Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engine oil supply, in particular to an engine oil supply control method.
Background
The automobile fuel supply system pumps fuel from a fuel tank, supplies the fuel to a fuel injector after filtering and pressure regulating, and then injects the fuel into an engine to burn to provide power for the whole automobile; the general cargo vehicle fuel system comprises a fuel pump (engine belt), a filter, a fuel tank and a fuel pipeline, wherein the fuel tank assembly usually comprises a filling port, an oil outlet, an oil return port, a drain outlet, a fuel tank liquid level sensor and an internal wave-proof structure.
Cargo vehicle's fuel tank is longer and the oil-out sets up in the middle part of the fuel tank basically in the existing market, though can satisfy normal use, when the vehicle is in long-time upslope or downhill path, when automobile body and water flat line contained angle are too big, the fuel because gravity concentrates on the front portion or the rear portion of fuel tank, and the oil-out that is located the fuel tank middle part can't provide sufficient fuel, causes the engine to stall.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide an engine fuel supply control method to solve the problem of flameout caused by poor fuel supply when the vehicle body inclines.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an engine fuel supply control method, comprising:
continuously detecting a front liquid level signal and a rear liquid level signal of a fuel tank, wherein the front part and the rear part are determined according to the driving direction of a vehicle;
when the front liquid level signal is greater than or equal to the rear liquid level signal, triggering to suck fuel oil from a front oil outlet arranged at the front part of the oil tank and supplying the fuel oil to the engine;
and when the front liquid level signal is smaller than the rear liquid level signal, switching to a rear oil outlet arranged at the rear part of the oil tank to suck fuel oil and supply the fuel oil to the engine.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the method further includes: and when the front liquid level signal is greater than or equal to the rear liquid level signal, using the front liquid level signal for indicating value display of the fuel gauge.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the method further includes: and when the front liquid level signal is smaller than the rear liquid level signal, the rear liquid level signal is used for indicating value display of the fuel gauge.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the oil supply from the front part of the oil tank or the oil supply from the rear part of the oil tank is switched by triggering the action of reversing valves respectively connected with the front oil outlet and the rear oil outlet.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the method further includes: and continuously collecting the attitude angle of the whole vehicle, and deciding to supply oil from the front part of the oil tank or supply oil from the rear part of the oil tank according to the attitude angle of the whole vehicle.
The design concept of the invention is that the oil height of the front part and the rear part in the oil tank is judged by detecting two oil signals at the front and the rear of the oil tank, and the fuel oil is sucked from the preset oil outlet at the position with higher liquid level and is supplied to the engine, so that the problem of fuel oil supply of the vehicle during ascending and descending is thoroughly solved, the vehicle body can be ensured to smoothly provide sufficient fuel oil during ascending and descending, flameout caused by air suction is avoided, and the normal work of the engine is ensured.
Furthermore, the read oil signals can be switched in an oil meter circuit through a relay and other devices, so that the oil can be correctly displayed when the vehicle body is in an inclined state.
Furthermore, on the basis of the mode, the front and rear oil supply modes of the oil tank can be directly determined through the attitude angle of the whole vehicle.
Drawings
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1 is a flowchart of an engine fuel supply control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The invention provides an embodiment of an engine oil supply control method, which specifically comprises the following steps of:
step S1, continuously detecting a front liquid level signal and a rear liquid level signal of the oil tank, wherein the front part and the rear part are determined according to the driving direction of the vehicle;
step S2, when the front liquid level signal is greater than or equal to the rear liquid level signal, triggering to suck fuel from a front oil outlet arranged at the front part of the oil tank and supply the fuel to the engine;
and step S3, when the front liquid level signal is smaller than the rear liquid level signal, switching to a rear oil outlet arranged at the rear part of the oil tank to suck fuel oil and supply the fuel oil to the engine.
The signal comparison may be to compare voltage signals corresponding to the liquid level sensing.
