2. the second thermoplastic elastic material 3 and the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 have different colors and better appearance;
3. the second thermoplastic elastic material 3 and the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 have high flexibility, high mechanical property, excellent damping performance and compression deformation resistance, and have physical characteristics of tear resistance, high elasticity and skid resistance which are not possessed by a common cushion after being pressed by a vulcanizing machine.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a method for preparing a two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat 1, which is mainly used for preparing the two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat 1 provided in the first embodiment, and the method for preparing the two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat 1 includes the following steps:
s21: a first thermoplastic elastomer material 2 is formed.
Specifically, firstly, raw materials of the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 are put into an internal mixer to form a plasticized rubber mass; then, putting the plasticized rubber mass into an open mill, and carrying out three-pass calendering to fully and uniformly mix the materials to form uniform materials; finally, the homogeneous material is fed into a sheet-forming machine to form the first thermoplastic elastomer material 2 in sheet form.
The first thermoplastic elastic material 2 is made of a thermoplastic elastic material, and specifically, the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 may be made of TPE or a raw material mainly containing TPE. In the present embodiment, the first thermoplastic elastomer material 2 includes the following substances in parts by mass: TPE 40-50%, SEBS 20%, foaming agent 1-5%, cross-linking agent 1-4%, ammonia remover 1-3%, zinc stearate 1-4%, toner 2-3%, and calcium carbonate 10-15%. Thus, the thermoplastic elastic material has high flexibility, high mechanical property, excellent damping performance and compression deformation resistance, so that the double-color layer adhesive-free sports mat 1 has the physical characteristics of tearing resistance, high elasticity and skid resistance.
S22: forming a second thermoplastic elastomer material 3.
Specifically, first, the raw material of the second thermoplastic elastomer 3 is put into an internal mixer to form a plasticized dough; then, putting the plasticized rubber cluster into an open mill, and calendering into a uniform material; finally, the homogeneous material is fed into a sheet-forming machine to form the second thermoplastic elastomer material 3 in the form of a sheet.
The second thermoplastic elastic material 3 is made of a thermoplastic elastic material, and specifically, the second thermoplastic elastic material 3 may be made of TPE or a raw material mainly containing TPE. In the present embodiment, the second thermoplastic elastomer material 3 includes the following substances in parts by mass: TPE 40-50%, SEBS 20%, foaming agent 1-5%, cross-linking agent 1-4%, ammonia remover 1-3%, zinc stearate 1-4%, toner 2-3%, and calcium carbonate 10-15%. Thus, the thermoplastic elastic material has high flexibility, high mechanical property, excellent damping performance and compression deformation resistance, so that the double-color layer adhesive-free sports mat 1 has the physical characteristics of tearing resistance, high elasticity and skid resistance.
Wherein, the sequence of S21 and S22 is not strict, and can be performed simultaneously, or in tandem, and there is no order limitation between the two.
S23: the first thermoplastic elastomer 2 and the second thermoplastic elastomer 3 are arranged one above the other and put into a foaming mold of a vulcanizer, and the second thermoplastic elastomer 3 and the first thermoplastic elastomer 2 are pressed into one by pressure.
Specifically, a glue-free hot-pressing composite process is adopted to naturally fuse the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 and the second thermoplastic elastic material 3, so that the bicolor layer glue-free bonding exercise mat 1 can be used by a user according to the required options during body-building exercise. Moreover, the glue-free hot-pressing composite process is adopted, so that two sheets made of different materials can be subjected to hot-pressing composite molding, the structure of the double-color-layer glue-free motion pad 1 is kept, and the connecting surface of the double-color-layer glue-free motion pad 1 is firm and is not easy to fall off.
The preparation method of the double-color layer adhesive-free sports mat 1 provided by the embodiment has the beneficial effects that:
1. the second thermoplastic elastic material 3 and the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 are pressed into a whole by a vulcanizing machine, and industrial glue is not adopted between layer structures, so that the material is harmless to human bodies;
2. the second thermoplastic elastic material 3 and the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 have different colors and better appearance;
3. the second thermoplastic elastic material 3 and the first thermoplastic elastic material 2 have high flexibility, high mechanical property, excellent damping performance and compression deformation resistance, and have physical characteristics of tear resistance, high elasticity and skid resistance which are not possessed by a common cushion after being pressed by a vulcanizing machine.

Claims (10)

1. A bicolor layer non-adhesive sports mat, characterized in that it comprises:
a first thermoplastic elastomer material (2);
and a second thermoplastic elastomer (3) attached to one side of the first thermoplastic elastomer (2), wherein the second thermoplastic elastomer (3) and the first thermoplastic elastomer (2) are different in color, and the second thermoplastic elastomer (3) and the first thermoplastic elastomer (2) are integrally pressed by a vulcanizing machine.
2. Two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat according to claim 1, wherein both the first thermoplastic elastomer material (2) and the second thermoplastic elastomer material (3) are TPE.
3. The two-color layer non-adhesive sports mat according to claim 2, wherein the TPE comprises at least one of a styrenic material, an olefinic material, a diene material, a vinyl chloride material, and a polyurethane material.
4. Two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat according to claim 1, wherein the first thermoplastic elastomer material (2) or the second thermoplastic elastomer material (3) comprises the following parts by mass: TPE 40-50%, SEBS 20%, foaming agent 1-5%, cross-linking agent 1-4%, ammonia remover 1-3%, zinc stearate 1-4%, toner 2-3%, and calcium carbonate 10-15%.
5. Two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the first thermoplastic elastomer material (2) remote from the second thermoplastic elastomer material (3) is provided with a frosted texture.
6. Two-color layer glue-free sports mat according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the second thermoplastic elastomer material (3) remote from the first thermoplastic elastomer material (2) is provided with non-slip texture.
7. A preparation method of a bicolor layer non-adhesive sports mat is characterized by comprising the following steps:
forming a first thermoplastic elastomer material (2);
forming a second thermoplastic elastomer material (3);
arranging the first thermoplastic elastic material (2) and the second thermoplastic elastic material (3) up and down, putting the arranged materials into a foaming mould of a vulcanizing machine, and pressing the second thermoplastic elastic material (3) and the first thermoplastic elastic material (2) into a whole by using pressure.
8. Method for the production of a two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat according to claim 7, wherein said step of forming a first thermoplastic elastomer material (2) comprises:
feeding the raw materials of the first thermoplastic elastic material (2) into an internal mixer to form a plasticized rubber mass;
putting the plasticized rubber cluster into an open mill, and calendering into a uniform material;
feeding the homogeneous material into a sheet-forming machine to form the first thermoplastic elastomer material (2) in a sheet form.
9. Method for the production of a two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat according to claim 7, wherein said step of forming a second thermoplastic elastomer material (3) comprises:
feeding the raw materials of the second thermoplastic elastic material (3) into an internal mixer to form a plasticized rubber mass;
putting the plasticized rubber cluster into an open mill, and calendering into a uniform material;
feeding the homogeneous material into a sheet-forming machine to form the second thermoplastic elastomer material (3) in a sheet form.
10. The method for preparing a two-color layer adhesive-free sports mat according to claim 7, wherein the first thermoplastic elastomer material (2) or the second thermoplastic elastomer material (3) comprises the following substances in parts by mass: TPE 40-50%, SEBS 20%, foaming agent 1-5%, cross-linking agent 1-4%, ammonia remover 1-3%, zinc stearate 1-4%, toner 2-3%, and calcium carbonate 10-15%.
