Abstract
The invention discloses a new application of clofazimine as a hair dye, and relates to the field of hair dyes. Preparing saturated solution from clomazone by using a polar solvent, uniformly coating the saturated solution on hair or animal hair, drying the hair at normal temperature, and determining whether the hair is subjected to re-dyeing and the number of the re-dyeing according to the dyeing depth of the hair to be dyed; the polar solvent is ethanol and/or DMSO. Adding 1-10 wt.% penetration enhancer selected from one or more of Borneolum Syntheticum, Mentholum and laurocapram into the saturated solution; the invention provides a new application of clofazimine, namely the clofazimine is used for dyeing hair or animal hair as a hair dye, meanwhile, the invention adds different agents absorbed through skin, such as borneol, menthol and/or laurocapram, so that the problem of poor solubility of the clofazimine is solved, and the clofazimine preparation is applied to the fields of hair dyeing and hair dyeing by means of changing the pH value, multiple counterdyeing and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hair dyes, in particular to a novel application of clofazimine as a hair dye.
Background
Clofazimine was synthesized by Barry et al in 1954, and Browne et al in 1962 demonstrated a positive therapeutic effect on leprosy, which was recommended by WHO in 1982 as a treatment for polymicrobial leprosy and leprosy nodules. Has antibacterial, antiinflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is mainly clinically applied to treating various leprosy patients with positive bacteria detection, and can control recurrent leprosy reaction. It has certain curative effect on leprosy of tumor type and other types, is also effective on leprosy of sulfone type, and is often combined with rifampicin, ethionamide or prothioconamide for application. In addition, the medicine has good curative effects on tuberculosis, erythema nodosum, pyoderma, pemphigoid, discoid lupus erythematosus, palmoplantar pustulosis, vasculitis, pyoderma gangrenosum, acute febrile Zhongxing facial granuloma, aseptic pustulosis, pigmentary abnormal skin diseases, mycobacterial infectious skin diseases, Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome or granulomatous cheilitis, acne vulgaris and the like.
Hair dye is a cosmetic having an effect of changing the color of hair. In addition to the pursuit of many old-aged hair dyeing people to dye white hair into black hair, modern young people emphasize distinctiveness for highlighting individuality and often change the single hair color of the modern young people into various colors such as brown, red and the like.
Many pet breeders also tend to dye beautiful hair when beautifying their pets.
It is known that most of the existing hair dyes have the defects of sensitization, carcinogenesis and the like. Foreign studies have shown that the incidence of breast cancer, skin cancer, leukemia, bladder cancer in people who often have hair dyes is increased. Therefore, the safety of the hair dye is important.
The clofazimine used as the medicine has wide clinical application, the dosage of 50-400mg per day is proved to be safe and effective, and the side effects with different degrees can be generated after continuous large-dosage administration for 2-4 weeks. At present, no application of clofazimine in hair dyeing and hair dyeing is available.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a novel use of clofazimine as a hair dye.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the new use of clofazimine as hair dye, prepare clofazimine into saturated solution with polar solvent, and apply the saturated solution on hair or animal's hair evenly, after blow-drying at the normal temperature, determine whether to dye and the number of times of dyeing again according to the dyeing depth that needs to dye hair; the polar solvent is ethanol and/or DMSO.
Further, the clofazimine is prepared into a saturated solution by using 30-100% ethanol by volume percentage.
Further, clofazimine is prepared into a saturated solution by using 30-100% volume percent of ethanol and DMSO.
Preferably, the volume percent of ethanol is 75-100%.
Further, the volume ratio of ethanol to DMSO is 1: 1.
Further, the saturated solution is not adjusted in pH value or is adjusted in pH value to 2-3 by using a pH regulator.
Further, the pH regulator is an acid neutralizer selected from one or more of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, oxalic acid, acetic acid, pyruvic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, gluconic acid and sulfamic acid.
Furthermore, a penetration enhancer is added into the saturated solution.
Further, the concentration of the penetration enhancer in the saturated solution is 1-10 wt.%.
Further, the penetration enhancer is one or more selected from borneol, menthol and laurocapram.
A clofazimine hair dye comprises the following components: clofazimine, polar solvent and penetration enhancer; preparing clofazimine into a saturated solution by using a polar solvent to prepare a clofazimine hair dye; the polar solvent is ethanol and/or DMSO; the penetration enhancer is selected from one or more of borneol, menthol and laurocapram; the concentration of the penetration enhancer in the saturated solution is 1-10 wt.%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a new application of clofazimine, namely the clofazimine is used for dyeing hair or animal hair as a hair dye, meanwhile, different agents absorbed through skin, such as borneol, menthol and/or laurocapram, are added, the problem of poor solubility of the clofazimine is solved, and the clofazimine preparation is applied to the fields of hair dyeing and hair dyeing by means of changing the pH value, multiple counterdyeing and the like.
