Abstract
The invention provides a noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, the noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape comprises a base film, a surface coating, an elastic foam layer, a bottom coating, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the surface coating comprises: the paint comprises water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion, water-based fluororesin emulsion, pigment, nano oxide particles, nano-particle noctilucent powder, an anti-settling agent, an antistatic agent, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a sterilization preservative, a pH regulator, a film forming agent, a thickening agent and deionized water. The adhesive tape provided by the invention has the advantages that the abrasion resistance is ensured, the easy cleaning performance is obviously improved, the adhesive tape has a noctilucent function, the adhesive tape can play a role in warning and reminding in a dark environment, the practicability of the adhesive tape is improved, the adhesive tape also has good flame retardant performance and antistatic performance, the tensile and tear resistance is good, the adhesive tape is not easy to break and easy to attach, the adhesive tape is easy to peel off after being used, the wide and long-length production can be realized greatly, and the large-area construction is convenient.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive tapes, relates to an adhesive tape, and particularly relates to a noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape with good wear resistance, good elasticity and a noctilucent function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of economy and the advancement of science and technology, China has become a processing and producing factory and a consuming nation of the world adhesive industry. The adhesive tape can be divided into: high-temperature adhesive tapes, double-sided adhesive tapes, insulating adhesive tapes, special adhesive tapes, pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and die-cutting adhesive tapes are widely applied to the industries of electronics, communication, packaging, construction, papermaking, woodworking, aerospace, automobiles, textile, metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, medical treatment and the like according to different effects, and the adhesive industry becomes the most active important industry in the chemical industry in China. The existing adhesive tape is generally composed of a base material and an adhesive, two or more unconnected objects are connected together through adhesion, and the existing adhesive tape has the defects of insufficient wear resistance, poor elasticity and difficult cleaning in the use environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of insufficient wear resistance, poor elasticity and difficult cleaning of the existing adhesive tape, and provides a noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape which has good wear resistance and elasticity and has a noctilucent function.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the noctilucent easy-cleaning adhesive tape.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the noctilucent easy-cleaning adhesive tape comprises a base film, a surface coating, an elastic foam layer, a bottom coating, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the surface coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion, 50-100 parts of water-based fluororesin emulsion, 200-400 parts of pigment, 10-100 parts of nano oxide particles, 10-100 parts of nano particle noctilucent powder, 2-5 parts of anti-settling agent, 10-12 parts of antistatic agent, 1-4 parts of dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of sterilizing preservative, 0.5-2 parts of pH regulator, 10-15 parts of film forming agent, 1-4 parts of thickening agent and 60-200 parts of deionized water.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the fluorosilicone emulsion with low surface energy is used as the main material of the surface layer to realize easy cleaning performance, the nano oxide particles are added to be dispersed in the surface layer to improve the wear resistance of the surface layer, a certain amount of antistatic agent and sterilization preservative are added to improve the antistatic performance and sterilization and corrosion resistance of the adhesive tape, and the nano particle noctilucent powder is added to have better noctilucent effect, long noctilucent afterglow time which can reach more than ten hours and practicability, so that the adhesive tape has noctilucent effect.
As a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the preparation method of the aqueous silicone modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion comprises: the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion is prepared by taking 10-15 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate and 15-25 parts by weight of n-butyl acrylate as acrylate comonomers, taking 1-5 parts by weight of 3- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and 10-15 parts by weight of methyl triethoxy silane as functional organic silicon monomers and adopting a miniemulsion polymerization method.
According to the technical scheme, Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) and n-Butyl Acrylate (BA) are used as acrylate comonomers, 3- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxy silane (MEMO) and methyl triethoxy silane (MTMS) are used as functional organosilicon monomers, and an organosilicon modified polyacrylate miniemulsion is prepared by adopting a miniemulsion polymerization method. The applicability of the methyltriethoxysilane can be improved by adjusting the hydrolysis emulsification time, the particle size and the distribution of the monomer miniemulsion are effectively reduced, the standing stability of the monomer miniemulsion is improved, and the particle size is reduced more, the particle size distribution is narrower and the stability is higher along with the increase of the siloxane content.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the aqueous fluororesin emulsion is prepared by a method comprising: 20-30 parts by weight of 1H,1H, 7H-dodecafluoro-1-heptyloxy sodium acetate is used as an emulsifier, and binary or ternary copolymerization is carried out on 45-65 parts by weight of vinylidene fluoride and 10-20 parts by weight of chlorotrifluoroethylene or 10-20 parts by weight of vinyl ether monomers to obtain the aqueous fluororesin emulsion.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the nano-oxide particles are a mixture of hafnium oxide, silicon oxide, zirconium oxide and titanium oxide in a mass ratio of 2-4:1:1-3: 1-5.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the film forming agent comprises a mixture of alcohol ester twelve and isopropanol in a mass ratio of 1: 3-5.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the release layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of non-silicone oil release agent, 0.05-0.3 part of cross-linking agent, 0.02-0.2 part of adhesive force additive, 0.05-0.2 part of release force regulator and 96.3-99.38 parts of solvent.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-17 parts of phosphorus acrylic acid monomer, 42-57 parts of butyl acrylate, 8-14 parts of methyl methacrylate, 2-6 parts of acrylic acid, 4-10 parts of allyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of nitric acid, 3-8 parts of melamine, 3-8 parts of curing agent and 2-4 parts of initiator.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the primer layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of acrylic acid, 10-20 parts of methyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of ethyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 20-40 parts of butyl acrylate, 5-10 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 5-8 parts of triethylamine, 3-5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-5 parts of a sealing agent, 5-15 parts of dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid, 3-5 parts of a tackifier, 3-5 parts of aqueous silicone oil and 400 parts of 200-ion water.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the elastic foam layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of polytetramethylene ether glycol, 30-45 parts of propylene oxide-ethylene oxide copolyether triol, 25-35 parts of polyethylene glycol butanediol adipate, 16-30 parts of 1, 4-bis (isocyanatomethyl) cyclohexane, 5-12 parts of diethylene glycol, 0.5-2 parts of HDI trimer, 0.05-1 part of catalyst, 0.2-1 part of foaming agent and 0.1-2 parts of flame retardant.
In the technical scheme, the elastic foam layer takes polyether polyol (N-220, 330N) and Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) as main raw materials and diethylene glycol (DEG) as a micromolecular chain extender to synthesize an-OH-terminated PU (polyurethane) prepolymer; then adding a proper amount of HDI tripolymer, catalyst, foaming agent and flame retardant, preparing the PU foam PSA under a certain temperature condition, and coating the PU foam PSA on the surface of the substrate to form an elastic foam layer.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the noctilucent easy-cleaning adhesive tape, which comprises the following steps:
1) preparing surface coating slurry, elastic foam layer slurry, bottom coating slurry, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry and release layer slurry according to a formula, and preparing a base film;
2) coating the base coat slurry obtained in the step 1) on the surface of the base film, drying, coating the elastic foam layer slurry obtained in the step 1), and compounding the surface coating slurry obtained in the step 1) to obtain a semi-finished base film;
3) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry obtained in the step 1) on the surface of the semi-finished base film obtained in the step 2), compounding the release layer slurry, and curing to obtain the noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the adhesive tape has the advantages that the abrasion resistance is guaranteed, the cleaning performance is obviously improved, the adhesive tape has the noctilucent function, the adhesive tape can give a warning prompt in a dark environment, and the practicability of the adhesive tape is improved;
2) the adhesive tape also has better flame retardant property and antistatic property;
3) the adhesive tape has good tensile tear resistance, is not easy to break, is easy to attach, is easy to peel after being used, can realize large-width and large-length production, and is convenient to construct in a large area;
4) the adhesive tape has wide application range, and can be applied to the fields of emergency channels of high-rise buildings, frozen warehouses, schools, hospitals, fire signs, ship applications, underground operations and the like.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The raw materials and the method used in the invention are all available, if not specified.
The anti-settling agent, the antistatic agent, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the sterilization preservative, the pH regulator and the thickening agent used in the invention are all auxiliary agents commonly used in the industry, and are not described herein again.
The pigment used in the invention comprises one or a combination of more of rutile, titanium dioxide, aluminum tripolyphosphate, zinc phosphate, iron oxide red, carbon black, lemon chrome yellow, superfine talcum powder, light calcium carbonate, superfine barium sulfate or superfine mica powder. It is used for providing various colors including black, middle gray, date red, orange, blue, black and yellow, red and white, transparent, reflective, luminous and the like, and can also be used for fixing colors and printing patterns according to the requirements of customers.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape, which comprises a base film, a surface coating, an elastic foam layer, a bottom coating, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the surface coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion, 50 parts of water-based fluororesin emulsion, 200 parts of pigment (the pigment is 100 parts of rutile, 50 parts of carbon black and 50 parts of lemon chrome yellow), 10 parts of nano oxide particles, 10 parts of nano particle noctilucent powder, 2 parts of anti-settling agent, 10 parts of antistatic agent, 1 part of dispersing agent, 1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1 part of sterilization preservative, 0.5 part of pH regulator, 10 parts of film forming agent, 1 part of thickening agent and 60 parts of deionized water; the preparation method of the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion comprises the following steps: the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion is prepared by taking 10 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate and 15 parts by weight of n-butyl acrylate as acrylate comonomers, taking 5 parts by weight of 3- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and 15 parts by weight of methyltriethoxy silane as functional organic silicon monomers and adopting a miniemulsion polymerization method (the miniemulsion polymerization method is the prior art and is not described any more).
The preparation method of the water-based fluororesin emulsion comprises the following steps: the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion is prepared by taking 10 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate and 15 parts by weight of n-butyl acrylate as acrylate comonomers, taking 5 parts by weight of 3- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and 15 parts by weight of methyltriethoxy silane as functional organic silicon monomers and adopting a miniemulsion polymerization method (the miniemulsion polymerization method is the prior art and is not described any more).
The nano oxide particles are a mixture of hafnium oxide, silicon oxide, zirconium oxide and titanium oxide in a mass ratio of 2:1:1: 1.
The film forming agent is a mixture of alcohol ester twelve and isopropanol in a mass ratio of 1: 3.
The release layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 part of non-silicone oil release agent, 0.05 part of cross-linking agent, 0.02 part of adhesive force additive, 0.05 part of release force regulator and 96.3 parts of solvent; wherein the non-silicone oil release agent is K1000, the cross-linking agent is benzoyl peroxide, the adhesion additive is a titanic acid coupling agent, the release force regulator is straight-chain alkane, and the solvent is butanone.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of phosphorus acrylic acid monomer, 42 parts of butyl acrylate, 8 parts of methyl methacrylate, 2 parts of acrylic acid, 4 parts of allyl alcohol, 0.1 part of nitric acid, 3 parts of melamine, 3 parts of curing agent toluene isocyanate and 2 parts of initiator ammonium persulfate.

The preparation method of the noctilucent easy-cleaning adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
1) preparing surface coating slurry, elastic foam layer slurry, bottom coating slurry, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry and release layer slurry according to a formula, and preparing base film flame-retardant PVC with the thickness of 25-250 mu m;

The embodiment provides a luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape, which comprises a base film, a surface coating, an elastic foam layer, a bottom coating, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the surface coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 150 parts of water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion, 80 parts of water-based fluororesin emulsion, 300 parts of pigment (the pigment is 50 parts of iron oxide red, 100 parts of carbon black, 20 parts of titanium dioxide, 30 parts of superfine talcum powder and 100 parts of rutile), 80 parts of nano oxide particles, 55 parts of nano particle luminous powder, 3 parts of anti-settling agent, 11 parts of antistatic agent, 3 parts of dispersing agent, 2 parts of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of sterilization preservative, 1.5 parts of pH regulator, 12 parts of film forming agent, 3 parts of thickening agent and 100 parts of deionized water; the preparation method of the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion comprises the following steps: 15 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate and 25 parts by weight of n-butyl acrylate are taken as acrylate comonomers, 5 parts by weight of 3- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and 15 parts by weight of methyltriethoxy silane are taken as functional organic silicon monomers, and a miniemulsion polymerization method is adopted to prepare the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion.
The preparation method of the water-based fluororesin emulsion comprises the following steps: 30 parts by weight of 1H,1H, 7H-dodecafluoro-1-heptyloxy sodium acetate is used as an emulsifier, and 65 parts by weight of vinylidene fluoride, 20 parts by weight of chlorotrifluoroethylene and 20 parts by weight of vinyl ether monomers are subjected to ternary polymerization to obtain the aqueous fluororesin emulsion. .
The nano oxide particles are a mixture of hafnium oxide, silicon oxide, zirconium oxide and titanium oxide in a mass ratio of 3:1:2: 3.
The film forming agent is a mixture of alcohol ester twelve and isopropanol in a mass ratio of 1: 4.
The release layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of non-silicone oil release agent, 0.2 part of cross-linking agent, 0.15 part of adhesive force additive, 0.17 part of release force regulator and 97.66 parts of solvent; wherein the non-silicone oil release agent is K1000, the cross-linking agent is benzoyl peroxide, the adhesion additive is a titanic acid coupling agent, the release force regulator is straight-chain alkane, and the solvent is butanone.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of phosphorus acrylic acid monomer, 47 parts of butyl acrylate, 10 parts of methyl methacrylate, 3 parts of acrylic acid, 10 parts of allyl alcohol, 0.5 part of nitric acid, 8 parts of melamine, 8 parts of curing agent diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 4 parts of initiator ammonium persulfate.
The base coat comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of acrylic acid, 18 parts of methyl acrylate, 15 parts of ethyl acrylate, 15 parts of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 12 parts of methyl methacrylate, 25 parts of butyl acrylate, 7 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 6 parts of triethylamine, 4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3.5 parts of a sealing agent, 7 parts of dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid, 4 parts of a tackifier, 3 parts of aqueous silicone oil and 300 parts of deionized water.
The elastic foam layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of polytetramethylene ether glycol, 35 parts of propylene oxide-ethylene oxide copolyether triol, 30 parts of polyethylene glycol butanediol adipate, 22 parts of 1, 4-bis (isocyanatomethyl) cyclohexane, 10 parts of diethylene glycol, 1 part of HDI trimer, 0.5 part of an organic bismuth catalyst, 0.7 part of a foaming agent HFC-245fa and 1.2 parts of a flame retardant dibromophenol.
The preparation method of the noctilucent easy-cleaning adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
1) preparing surface coating slurry, elastic foam layer slurry, bottom coating slurry, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry and release layer slurry according to a formula, and preparing base film flame-retardant PVC with the thickness of 25-250 mu m;
2) coating the base coat slurry (with the thickness of 1-5 microns) obtained in the step 1) on the surface of the base film, drying, coating the elastic foam layer slurry (with the thickness of 50-150 microns) obtained in the step 1), and compounding the surface coating slurry (with the thickness of 1-5 microns) obtained in the step 1) to obtain a semi-finished base film;
3) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry (with the thickness of 30-100 microns) obtained in the step 1) and the composite release layer slurry (with the thickness of 0.1-50 microns) on the surface of the semi-finished base film obtained in the step 2), and curing to obtain the noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape.

The embodiment provides a luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape, which comprises a base film, a surface coating, an elastic foam layer, a bottom coating, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the surface coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion, 100 parts of water-based fluororesin emulsion, 400 parts of pigment (the pigment is 200 parts of iron oxide red, 150 parts of titanium dioxide and 50 parts of superfine mica powder), 100 parts of nano oxide particles, 100 parts of nano particle luminous powder, 5 parts of anti-settling agent, 12 parts of antistatic agent, 4 parts of dispersing agent, 3 parts of defoaming agent, 1 part of sterilizing preservative, 2 parts of pH regulator, 15 parts of film forming agent, 4 parts of thickening agent and 200 parts of deionized water; the preparation method of the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion comprises the following steps: the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion is prepared by using 12 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate and 20 parts by weight of n-butyl acrylate as acrylate comonomers, using 3 parts by weight of 3- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and 12 parts by weight of methyl triethoxy silane as functional organic silicon monomers and adopting a miniemulsion polymerization method.
The preparation method of the water-based fluororesin emulsion comprises the following steps: 25 parts by weight of 1H,1H, 7H-dodecafluoro-1-heptyloxy sodium acetate is used as an emulsifier, and 50 parts by weight of vinylidene fluoride, 18 parts by weight of chlorotrifluoroethylene and 17 parts by weight of vinyl ether monomers are subjected to ternary polymerization to obtain the aqueous fluororesin emulsion.
The nano-oxide particles are a mixture of hafnium oxide, silicon oxide, zirconium oxide and titanium oxide in a mass ratio of 4:1:3: 5.
The film forming agent is a mixture of alcohol ester twelve and isopropanol with the mass ratio of 1: 5.
The release layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.7 parts of non-silicone oil release agent, 0.3 part of cross-linking agent, 0.2 part of adhesive force additive, 0.2 part of release force regulator and 99.38 parts of solvent; wherein the non-silicone oil release agent is K1000, the cross-linking agent is benzoyl peroxide, the adhesion additive is a titanic acid coupling agent, the release force regulator is straight-chain alkane, and the solvent is butanone.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 17 parts of phosphorus acrylic acid monomer, 57 parts of butyl acrylate, 14 parts of methyl methacrylate, 6 parts of acrylic acid, 8 parts of allyl alcohol, 0.3 part of nitric acid, 5 parts of melamine, 5 parts of curing agent diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 3 parts of initiator ammonium persulfate.
The base coat comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of acrylic acid, 10 parts of methyl acrylate, 10 parts of ethyl acrylate, 10 parts of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 10 parts of methyl methacrylate, 20 parts of butyl acrylate, 5 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 5 parts of triethylamine, 3 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3 parts of a sealing agent, 5 parts of dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid, 3 parts of a tackifier, 3 parts of aqueous silicone oil and 200 parts of deionized water.
The elastic foam layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of polytetramethylene ether glycol, 45 parts of propylene oxide-ethylene oxide copolyether triol, 35 parts of polyethylene glycol butanediol adipate, 30 parts of 1, 4-bis (isocyanatomethyl) cyclohexane, 12 parts of diethylene glycol, 2 parts of HDI trimer, 1 part of an organic bismuth catalyst, 1 part of a foaming agent HFC-245fa and 2 parts of a flame retardant dibromophenol.
The preparation method of the noctilucent easy-cleaning adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
1) preparing surface coating slurry, elastic foam layer slurry, bottom coating slurry, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry and release layer slurry according to a formula, and preparing base film flame-retardant PVC with the thickness of 25-250 mu m;
2) coating the base coat slurry (with the thickness of 1-5 microns) obtained in the step 1) on the surface of the base film, drying, coating the elastic foam layer slurry (with the thickness of 50-150 microns) obtained in the step 1), and compounding the surface coating slurry (with the thickness of 1-5 microns) obtained in the step 1) to obtain a semi-finished base film;
3) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry (with the thickness of 30-100 microns) obtained in the step 1) and the composite release layer slurry (with the thickness of 0.1-50 microns) on the surface of the semi-finished base film obtained in the step 2), and curing to obtain the noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape.
Comparative example 1, same as example 1, except that the surface layer was not coated.
Comparative example 2, same as example 1, except that no aqueous silicone-modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion was added to the surface layer.
Comparative example 3, the same as example 1, except that no nano-oxide particles were added to the surface layer.
The product properties are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, comparative example 1 has no surface coating, so that both easy-cleaning property and abrasion resistance are poor; comparative example 2 no aqueous silicone-modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion was added, the easy-to-clean performance was inferior to that of example 1, and the friction coefficient and wear rate were comparable to those of example 1; in contrast, comparative example 3, in which no nano-oxide particles were added, had an easy-to-clean performance comparable to that of example 1, and had a friction coefficient and a wear rate substantially different from those of example 1.
Therefore, the adhesive tape provided by the invention has the advantages that the abrasion resistance is ensured, the easy-cleaning performance is obviously improved, and the adhesive tape has certain anti-mould performance and weather resistance; meanwhile, the adhesive tape disclosed by the invention uses the noctilucent powder, so that the adhesive tape has a noctilucent function.
While the invention has been described with respect to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing and other changes, omissions and deviations in the form and detail thereof may be made without departing from the scope of this invention. Those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications and equivalent arrangements, which are equivalent to the embodiments of the present invention, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and which may be made by utilizing the techniques disclosed above; meanwhile, any changes, modifications and variations of the above-described embodiments, which are equivalent to those of the technical spirit of the present invention, are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The noctilucent easy-cleaning adhesive tape is characterized by comprising a base film, a surface coating, an elastic foam layer, a bottom coating, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release layer, wherein the surface coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion, 50-100 parts of water-based fluororesin emulsion, 200-400 parts of pigment, 10-100 parts of nano oxide particles, 10-100 parts of nano particle noctilucent powder, 2-5 parts of anti-settling agent, 10-12 parts of antistatic agent, 1-4 parts of dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of sterilizing preservative, 0.5-2 parts of pH regulator, 10-15 parts of film forming agent, 1-4 parts of thickening agent and 60-200 parts of deionized water.

A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the preparation method of the water-based silicone modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion comprises: the water-based organic silicon modified polyacrylic resin miniemulsion is prepared by taking 10-15 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate and 15-25 parts by weight of n-butyl acrylate as acrylate comonomers, taking 1-5 parts by weight of 3- (methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and 10-15 parts by weight of methyl triethoxy silane as functional organic silicon monomers and adopting a miniemulsion polymerization method.

A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape as defined in claim 1, wherein the aqueous fluororesin emulsion is prepared by the following steps: 20-30 parts by weight of 1H,1H, 7H-dodecafluoro-1-heptyloxy sodium acetate is used as an emulsifier, and binary or ternary copolymerization is carried out on 45-65 parts by weight of vinylidene fluoride and 10-20 parts by weight of chlorotrifluoroethylene or 10-20 parts by weight of vinyl ether monomers to obtain the aqueous fluororesin emulsion.
4. A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nano oxide particles are a mixture of hafnium oxide, silicon oxide, zirconium oxide and titanium oxide in a mass ratio of 2-4:1:1-3: 1-5.
5. A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the film former comprises a mixture of alcohol ester dodeca and isopropanol in a mass ratio of 1: 3-5.
6. A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the release layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of non-silicone oil release agent, 0.05-0.3 part of cross-linking agent, 0.02-0.2 part of adhesive force additive, 0.05-0.2 part of release force regulator and 96.3-99.38 parts of solvent.

A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-17 parts of phosphorus acrylic acid monomer, 42-57 parts of butyl acrylate, 8-14 parts of methyl methacrylate, 2-6 parts of acrylic acid, 4-10 parts of allyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of nitric acid, 3-8 parts of melamine, 3-8 parts of curing agent and 2-4 parts of initiator.

A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the primer layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of acrylic acid, 10-20 parts of methyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of ethyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 20-40 parts of butyl acrylate, 5-10 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 5-8 parts of triethylamine, 3-5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-5 parts of a sealing agent, 5-15 parts of dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid, 3-5 parts of a tackifier, 3-5 parts of aqueous silicone oil and 400 parts of 200-ion water.

A luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the elastic foam layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of polytetramethylene ether glycol, 30-45 parts of propylene oxide-ethylene oxide copolyether triol, 25-35 parts of polyethylene glycol butanediol adipate, 16-30 parts of 1, 4-bis (isocyanatomethyl) cyclohexane, 5-12 parts of diethylene glycol, 0.5-2 parts of HDI trimer, 0.05-1 part of catalyst, 0.2-1 part of foaming agent and 0.1-2 parts of flame retardant.
10. A method for preparing a luminous easy-to-clean adhesive tape as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
1) preparing surface coating slurry, elastic foam layer slurry, bottom coating slurry, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry and release layer slurry according to a formula, and preparing a base film;
2) coating the base coat slurry obtained in the step 1) on the surface of the base film, drying, coating the elastic foam layer slurry obtained in the step 1), and compounding the surface coating slurry obtained in the step 1) to obtain a semi-finished base film;
3) coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer slurry obtained in the step 1) on the surface of the semi-finished base film obtained in the step 2), compounding the release layer slurry, and curing to obtain the noctilucent easy-to-clean adhesive tape.
