Examples
The odorless deep carbonization process for wood of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting 50% -90% of wood, such as oak, white wood, fraxinus mandshurica, rubber wood, cherry wood, black walnut and the like, wherein if the density of the wood is lower than 50%, the oil is too much, the wood is easy to catch fire in the process of preparing a product, and if the density of the wood is higher than 90%, the cost of the wood is higher, pores of the wood are too small, and the effect of odorless deep carbonization purification is poor;
(2) After the wood is cut, the wood is placed in a soaking tank, degreasing agents in the soaking tank are alkaline solutions, such as sodium bicarbonate, washing powder, hydrogen peroxide and the like, resin in the wood can be removed, and the wood is deeply carbonized later, so that only a small amount of degreasing agents are needed to soak, and the degreasing agents are decomposed at a high temperature;
(3) Drying the timber in a drying furnace at the temperature of 100 ℃, circularly exhausting water through a circulating ventilation system of the drying furnace, removing peculiar smell, accelerating drying speed, simultaneously evaporating a great amount of degreasing solvent, and reducing the water content in the timber;
(4) The dried wood is transferred into a carbonization furnace for stepwise carbonization, the wood is firstly subjected to mild carbonization at the temperature of 120 ℃, the rest of the dried wood contains water, ventilation is performed to accelerate drainage, tar smell of the wood is removed, a small amount of grease is discharged and recycled, the ignition point of the wood is reduced, the effects of moderate sterilization and difficult mildew and worm generation are achieved, wood fibers are slightly damaged, and the wood is difficult to stretch and deform; then, the wood is subjected to moderate carbonization at the temperature of 150 ℃, the rest water is continuously dried, the tar smell of the wood is removed, the medium amount of fat is discharged and recovered, the ignition point of the wood is reduced, the effects of deep sterilization and difficult mildew and worm generation are achieved, wood fibers are damaged moderately, and the wood is difficult to stretch and deform; finally, deep carbonization is carried out on wood at the temperature of 200-250 ℃ (if the temperature is lower than 200 ℃, the wood cannot reach the effect of deep carbonization, the formaldehyde removal rate is influenced, if the temperature is higher than 250 ℃, the wood carbonization degree is too high, the toughness of the wood is influenced, the wood furniture is not easy to manufacture), wood fibers are highly destroyed, an activated carbon intermediate is generated by the wood, the formaldehyde adsorption capability exceeds that of bamboo charcoal (the formaldehyde removal rate of the deep carbonized wood can reach 83.4%, the formaldehyde removal rate of the bamboo charcoal is more than 90%, the area of a bamboo charcoal bag is smaller, the deep carbonized wood can be directly manufactured into floors, wallboards and door products, formaldehyde decomposition agents are added before coating, the formaldehyde removal effect is multiple times that of the bamboo charcoal bag), the deep carbonized wood does not contain any harmful substances, the wood furniture is a real green environment-friendly product, meanwhile, tar smell of the wood is removed by ventilation, a large amount of grease removal is reduced, the combustion point of the wood is reduced, the effect of deep sterilization and the wood is not easy to mould and grow insects is further increased, the wood is easy to polish. Step carbonization enables wood to be carbonized more thoroughly;
(5) The carbonized wood is subjected to water vapor backwater, the water vapor has higher temperature, and the temperature is close to that of the carbonized wood, so that pores of the wood are expanded, the wood is further cleaned, and the scorched smell is removed more thoroughly;
(6) And drying the wood after the water vapor backwater, and backwatering the wood again by the vapor so that the backwater amount reaches 10% of the water content standard of the log of the wood, and preventing the phenomena of cracking, deformation and the like of the wood caused by overdry.
The prepared timber containing the activated carbon intermediate has excellent performance in purifying indoor air (see report of national inspection center), does not go moldy, does not grow worm, is not easy to deform and crack, can greatly increase the service life of the timber, has no burnt smell, and can be used for a southern balcony exposed to the sun and a basement or a bathroom with dark tide temperature. The heat-insulating material can be used for not only heating up or heating up northern dry climates, but also wet and braised southern areas, can be applied to any wooden product indoors, such as plates, floors, movable furniture, wooden doors, wallboards, cabinet bodies, cabinet doors, stairs, outdoor floors, outdoor furniture, blind curtains, solid wood lamps and lanterns, decorations and the like, can also be used for interior decoration materials of vehicles and vessels, has strong formaldehyde adsorption capability, has no peculiar smell, and increases user experience.
After wood containing the activated carbon intermediate is processed into a product, formaldehyde scavengers such as a photocatalyst, nano noble metal, amino acid and the like are sprayed on the surface of the product, so that the formaldehyde adsorption capacity of the product is further improved, the photocatalyst decomposes formaldehyde into water to be released in the air, and the indoor humidity is balanced.

Claims (7)
1. A process for deeply carbonizing wood without smell, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Selecting wood with the density of 50-90%;
(2) Placing the wood in a soaking tank after cutting, wherein a degreasing agent in the soaking tank is alkaline solution;
(3) Moving the timber into a drying furnace to be dried at the temperature of 100 ℃, and circularly discharging water through a circulating ventilation system of the drying furnace;
(4) Transferring the dried wood into a carbonization furnace for stepwise carbonization, firstly lightly carbonizing the wood at 120 ℃, drying the rest of the wood to contain water, and simultaneously ventilating to accelerate drainage; then, the timber is carbonized at the temperature of 150 ℃ for continuous drying and the rest water content; finally, deeply carbonizing the wood at the temperature of 200-250 ℃ and increasing ventilation;
(5) Carrying out steam backwater on carbonized wood;
(6) And drying the wood after the water vapor backwater, and backwatering the wood again by the vapor so that the backwater amount reaches 10% of the water content standard of the log of the wood.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein the degreasing agent in the soaking tank is an alkaline solution.
3. The process for the odorless deep carbonization of wood according to claim 2, wherein the alkaline solution is sodium bicarbonate, washing powder or hydrogen peroxide.
4. A wood containing an activated carbon intermediate, characterized by being produced by the wood odorless deep carbonization process according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
5. The activated carbon intermediate-containing wood of claim 4 wherein the activated carbon intermediate-containing wood surface is sprayed with formaldehyde scavenger.
6. The activated carbon intermediate-containing wood of claim 5, wherein the formaldehyde scavenger is a photocatalyst, a nano noble metal, or an amino acid.
7. Use of the activated carbon intermediate-containing wood according to any one of claims 4 to 6 in daily necessities for life, including floors, wooden doors, wallboards, cabinets, cabinet doors, stairs, blinds, solid wood lamps or decorations.
