In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium stores a vehicle body sample weather resistance test program, and the vehicle body sample weather resistance test program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the vehicle body sample weather resistance test method described above.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram showing the structure of the first embodiment of the weather resistance testing apparatus for the vehicle body sample according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the device for testing the weather resistance of the vehicle body sample according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: an acquisition module 10, a lookup module 20, and a decision module 30.
The acquisition module 10 is used for acquiring test data of the vehicle body sample;
the searching module 20 is configured to search the weather-resistant data of the sample of the vehicle body in a weather-resistant mapping relation table according to the test data;
the determination module 30 is configured to determine that the vehicle body sample passes the weather resistance test when the weather resistance data of the sample meets a preset standard.
The embodiment obtains the module 10 and obtains the test data of the car body sample; the searching module 20 searches the weather-resistant data of the sample of the vehicle body in a weather-resistant mapping relation table according to the test data; the determination module 30 determines that the vehicle body sample passes the weather resistance test when the weather resistance data of the sample meets a preset standard. In the embodiment, the weather resistance data of the vehicle body sample is searched in the weather resistance mapping relation table through the test data of the vehicle body sample, and when the weather resistance data meets the preset standard, the vehicle body sample is judged to pass the weather resistance test, so that the technical problem that the weather resistance test cannot be performed before the vehicle body is manufactured in the prior art is solved, and the efficiency of the vehicle body weather resistance test is improved.

In this embodiment, the obtaining module 10 is further configured to read a test duration and a test variable from the test data; and searching the weather-resistant data of the sample of the vehicle body in a weather-resistant mapping relation table according to the test duration and the test variable.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to determine a processing technology data set of the material to be processed according to the parameter information of the material to be processed and a preset technology table; controlling production equipment to process the material to be processed according to a preset rule according to the processing technology data set to obtain a vehicle body sample; and acquiring test data of the vehicle body sample piece during the grouping test, and constructing a weather resistance mapping relation table according to the test data.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain test data and environmental test data of the vehicle body sample; reading a test time axis and a test variable corresponding to the test time axis from the test data; reading an environment test time axis and an environment test variable corresponding to the environment test time axis from the environment test data; and determining a weather resistance mapping relation table according to the test time axis, the test variable, the environment test time axis and the environment test variable, wherein the grouping test comprises a test and an environment test.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to sort the processing technology data in the processing technology data set according to a preset processing flow to obtain a processing technology data sequence; and controlling production equipment to process the material to be processed according to the processing technology data sequence to obtain a vehicle body sample.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to compare the test variable with the environmental test variable to obtain a test variable comparison result; when the test variable comparison result meets a preset condition, determining the test time length according to the test time axis, and determining the environment test time length according to the environment test time axis; and establishing a corresponding relation between the test duration and the environment test duration to obtain a weather resistance mapping relation table.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to: acquiring parameter information of a material to be purchased, and determining the weather resistance grade of the material to be purchased according to the parameter information; determining the body parts of the material to be purchased during the manufacture of the vehicle body according to the parameter information, and determining the weather resistance grade requirement according to the body parts; and when the weather resistance grade and the weather resistance grade requirement meet the preset requirement, marking the material to be purchased as the material to be processed.

Claims (10)

1. A method for testing the weather resistance of a vehicle body sample, the method comprising:
acquiring test data of a vehicle body sample;
searching the weather resistance data of the sample piece of the vehicle body in a weather resistance mapping relation table according to the test data;
and when the weather-resistant data of the sample piece meet the preset standard, judging that the vehicle body sample piece passes the weather-resistant test.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of obtaining test data for the body sample, the method further comprises:
determining a processing technology data set of the material to be processed according to the parameter information of the material to be processed and a preset technology table;
controlling production equipment to process the material to be processed according to a preset rule according to the processing technology data set to obtain a vehicle body sample;
and acquiring test data of the vehicle body sample piece during the grouping test, and constructing a weather resistance mapping relation table according to the test data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of looking up sample weathering data for said vehicle body samples in a weathering mapping table based on said test data comprises:
reading test duration and test variables from the test data;
and searching the weather-resistant data of the sample of the vehicle body in a weather-resistant mapping relation table according to the test duration and the test variable.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of determining the processing data set of the material to be processed according to the parameter information of the material to be processed and a preset process table is preceded by the step of:
acquiring parameter information of a material to be purchased, and determining the weather resistance grade of the material to be purchased according to the parameter information;
determining the body parts of the material to be purchased during the manufacture of the vehicle body according to the parameter information, and determining the weather resistance grade requirement according to the body parts;
and when the weather resistance grade and the weather resistance grade requirement meet the preset requirement, marking the material to be purchased as the material to be processed.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the grouping test comprises a trial test and an environmental test, and the step of obtaining test data of the body samples at the time of the grouping test and constructing the weather resistance mapping table based on the test data comprises:
acquiring test data and environment test data of the vehicle body sample piece;
reading a test time axis and a test variable corresponding to the test time axis from the test data;
reading an environment test time axis and an environment test variable corresponding to the environment test time axis from the environment test data;
and determining a weather resistance mapping relation table according to the test time shaft, the test variable, the environment test time shaft and the environment test variable.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of controlling a production facility to process the material to be processed according to a preset rule according to the processing technology data set to obtain a vehicle body sample comprises:
sorting the processing technology data in the processing technology data set according to a preset processing flow to obtain a processing technology data sequence;
and controlling production equipment to process the material to be processed according to the processing technology data sequence to obtain a vehicle body sample.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of determining a weather resistance mapping table based on the trial test time axis, the trial test variables, the environmental test time axis, and the environmental test variables comprises:
comparing the test variable with the environment test variable to obtain a test variable comparison result;
when the test variable comparison result meets a preset condition, determining the test time length according to the test time axis, and determining the environment test time length according to the environment test time axis;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the test duration and the environment test duration to obtain a weather resistance mapping relation table.
8. A vehicle body sample piece weather resistance testing device, characterized in that the device includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring test data of the vehicle body sample;
the searching module is used for searching the weather-resistant data of the sample piece of the vehicle body in a weather-resistant mapping relation table according to the test data;
and the judging module is used for judging that the automobile body sample piece passes the weather resistance test when the weather resistance data of the sample piece meets the preset standard.

A vehicle body sample piece weather resistance test apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: a memory, a processor, and a vehicle body sample weatherability testing program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the vehicle body sample weatherability testing program configured to implement the steps of the vehicle body sample weatherability testing method of any one of claims 1-7.
