Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a multiple lock actuator safe including a body 100 and a door 101 provided on the body 100. Wherein a lock system of multiple lock actuators is connected to the door 101. Referring to fig. 2, the lock system includes an interaction device 3, a controller 4, and a multiple lock actuator 2. Wherein the interaction means 3 are connected to the controller 4. In the present embodiment, the interactive device 3 includes a display screen 103 and an operation panel 104. Referring to fig. 1, a display screen 103 and an operation panel 104 are provided on a case 100. The multiple lock actuator 2 includes several locking mechanisms and locking pins 200. The locking mechanism connects the lock pins 200 in a parallel connection such that when all locking mechanisms are locked, the lock pins 200 are locked; when one of the locking mechanisms is unlocked, the lock pin 200 is unlocked. Referring specifically to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, there are four locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203 and 204, respectively. The four locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203 and 204 are connected to the lock pin 200 by a parallel connection mechanism 210, thereby achieving parallel connection of the locking mechanisms. The locking mechanism is connected to the controller 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the parallel connection mechanism 210 is a four-out-of-one parallel connection mechanism, and includes four first locking plates, two first links, two second locking plates, a second link 24, a locking pin plate 25, and a gear 26. Wherein, the four first lock plates are the first lock plates 211, 212, 213 and 214; the two first link rods are respectively the first link rods 221 and 222; the two second locking plates are second locking plates 231 and 232, respectively. The first lock plates 211, 212, 213, and 214, the second lock plates 231 and 232, and the latch plate 25 are disposed on the mounting plate by the translation limiting mechanism and are disposed in the door 101 by the mounting plate. The first locking plates 211, 212, 213 and 214, the second locking plates 231 and 232, and the locking pin plate 25 are capable of translating, and the directions of translation are parallel to each other. In the example of fig. 3 in particular, the direction of translation is vertical. The two ends of the first link rod 221 are respectively connected with the first locking plates 211 and 212 in a sliding and swinging mode; the first link 222 is connected at both ends thereof to the first lock plates 213 and 214 in a sliding and swinging manner, respectively. The first link 221 and the first link 222 are connected to the second locking plate 231 and the second locking plate 232, respectively, at their middle portions. The second link 24 is connected to the second locking plate 231 and the second locking plate 232 at two ends thereof in a sliding and swinging manner. The middle of the second link 24 is connected with a lock pin plate 25. The latch plate 25 is connected to the latch 200 and is provided with a rack engaged with the gear 26. Gear 26 is connected to handle 102. The first lock plates 211, 212, 213, and 214 correspond to the lock mechanisms 201, 202, 203, and 204, respectively. The locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203 and 204 are provided with locking tongues, and when the locking tongues are extended, the extended locking tongues are caught on the corresponding first locking plates, thereby locking the corresponding first locking plates thereof. When the first lock plate is locked, the first lock plate cannot translate. When the four locking mechanisms are locked, the protruding locking tongues of the locking mechanisms are caught on the four first locking plates, so that the four first locking plates are locked, and thus the second locking plates 231 and 232 connected to the first locking plates by the first links 221 and 222 are also locked from translating, and thus the locking pin plate 25 connected by the second link 24 is locked from translating, and thus the locking pin 200 is also locked. When the latch 200 is locked, the handle 102 cannot be rotated to open the door 101. When one of the locking mechanisms is unlocked, its corresponding first lock plate can translate along the translation direction, accordingly, the first link and the second lock plate to which the first lock plate is connected are unlocked, and the unlocked second lock plate can translate along the translation direction, accordingly, the second link and the lock pin plate 25 are unlocked, meaning that the lock pin 200 is unlocked. When the latch 200 is unlocked, turning the handle 102 opens the door 101.
The controller 4 is implemented by a microprocessor and a memory, and the following steps are realized by the microprocessor executing a program instruction set: receiving an unlocking request input by a user through the interactive device 3, and then executing unlocking according to the unlocking request; when unlocking, at least one locking mechanism is selected to unlock in a rotation alternating mode. The steps are the unlocking method of the invention.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the controller 4 interacts with the interaction device 3, the user inputs an unlocking request through the operation panel 104. The operation panel 104 may be one or a combination of a password input pad, a fingerprint input device, a finger vein input device, an iris input device, and the like. The user uses the user identification information as an unlocking request through the operation panel 104. And the controller 4 authenticates according to the user identity information in the unlocking request, and executes unlocking after the authentication is passed.
When unlocking, at least one locking mechanism is selected to unlock in a rotation alternating mode. The controller selects one or two locking mechanisms to unlock when unlocking at a certain time, and then selects other locking mechanisms to unlock when unlocking next time, so that each locking mechanism can have the same unlocking execution opportunity within a certain unlocking time period, and alternate rotation is realized. For example, specifically to the four locking mechanisms of the present embodiment, when unlocking for the first time, the unlocking locking mechanisms 201 and 202 are selected, when unlocking for the next time, the locking mechanisms 203 and 204 are unlocked, when unlocking for the next time, the locking mechanisms 201 and 203 are unlocked, and when unlocking for the next time, the locking mechanisms 202 and 204 are unlocked, so that with every four times of unlocking as a round, traversing each locking mechanism has at least two unlocking opportunities. Obviously, one locking mechanism or three locking mechanisms may be unlocked each time the lock is unlocked. The advantage of alternating in turn is that the locking mechanism itself is easily stuck, especially when the locking mechanism is not used for a long time, because the internal components rust or lack lubrication. And by adopting a mode of alternating in turn, all the locking mechanisms have equal unlocking opportunities, so that the locking mechanism is prevented from being blocked due to long-time unlocking. Meanwhile, the multiple-locking actuator is an unlocking mechanism with one more selection, as long as one of the locking mechanisms is not capable of unlocking the lock pin 200 to open the door 101 of the safe. In the case of a single locking mechanism, if the locking mechanism is locked, the door 101 cannot be unlocked and is permanently locked. Assuming that the locking mechanism is one-hundredth of a jam, the lock pin 200 is one-billion of a jam due to the locking mechanism being jammed in the one-fourth unlocking mechanism of the present embodiment.
Further, under the unlocking method, the method can further comprise the following steps: and judging whether the locking mechanism which is unlocked or not, and selecting other locking mechanisms to unlock if the unlocking is not finished. The "judgment of whether the unlocking of the lock mechanism to be unlocked is completed" is obtained by acquiring the lock state of the lock mechanism by the controller 4. Specifically, in the present embodiment, for example, the controller 4 selects to unlock the locking mechanisms 201 and 202 by a rotation alternation rule when unlocking a certain time, and unlocks the locking mechanisms 203 and 204 if both the locking mechanisms 201 and 202 are completely unlocked. Thus, in the above method, if any one of the four lock mechanisms is not locked, unlocking can be completed at one time.
It should be noted that the multiple lock actuator 2 is merely an example, and in actual use, there is another structure in which multiple lock mechanisms are connected to the lock pin in a parallel connection manner. In particular, according to the above-described one-out-of-four parallel connection structure of the present embodiment, it is easy for those skilled in the art to construct one-out-of-two or one-out-of-three parallel connection structures, and accordingly, the multi-lock actuator 2 includes two lock mechanisms or three lock mechanisms.
Furthermore, the "connection" between the door 101 and the lock system is a generic meaning, which is divided into several cases: the first is that the lock system is integrally provided on the door 101; the second is that the lock system is integrally provided on the case 100; the third is that a lock system is partially provided on the cabinet 100 and partially provided on the door 101. For example, in the present embodiment, the multiple lock actuators of the lock system are disposed on the door 101, and the interaction device 3 of the lock system, i.e., the display screen 103 and the operation panel 104, are disposed on the cabinet 100. In another embodiment, the interaction device 3 may even be implemented by a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a palm computer. The interaction means 3 is now typically connected to the controller 4 by wireless means. In this case, the lock system may be regarded as not including the interactive device.
In addition, the unlocking device of the present invention is a virtual device corresponding to the unlocking method.
In addition, it should be noted that the unlocking of the present embodiment adopts a rotation and alternation mode. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that this alternating pattern may alternatively be unlocked according to a predetermined frequency of the locking mechanism. For example, in the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, the unlocking frequency of the locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203 and 204 is 3,4,5 and 6, respectively. Thus in 3+4+5+6=18 unlocks, the locking mechanisms 201, 202, 203, and 204 are unlocked 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, and 6 times, respectively.
In addition, further, in the aforementioned "determining whether the unlocking of the locking mechanism that is performed with the unlocking is completed", if it is detected that the locking mechanism that is performed with the unlocking is not unlocked, the fault information of the locking mechanism that is not unlocked is reported while the other locking mechanisms are selected to perform the unlocking. The fault information typically includes an identification of the current safe, an identification of the unlocked locking mechanism, and a time of failure to unlock. Therefore, after the server receives the reported fault information of the locking mechanism, the server can arrange the staff to carry out maintenance in time.
