As shown in fig. 3, the target value of the uniform speed of the vehicle along the contact line erecting direction is the set speed value of the wire barrow.
As shown in fig. 3, the tension of the contact line is detected by a pay-off reel outgoing line tension sensor and a tensioner outgoing line tension sensor, then a signal is fed back to a PLC control system, PID calculation is performed in the PLC control system, and the PWM values of the pay-off reel clamp 111 and the tension reel clamp 211 are changed and controlled by using the calculation result, so that the braking force of the pay-off reel clamp 111 and the tension reel clamp 211 is changed, and the erected contact line reaches the specified tension;
the rope guide wheel 112 moves passively along with the contact line 11 released by the pay-off reel, a real signal of the position of the rope guide wheel is transmitted to a PLC control system by the distance sensor of the rope guide wheel 112, the PLC control system adjusts an electromagnetic valve of a hydraulic oil cylinder serving as a pay-off reel moving device according to a calculation result after calculation, and then the position of the pay-off reel 110 is adjusted along the axial direction of the steering wheel, so that the outgoing line position of the pay-off reel 110 and the incoming line position of the tension disc are on the same line;
if the PLC control system judges that the adjustment range of the hydraulic clamp and the adjustment range of the tension disc driven by the tension disc moving device cannot meet the tension requirement of the contact wire in the automatic tension adjusting process, the PLC control system controls the tension compensation oil cylinder serving as a tension disc driving device to be connected, and adjusts the two tension discs 210 to be away from the pay-off disc 110 as a whole so that the contact wire reaches the specified tension.
Step S5: after the contact line is erected, the pay-off spool clamp 111 and the tension spool clamp 211 are loosened, the pay-off spool 113 starts up the take-up hydraulic motor 416, and the rest of the contact line and the catenary cable of the contact line pay-off truck are wound back.

Claims (15)

the tensioner is fixed on the frame and is arranged at intervals with the pay-off reel; the tensioner is used for bearing the outgoing line of the pay-off reel and applying tension to the outgoing line from the tensioner.
2. The catenary payoff carriage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tensioner comprises two synchronously rotating tension discs; the two tension discs are used for bearing outgoing lines of the pay-off discs;
tension applying device at pay-off reel includes:
and the pay-off reel rotation resistance applying device is used for applying rotation resistance to the rotation of the pay-off reel, so that the pay-off reel and the tension disc rotate in the same direction, and the rotation speed of the pay-off reel is less than that of the tension disc.

and the control unit is used for controlling the pay-off reel rotation resistance applying device to apply rotation resistance to the rotation of the pay-off reel according to the pay-off tension target value of the pay-off trolley, the actual tension value of the pay-off reel and the actual tension value of the pay-off machine.
4. The contact net wire barrow of claim 3, wherein the tension applying device at the pay-off reel further comprises:
the pay-off spool clamps are correspondingly arranged on one pay-off spool; the pay-off reel clamp is used for applying tension to a contact wire of the pay-off reel and then leading out the wire;
the tensioner further comprises:
the tension disc clamp is correspondingly arranged on one tension disc; the tension disc clamp is used for clamping a contact line at the wire outgoing position of the tension disc to apply braking force, winding the two tension discs for preset turns and then leading out the wires.

The contact net wire barrow according to claim 4, wherein the control unit is further configured to control the applied braking force of the wire barrow clamp and the tension disc clamp according to a wire releasing tension target value of the wire barrow, an actual tension value of the wire outlet of the wire releasing disc and an actual tension value of the wire outlet of the tensioner, so that a difference ratio absolute value between the actual tension value of the wire outlet of the tensioner and the target value of the wire outlet of the wire barrow is within a preset range.
6. The contact net wire barrow of claim 5, further comprising:
the tension disc moving device is connected with the two tension discs, and is used for moving the two tension discs away from the pay-off disc;
the control unit is also used for controlling the tension disc moving device to move the two tension discs away from the pay-off disc after the pay-off disc clamp, the tension disc clamp and the pay-off disc rotation resistance applying device reach the upper limit of the respective adjusting range.
7. The contact net wire barrow of claim 5, further comprising:
the pay-off spool moving device is connected with the pay-off spool, and is used for moving the pay-off spool to move along the axial direction of the pay-off spool;
the guide rod is fixed between the pay-off reel and the tensioner, and the length direction of the guide rod is consistent with the axial direction of the pay-off reel;
the rope guide wheel is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the guide rod and can move along the length direction of the guide rod;
the outgoing line of the pay-off reel enters the tension machine through the lower wheel surface of the rope guide wheel so as to control the incoming line height of the contact line in the tension machine; the pay-off reel can move along the axial direction of the pay-off reel, so that the wire outlet position of the pay-off reel is close to the wire inlet position of the tensioner.
8. The contact net wire barrow of claim 7, wherein the control unit is further configured to:
and controlling the pay-off reel to perform equidirectional displacement along the axial direction of the pay-off reel according to the displacement of the guide rope wheel along the guide rod deviating from the reference position, so that the wire outlet position of the pay-off reel is close to the wire inlet position of the tension machine.

the pay-off reel outgoing line tension sensor is in communication connection with the control unit, is arranged at the outgoing line position of the pay-off reel, and is used for acquiring the actual tension value of the pay-off reel outgoing line and transmitting the actual tension value to the control unit;
the outlet wire tension sensor of the tensioner is in communication connection with the control unit, is arranged at the outlet wire position of the tensioner, is used for acquiring the actual tension value of the outlet wire of the tensioner and transmitting the actual tension value to the control unit;
the rope guide wheel distance sensor is in communication connection with the control unit, is arranged on the rope guide wheel, is used for acquiring the distance of the rope guide wheel deviating from the preset position of the guide rope wheel on the guide rod, and transmits the distance to the control unit;
and the vehicle speed sensor is fixed on the vehicle frame and used for sensing the speed of the vehicle speed sensor.
10. The contact net wire barrow of claim 8, further comprising:
the jacking column is fixed on the frame, and the pay-off reel is positioned between the jacking column and the tensioner;
the jacking power device is used for providing lifting power for the jacking column;
the jacking column is used for jacking a contact line of the outlet wire of the tensioner and can be lifted to adapt to the height of a contact net.

the tension disc driving device corresponds to one tension disc and is used for providing power for the rotation of the tension disc;
