It should be understood that the vehicle model includes several characters, the vehicle type and the power system of the vehicle and the representation characters thereof can be determined by looking up the preset comparison table according to the characters included in the vehicle model, the cab type and the representation characters thereof can be determined by looking up the preset comparison table according to the vehicle body number, the vehicle mass and the engine displacement of the vehicle and the representation characters thereof can be determined by looking up the preset comparison table according to the vehicle purchase order number, and the preset comparison table can be set according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited in this embodiment.

In the embodiment, when the notice number is not found in the vehicle order system, the synthesized notice number is generated according to the vehicle model, the vehicle body number and the vehicle purchase order number, and the vehicle identification code is generated according to the vehicle chassis number of the synthesized notice number to write the vehicle to be written, so that the writing efficiency of the vehicle identification code is improved.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where a vehicle identification code flashing program is stored on the storage medium, and the vehicle identification code flashing program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the vehicle identification code flashing method as described above.

The method comprises the steps of obtaining vehicle information of a vehicle to be written according to a production code; searching the notice number of the vehicle to be brushed in a vehicle order system according to the vehicle information, and generating a vehicle identification code according to the vehicle information and the notice number and a preset rule; and performing vehicle identification code flashing on the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle identification code. According to the method and the device, the vehicle model of the vehicle to be brushed is obtained through the production codes, the notice number is searched according to the vehicle information, the vehicle identification code is generated according to the vehicle information and the notice number, and the vehicle to be brushed is brushed according to the vehicle identification code, so that the automatic generation and automatic brushing of the vehicle identification code are realized, the technical problem of manually brushing the vehicle identification code in the prior art is solved, the brushing efficiency of the vehicle identification code is improved, and the brushing error rate is reduced.

The generating module 20 is further configured to search the bulletin number of the vehicle to be brushed in the vehicle order system according to the vehicle purchase order number, and generate a vehicle identification code according to the bulletin number and the vehicle chassis number according to a preset rule, where the vehicle information includes the vehicle chassis number and the vehicle purchase order number.
The flash module 10 is further configured to obtain the vehicle identification code of the vehicle qualified by flash from the flash database, and obtain the outgoing vehicle identification code of the vehicle qualified by flash from the certification database; and when the vehicle identification code is consistent with the standard vehicle identification code, judging that the brushing qualified vehicle is a vehicle capable of leaving the garage.
The generating module 20 is further configured to obtain characters included in the bulletin board number and the vehicle chassis number, and search a numerical value corresponding to each character in a preset character comparison table according to each character; determining a weighting coefficient corresponding to each character according to the character position of each character in the standard vehicle identification code; determining a character weighted sum according to the numerical value corresponding to each character and the weighting coefficient corresponding to each character, and determining a check value according to the character weighted sum; and sequencing the notice number, the check value and the vehicle chassis number according to a preset rule to generate a vehicle identification code.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to read a vehicle model and a vehicle body number from the vehicle information when the notice number of the vehicle to be flashed is not found in the vehicle order system according to the vehicle information; generating a synthetic notice number of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle model, the vehicle body number and the vehicle purchase order number; and generating a vehicle identification code according to the synthesized notice number and the vehicle chassis number, and flashing the identification code of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle identification code.
The obtaining module 10 is further configured to determine a vehicle type and a power system of the vehicle according to the vehicle model when the notice number of the vehicle to be flashed is not found according to the vehicle information; determining the cab type of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle body number, and determining the vehicle quality and the engine displacement of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle purchase order number; and generating a composite notice number of the vehicle to be brushed according to the vehicle type, the power system, the cab type, the vehicle mass and the engine displacement.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle identification code flashing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring vehicle information of a vehicle to be written according to the production code;
searching the notice number of the vehicle to be brushed in a vehicle order system according to the vehicle information, and generating a vehicle identification code according to the vehicle information and the notice number and a preset rule;
and performing vehicle identification code flashing on the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle identification code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the vehicle identification code is swiped for the vehicle to be swiped according to the vehicle identification code, the method further comprises:
when the vehicle identification code is completely written, the vehicle to be written is marked as a written vehicle;
acquiring the real vehicle chassis number and the vehicle identification code of the flashed vehicle;
extracting a vehicle chassis number contained in the vehicle identification code;
and when the actual vehicle chassis number is matched with the vehicle chassis number, judging that the brushed vehicle is a qualified brushing vehicle, and backing up the vehicle identification code to a brushing database.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle information includes a vehicle chassis number and a vehicle purchase order number;
the searching for the notice number of the vehicle to be written in the vehicle order system according to the vehicle information and generating a vehicle identification code according to the vehicle information and the notice number and a preset rule comprise:
and searching the notice number of the vehicle to be brushed in a vehicle order system according to the vehicle purchase order number, and generating a vehicle identification code according to the notice number and the vehicle chassis number and a preset rule.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after determining that the flashed vehicle is a flash-eligible vehicle and backing up the vehicle identification code to a flash database when the real vehicle chassis number matches the vehicle chassis number, the method further comprises:
acquiring the vehicle identification code of the vehicle qualified by the brush writing from the brush writing database, and acquiring the factory vehicle identification code of the vehicle qualified by the brush writing from the qualification database;
and when the vehicle identification code is consistent with the standard vehicle identification code, judging that the brushing qualified vehicle is a vehicle capable of leaving the garage.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein generating a vehicle identification code according to a preset rule based on the notice number and the vehicle chassis number comprises:
acquiring characters contained in the notice number and the vehicle chassis number, and searching a numerical value corresponding to each character in a preset character comparison table according to each character;
determining a weighting coefficient corresponding to each character according to the character position of each character in the standard vehicle identification code;
determining a character weighted sum according to the numerical value corresponding to each character and the weighting coefficient corresponding to each character, and determining a check value according to the character weighted sum;
and sequencing the notice number, the check value and the vehicle chassis number according to a preset rule to generate a vehicle identification code.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein after obtaining the vehicle information of the vehicle to be flashed from the production code, the method further comprises:
when the notice number of the vehicle to be flashed is not found in a vehicle order system according to the vehicle information, reading the vehicle model and the vehicle body number from the vehicle information;
generating a synthetic notice number of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle model, the vehicle body number and the vehicle purchase order number;
and generating a vehicle identification code according to the synthesized notice number and the vehicle chassis number, and flashing the identification code of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle identification code.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the generating a composite notice number of the vehicle to be flashed from the vehicle model, the vehicle body number, and the vehicle purchase order number when the notice number of the vehicle to be flashed is not found from the vehicle information comprises:
when the notice number of the vehicle to be flashed is not found according to the vehicle information, determining the vehicle type and the power system of the vehicle according to the vehicle model;
determining the cab type of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle body number, and determining the vehicle quality and the engine displacement of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle purchase order number;
and generating a composite notice number of the vehicle to be brushed according to the vehicle type, the power system, the cab type, the vehicle mass and the engine displacement.
8. A vehicle identification code flash apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the vehicle information of the vehicle to be written according to the production code;
the generating module is used for searching the notice number of the vehicle to be written in a vehicle order system according to the vehicle information and generating a vehicle identification code according to the vehicle information and the notice number and a preset rule;
and the flash module is used for flashing the vehicle identification code of the vehicle to be flashed according to the vehicle identification code.
