a flange for bearing against the cross member or the vehicle interior device.
The flange advantageously prevents the threaded insert or the threaded sleeve from being pulled out of the cross member in the event of forces acting on the vehicle interior space arrangement as a result of a motor vehicle collision.
Advantageously, the inner floor is clamped to the cross member by means of a threaded insert.
According to a preferred embodiment, the outer base plate is also mounted on the threaded insert. For example, an internal thread for a baseplate fastening screw can be provided on the lower end of the threaded insert.
The threaded insert can thus also advantageously be used as a fastening point for the outer base plate, so that no separate fastening point is required.
Furthermore, the outer floor can also be fastened to other points on the underbody module of the motor vehicle, for example to the side sill structure.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the vehicle interior space arrangement is mounted on a threaded insert.
In this way, no separate fastening device is required on the floor module for the vehicle interior device and the vehicle interior device is mounted securely on the floor module against impact forces.
According to a preferred embodiment, the energy storage cell modules are fastened to the transverse beam, and in particular have lateral flanges, which are fastened detachably to the transverse beam from below.
This simplifies the installation and removal of the energy storage cell module on the floor element.
According to a preferred embodiment, the transverse member is connected to the center longitudinal member structure.
The center rail structure is preferably a component of a body-in-white and is in particular designed for transmitting crash loads in the transverse direction of the vehicle via a transverse member.
The center stringer structure has at least two spaced apart chambers extending in a longitudinal direction.
Preferably the outer floor panel extends over the centre stringer structure. That is, the outer floor panel covers the center side sill structure from below.
Preferably, the inner bottom plate is configured to be substantially flat.
This enables a large number of degrees of freedom for vehicle interior equipment disposed in the vehicle interior space above the floor assembly. This makes the arrangement of the vehicle seat in the vehicle interior more variable in particular.
Drawings
The above-described embodiments of the invention can be combined with one another as desired and as reasonably possible. The attached drawings are as follows:
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a portion of a floor assembly of a motor vehicle body in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a floor assembly of a motor vehicle body according to this embodiment of the invention.
Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
According to this embodiment of the invention, a motor vehicle having at least one electric drive has a motor vehicle body which comprises a floor assembly 1 and side sills 3 on the left and right sides of the floor assembly 1. Only the left outer region of the floor assembly 1 is shown in the sectional view of fig. 1, the right outer region being similarly configured. The vehicle interior space is located above the floor assembly 1. Furthermore, the floor assembly 1 extends in the region between the front axle and the rear axle of the motor vehicle or substantially in the entire region. The floor assembly 1 also has a plurality of cross members 5 which extend between the side sills 3 in the transverse direction of the vehicle, i.e. in the y-direction in the vehicle coordinate system, and are connected to the side sills 3 in an undetachable manner. The floor assembly 1 also has an inner floor 7 which is arranged on the upper side of the cross beam 5 and the side sill 3. The inner bottom plate 7 is welded to the side sill 3.
The inner bottom plate 7 is connected at several points to the cross member 5 by means of threaded sleeves 13 serving as tie rods, which form the threaded inserts according to the invention. For this purpose, the cross beam 5 has a through-hole. In alignment with this, the inner base plate 7 also has a matching through-hole. The threaded sleeve 13 is formed in two parts, namely an upper part 131 and a lower part 135. The upper part 131 has a flange 132 for abutment against the upper side of the inner floor 7. The lower part 135 has a flange 136 for abutment against the underside of the respective cross member 5. The lower member 135 is inserted into the through hole of the cross member 5 from below. The upper member 131 is inserted into the through hole of the cross member 5 from above through the through hole of the inner base plate 7. The lower part 135 has an internal thread into which the external thread of the upper part 131 is screwed. Thereby, the inner floor panel 7 and the cross member 5 are clamped to each other in the vehicle vertical direction. For simplicity, the upper and lower members 131, 135 are shown integrally in the drawings.
On the upper side of the threaded sleeve 13 there is also provided an internal thread in which a seat rail 15 is fixed from the outside and above by means of a fastening screw 17, said seat rail constituting an internal device component according to the invention. In particular, the upper part 131 of the threaded sleeve 13 has a through-hole (not shown in fig. 1 for the sake of simplicity) through which the fastening screw 17 passes. Furthermore, the lower part 135 has an internal thread for the fastening screw 17, with which the fastening screw 17 is screwed. The fastening screw 17 therefore advantageously engages with the lower part 135. In this way, all seat rails 15 in the vehicle interior are connected with the respective threaded sleeves 13. In each case two seat rails 15 in turn movably support a vehicle seat, not shown. The vehicle seat may be a driver seat, a co-driver seat, a rear seat or a bench seat having a plurality of seats. With this arrangement, the seat rail 15 is disposed very close to the upper side of the inner floor 7. Accordingly, the vehicle seat can be arranged low in the vehicle interior, so that the motor vehicle as a whole can be constructed very low. The inner floor 7 is configured to be substantially flat and can thus provide a flat floor for the vehicle interior, which provides the greatest freedom for the design of the vehicle interior, in particular for the arrangement of the vehicle seats. In contrast to conventional body-in-white floor assemblies, the floor assembly 1 according to the present embodiment does not have an additional seat cross member mounted on the inner floor. This can be achieved by integrating the drive battery into the floor assembly 1 and fixing the seat rails 15 on the cross member 5 below the inner floor 7. The cross member 5 of the drive battery thus additionally has the function of a seat cross member on which the vehicle seat is mounted, the cross member 5 being disposed below the inner floor 7.
Alternatively, the threaded sleeve 13 may be clamped by only one lower part 131 member, with which the fastening screw 17 is tightened. In this way, the upper floor 7 can be clamped directly to the cross member 5 by means of the fastening screws 17 and the seat rails 15.
The transverse beams 5 are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, so that a space for accommodating a battery module 9, i.e. an energy storage cell module according to the invention, is present between two adjacent transverse beams 5. The battery module 9 is a component of a drive battery which also has a cooling device, electrical lines and control lines and a power control device. The position of the battery module 9 is schematically shown in dashed lines in fig. 1.
The inner floor 7, the side sill 3 and the cross member 5 are components of a so-called body shell of a motor vehicle and are welded to one another.
An outer sole plate 11 is removably and fluid-tightly mounted to the underside of the sole plate assembly 1. The outer bottom plate 11 thus forms a cover which can be removed for maintenance and repair purposes of the drive battery. Furthermore, the outer bottom plate 11 is also screwed to the lower part 135 of the threaded sleeve 13. For this purpose, the lower part 135 has an internal thread into which a fastening screw 19 for fastening the outer base plate 11 is screwed. In this way, the outer bottom plate 11 is screwed to all the threaded sleeves 13. Furthermore, the outer floor 11 can also be connected to the floor module 1, in particular the side sill 3 and the cross member 5, via a number of further connection points.
The floor assembly 1 forms together with the outer floor panel 11 a fluid-tight interior for accommodating the drive battery with the battery module 9, so that the drive battery is protected from the environment and substances in the drive battery cannot enter the environment or the vehicle interior. The drive battery is therefore designed to be integrated in the vehicle body, since the floor assembly is a component of the body in white — in contrast to such drive battery solutions, in which the drive battery is accommodated in a separate housing, which is detachably mounted on the vehicle body.
The battery modules 9 are fastened to the underside of the cross member 5 by clamping plates, which are not shown in fig. 1. The clamping plates form flanges which project laterally from the underside of the battery module 9.
The floor assembly 1 and the left and right side sills are shown in a perspective view from obliquely above in fig. 2. In this illustration, a part of the inner floor plate 7 is cut away, so that the cross member 5 and a part of the battery module 9 arranged below the inner floor plate 7 can be seen. The paired arrangement of the seat rails 15 for the front and rear seats can also be clearly seen on the floor 7.
Furthermore, the floor module 1 can have in the middle a center longitudinal beam structure of the left and right side sills 3 parallel to the outer side, which divides the respective transverse beam 5 into a right transverse beam and a left transverse beam. The center side member structure is designed such that it can transmit a collision load between the right and left cross members in the vehicle lateral direction. As part of the floor assembly 1, the center rail structure is also an integral part of the body in white. The center stringer structure may have a plurality of chambers spaced apart from one another and extending in a longitudinal direction. The inner bottom panel 7 extends over the centre stringer structure. The outer floor panel 11 also extends over the centre stringer structure.
