Abstract
The invention discloses a method for repairing a rubber conveying belt. The repairing method adopts the technical scheme that: a) manufacturing a rubber repairing strip with a hot melt adhesive film; b) the sticking process of the repairing strip on the rubber conveyer belt comprises the following steps: polishing, carrying out surface chemical treatment on the conveying belt, adhering a rubber repairing strip through a hot melt adhesive film, and compacting. The invention provides a method for repairing a rubber conveying belt, which can improve the repairing speed of the conveying belt to be more than 3 times of the traditional rubber laminating speed in application, greatly improve the construction efficiency and improve the conveying level of mine materials.

Technical Field

Background
The rubber belt conveyor is efficient and continuous transportation equipment and has the advantages of long conveying distance, large conveying capacity and capability of realizing continuous transportation; the problem that the conveyer belt user is difficult to avoid is the damage of rubber conveyer belt, also is the problem that influences the conveyer belt safe operation, and for a long time, people constantly explore more effective maintenance solution.
At present, three main means for solving the problems at home and abroad are available: the first is high-temperature hot vulcanization repair; the second is repairing the cold bonding rubber repairing strip; and the third is the repair of the thermoplastic polyurethane material. But the repairing means is complex to operate, the used repairing time is long, the repairing efficiency is low, and great loss is caused to the economic benefit of users.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for repairing a rubber conveying belt, which comprises the following steps:
a) preparing a repairing material: the repairing material is a rubber repairing strip with one side provided with a hot melt adhesive film;
b) polishing pretreatment of the rubber conveyer belt: carrying out surface polishing treatment on the damaged part of the rubber conveyer belt;
c) and carrying out surface modification treatment on the rubber conveyer belt: coating glue on one side of the surface of the rubber, and drying at room temperature, wherein the glue is a glue with the model of MW-555A/B produced by rubber and plastic of Maiteng Dongguan; then flatly applying the hot-melt adhesive film on the rubber surface of the conveyer belt coated with the glue, and carrying out heat sealing treatment to obtain a surface-modified rubber conveyer belt;
d) and bonding treatment: and c), adhering the hot melt adhesive film in the rubber repairing strip in the step a) with the hot melt adhesive film in the rubber conveying belt subjected to surface modification in the step c) at the temperature of 60-120 ℃, and compacting.
Preferably, the upper surface of the rubber mending strip is thick in the middle and thin on two sides, the width range is 120mm to 400mm, the thickness range is 3mm to 5mm, and the bottom side of the mending strip is coated with a heat-seal hot melt adhesive film.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. the adhesion of the rubber repairing strip and the hot melt adhesive film of the rubber of the conveying belt is realized; 2. compared with high-temperature hot vulcanization repair, the hot melt adhesive film manufacturing process is adopted, complex equipment such as a vulcanizing machine and the like is not needed, the operation is simple and convenient, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the requirement of on-site high-efficiency production is met; 3. the rubber repairing strip used in the invention is flame-retardant; 4. the solid content of the hot melt adhesive film used in the invention is 100%, and the hot melt adhesive film does not contain solvent, is safe and environment-friendly; 5. the invention introduces the concept of hot melt adhesive film in the repair industry of the conveyer belt.

The invention provides a method for repairing a rubber conveying belt, which comprises the following steps:
