Abstract

The single-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material adhesive is used for waterproof construction of polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled materials, has high bonding strength, good flexibility and waterproof sealing performance, and solves the problem of inconvenience in production, packaging, storage, transportation and use of liquid material and powder material double-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material adhesives.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an adhesive used for a waterproof coiled material, in particular to a single-component polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material adhesive.
Background
The polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material is a waterproof material widely applied, and the market quantity is in the first place in the high polymer waterproof coiled material. The polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material needs to be matched with an adhesive to form composite waterproof during construction, so that the matched adhesive has definite requirements, not only needs to have good bonding performance and waterproof sealing performance, but also needs to have certain flexibility, and the requirements are met in CECS 199 which is mainly compiled by the China Association for engineering construction standardization: 2006 "technical code for composite waterproof engineering of polyethylene polypropylene coiled material" has clear regulations. In addition, when the joints and special parts of the coiled material (such as the coiled material and materials of iron, aluminum, PVC, and the like) are bonded, the adhesive is required to be firmly bonded so as to achieve the waterproof sealing effect. The 350-400-mesh quartz powder is added into the single-component polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material adhesive, so that protective colloid polyvinyl alcohol which is used for absorbing dispersible emulsion powder particles by cement mortar can be formed, the emulsion cannot be damaged by water after being formed into a film, or the emulsion is dispersed for the second time, and meanwhile, the characteristic that fine particles of the quartz powder easily penetrate into pores of non-woven fabrics on the surface of the polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material is utilized, so that the strength of the adhesive is uniformly distributed, and the strength and the flexibility of the adhesive are kept.
The single-component polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof coiled material adhesive is single-component powder, is easy to produce, store and transport, has small volume and light weight, only needs to be added with water when in use, and is convenient to use.

Example 1
The production method is characterized by adopting conventional dry powder mortar production equipment, and adding 100 parts by weight of 525# quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, 30 parts by weight of ethylene/lauric acid/vinyl chloride terpolymer emulsion powder, 1.0 part by weight of melamine type water reducing agent, 0.1 part by weight of sodium polyphosphate dispersing agent, 0.1 part by weight of organic silicon defoaming agent and 40 parts by weight of 350-400-mesh quartz powder into a mixer. The detection result shows that the adhesive has high bonding strength, good waterproof sealing performance, particularly good flexibility, meets the composite waterproof requirement of the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material, is suitable for bonding the coiled material with a substrate (cement base), the coiled material with the coiled material, the joint of the coiled material and special parts (such as the coiled material with materials of iron, aluminum, PVC and the like), and has good bonding and waterproof sealing performance. The test results show that the performance of the single-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material adhesive prepared by replacing ethylene/lauric acid/vinyl chloride terpolymer rubber powder with butadiene/styrene copolymer rubber powder is lower than that of the single-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material adhesive of example 1, but the performance of the single-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material adhesive can still meet the requirements of the standards.
The above embodiments are merely preferred examples of the present invention, which is not limited thereto, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art should understand that any simple modification, equivalent change, addition or substitution made within the spirit scope of the present invention should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (3)
1. The single-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material adhesive is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 29-31 parts of latex powder, 0.8-1.1 parts of melamine type water reducing agent, 0.08-0.12 part of sodium polyphosphate dispersing agent, 0.08-0.12 part of organosilicon defoaming agent and 38-42 parts of quartz powder; the latex powder is any one of ethylene/lauric acid/vinyl chloride terpolymer rubber powder, styrene/acrylic acid copolymer rubber powder, acrylic acid copolymer rubber powder and butadiene/styrene copolymer rubber powder.
2. The one-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coil adhesive as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sulphoaluminate cement is 525# rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement.
3. The single-component polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material adhesive as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quartz powder is 350-400 mesh quartz powder.
