Abstract

The invention relates to a control cabinet for an elevator and to an elevator. The control cabinet comprises a first board on which a plurality of first electrical components are mounted and a second board on which a plurality of second electrical components are mounted, characterized in that the first board is pivotably mounted to a front wall of the control cabinet via a pivot member, pivotable about a first pivot axis between a first position in which the first board is configured to prevent access to the second board and a second position in which the first board is configured to allow access to the second board.

The invention relates to a control cabinet for an elevator and an elevator.
Background
Currently, the control cabinets for elevators are installed in machine rooms, generally of two different types: wall-mounted cabinets and floor cabinets. Wall-mounted cabinets need to be mounted on the machine room walls, which reduces flexibility in the layout of the control cabinet, requires sufficient space on the machine room walls, and the associated cable length is increased by the location of the control cabinet. The floor cabinet generally has a structure for placing driving electric parts (high voltage) and control electric parts (low voltage), which requires the control cabinet to have a sufficient width for placing the driving electric parts and the control electric parts, and the high voltage parts are placed together with the low voltage parts, which increases the risk level of elevator maintenance.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention provides a control cabinet for an elevator, the control cabinet comprising a first panel having a plurality of first electrical components mounted thereon and a second panel having a plurality of second electrical components mounted thereon, the first panel being pivotally mounted to a front wall of the control cabinet via a pivot member, pivotable about a first pivot axis between a first position in which the first panel is configured to prevent access to the second panel and a second position in which the first panel is configured to allow access to the second panel.
Advantageously, the pivot is pivotably mounted to a front wall of the control cabinet, the first plate being mounted to the pivot, the pivot having an accommodation space such that the front wall of the control cabinet can be accommodated in the accommodation space during pivoting of the first plate.
Advantageously, the pivot has a first portion pivotably mounted to the front wall of the control cabinet and a second portion to which the first plate is mounted, the second portion extending obliquely with respect to the first portion at an angle selected to enable the accommodation space to be formed.
Advantageously, the second portion extends perpendicular to the first portion such that the pivot forms an L-shape.
Advantageously, the pivot member has a first fixing member fixedly mounted to the front wall of the control cabinet and a first cooperating member fixedly mounted to the first portion, the first fixing member and the first cooperating member being configured to form a first pivot axis such that the first cooperating member pivots relative to the first fixing member about the first pivot axis, thereby pivoting the first plate about the first pivot axis from the first position towards the second position.
Advantageously, the first fixing element has a first opening and the first fitting element has a first projection adapted to be inserted into the first opening to pivot the first fitting element in the first opening about the first pivot axis.
Advantageously, the first plate is pivotably mounted to the second portion such that the first plate is pivotable about the first pivot axis and the second portion from the first position towards the second position, respectively.
Advantageously, the pivoting member has a second fixing member fixedly mounted to the second portion and a second cooperating member fixedly mounted to the first plate, the second fixing member and the second cooperating member being configured to form a second pivot axis such that the second cooperating member pivots relative to the second fixing member about the second pivot axis, thereby enabling the first plate to pivot about the second pivot axis.
Advantageously, the second fixing element has a second opening and the second fitting element has a second projection adapted to be inserted into the second opening to pivot the second fitting element in the second opening about the second pivot axis.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, it is to be noted that, in the drawings, the same reference numerals are given to constituent parts having substantially the same or similar structures and functions, and repeated description thereof will be omitted. The term "sequentially comprising A, B, C, etc" merely indicates the order of the included elements A, B, C, etc. and does not exclude the possibility of including other elements between a and B and/or between B and C.
The drawings in the present specification are schematic views to assist in explaining the concept of the present invention, and schematically show the shapes of respective portions and their mutual relationships.

Fig. 1 shows a front view of a control cabinet 1 according to the invention, with the display cabinet door open, with a first panel 11 visible, on which a plurality of first electrical components, for example low-voltage electrical components for control, are mounted. Fig. 2 shows a front view of the control cabinet with the first board removed, enabling the second board 12 to be seen, on which a plurality of second electrical components, such as high-voltage electrical components for driving the elevator, are mounted. Therefore, the low-voltage electrical component and the high-voltage electrical component can be isolated, the better electromagnetic compatibility characteristic is obtained, and meanwhile, the size of the control cabinet is reduced, so that the installation space is reduced.
The first plate is pivotably mounted via a pivot 14 to a front wall 13 of the control cabinet, which is the wall facing the cabinet door of the control cabinet in the case of closed cabinet door. The first plate is pivotable between a first position in which the first plate prevents access to the second plate and a second position in which the first plate allows access to the second plate. The first plate is also pivotable from a first position to a third position, the third position being between the first position and the second position, as shown in fig. 3.
The pivoting member also has an accommodation space 147 in which the front wall of the control cabinet can be accommodated during pivoting of the first plate, so as not to impede pivoting of the first plate.
As shown in fig. 4, the pivot 14 has a first portion 141 and a second portion 142, the first portion 141 being pivotably mounted to the front wall 13 of the control cabinet, the second portion 142 extending obliquely at an angle relative to the first portion, preferably the second portion extending perpendicularly relative to the first portion, such that the pivot forms an L-shape. The first plate 11 is mounted to the second portion 142 as shown in fig. 5, the first plate 11 being only schematically shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5, in the upper part of the pivoting member 14, the first part 141 has a first fixing member 143 fixedly mounted (e.g. by screws) to the front wall 13 of the control cabinet and a first mating member 144 fixedly mounted (e.g. by screws) to the first part 141, the first fixing member and the first mating member forming a first pivot axis for pivoting the first plate relative to the front wall. In this embodiment, the first fixing member has a first opening 1431, and the first fitting member has a first protrusion 1441, which is adapted to be inserted into the first opening, form a first pivot axis, and be able to pivot in the first opening, as shown in fig. 6. It will also be appreciated by the person skilled in the art that the first opening and the first protrusion are only examples, and that any other suitable way of achieving the pivoting of the first part is also conceivable.
In this manner, the first portion is rotatable about the first pivot axis from a first position to a third position relative to the front wall of the control cabinet.
The second part 142 has a second attachment 145 fixedly mounted to the second part and a second mating element 146 fixedly mounted to the first plate 141, the second attachment 145 and the second mating element 146 forming a second pivot axis that continues to pivot relative to the second part after the first plate is pivoted to the third position. In this embodiment, the second fixing member has a second opening, and the second fitting member has a second protrusion adapted to be inserted into the second opening, forming the second pivot axis, and capable of pivoting in the second opening. It will also be appreciated by the person skilled in the art that the second opening and the second protrusion are only examples, and that any other suitable way of achieving the pivoting of the first plate is also conceivable.
The above first and second pivot axes are only used to distinguish between the two pivot axes, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the first and second pivot axes may be interchanged.
Similarly, at the lower part of the pivoting member 14, a first fixing member, a first mating member, a second fixing member and a second mating member are also provided, and their arrangement is the same as that described above, and thus, the description thereof is omitted. The person skilled in the art will appreciate that the fastening elements and the mating elements may also be provided at other positions on the pivoting element.
In addition, while the first plate is described above as pivoting first about the first pivot axis and then about the second pivot axis, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the order of pivoting the first plate is not limited thereto and may alternatively pivot first about the second pivot axis to a third position and then about the second pivot axis to the second position; the first plate may also be simultaneously rotatable about the first pivot axis and the second pivot axis such that the first plate pivots directly from the first position to the second position without a distinct third position.
The invention mainly aims at the floor cabinet, and the high-voltage component and the low-voltage component are isolated from each other through the first plate and the second plate, so that the electromagnetic compatibility is improved, and the risk of electric shock during field operation is reduced; in addition, the first plate is pivoted to the second position from the first position relative to the first pivot axis and then pivoted to the third position from the second position relative to the second pivot axis, and a channel close to the second plate is provided, so that the width of the control cabinet can be reduced, the layout of the control cabinet is more flexible, and the requirement on the design of a machine room is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A control cabinet for an elevator, the control cabinet comprising a first panel on which a plurality of first electrical components are mounted and a second panel on which a plurality of second electrical components are mounted, characterized in that the first panel is pivotally mounted to a front wall of the control cabinet via a pivot member, pivotable about a first pivot axis between a first position in which the first panel is configured to prevent access to the second panel and a second position in which the first panel is configured to allow access to the second panel.
2. The control cabinet of claim 1, wherein a pivot member is pivotally mounted to the front wall of the control cabinet, the first plate being mounted to the pivot member, the pivot member having an accommodation space such that the front wall of the control cabinet can be accommodated in the accommodation space during pivoting of the first plate.
3. A control cabinet according to claim 2, wherein the pivot member has a first portion pivotally mounted to the front wall of the control cabinet and a second portion to which the first plate is mounted, the second portion extending obliquely relative to the first portion at an angle selected to form the receiving space.
4. The control cabinet of claim 3, wherein the second portion extends perpendicular to the first portion such that the pivot member forms an L-shape.
5. The control cabinet of claim 3, wherein the pivot member has a first securing member fixedly mounted to the front wall of the control cabinet and a first mating member fixedly mounted to the first portion, the first securing member and the first mating member configured to form a first pivot axis such that the first mating member pivots relative to the first securing member about the first pivot axis to pivot the first plate about the first pivot axis from the first position toward the second position.
6. The control cabinet of claim 5, wherein the first securing member has a first opening and the first mating member has a first protrusion adapted to be inserted into the first opening to pivot the first mating member in the first opening about the first pivot axis.
7. The control cabinet of claim 5, wherein the first plate is pivotally mounted to the second portion such that the first plate is pivotable about a first pivot axis and the second portion from a first position toward a second position.
8. The control cabinet of claim 7, wherein the pivot member has a second securing member fixedly mounted to the second portion and a second mating member fixedly mounted to the first panel, the second securing member and the second mating member configured to form a second pivot axis such that the second mating member pivots relative to the second securing member about the second pivot axis to enable the first panel to pivot about the second pivot axis.
9. The control cabinet of claim 8, wherein the second securing member has a second opening and the second mating member has a second protrusion adapted to be inserted into the second opening to pivot the second mating member in the second opening about the second pivot axis.
10. Elevator, characterized in that it comprises a control cabinet according to any of claims 1-9.
