S4, preparing a finished product: splicing or overlapping the solid wood boards after being mixed and permeated with the additive in the S3, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the finished solid wood boards.

s1, preparing a solid wood board: firstly, sawing or rotary-cutting a solid wood, then placing the solid wood into a carbonization tank for deep carbonization for 24-48 h, and then removing dust or polishing carbonized battens or rotary-cut veneers;
s2, preparing an additive: uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of thermosetting resin glue solution, 6-10 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 22-32 parts of diatomite, 5-8 parts of fireproof flame retardant and 7-10 parts of sodium carbonate;
