本发明提供一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂及使用方法,该发泡药剂包括液相药剂和固相发泡剂;液相药剂,按照质量百分比,包括0.02~0.1%有效药剂、0.4~0.6%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、28~32%氯化铝、3~7%丙三醇,余量水;固相发泡剂,按照质量百分比,包括58~62%碳酸氢钠、9.9~20%玉米淀粉、0~10%碳酸氢铵和0~10%滑石粉;本发明以液相药剂与固相发泡剂的组合,使有效药剂与发泡材料独立复配,不仅有效保持了有效药剂的稳定性,而且利用两者结合的持久发泡作用,实现将有效药剂最大限度地抵达红火蚁巢穴的深处,且不易产生堵塞,对杀灭红火蚁的灭杀更加灵活且高效彻底,安全性好。

背景技术
红火蚁是最近20年入侵我国的外来物种,目前的疫情主要集中在我国华南地区、华东地区、西南地区和华中地区,并逐渐蔓延至黄河流域。红火蚁一旦入侵,便很难将其彻底清除。红火蚁是杂食性的,有明显高于我国本土蚂蚁的生态竞争力,且我国尚未报道有能对红火蚁具有效控制能力的天敌,因此近年来红火蚁的发生面积在不断扩大。红火蚁的工蚁有发达的上颚,腹部有可以连续蛰刺并释放毒素的尾针,通常采取主动攻击的形式来对蚁群进行防御。人被红火蚁蛰咬后会大面积红肿,起脓包,脱皮,起水疱,过敏体质者被叮咬会很快出现眩晕和呼吸困难,甚至休克。因此红火蚁不仅是一种威胁生态安全的入侵物种,还是对公众人身安全造成威胁的一种有害生物。
红火蚁的蚁巢具有明显不同于我国本土的蚂蚁的特征,通常外部呈隆起的土丘状,一般高度为10cm到50cm,内部主要结构在地表以下,有的伸达2米;蚁巢高于地表的土丘结构有调节巢穴内温湿度和通风的作用,土丘的大小和高度会因红火蚁的活动及环境变化而改变。红火蚁的蚁巢内部呈不规则蜂窝状的结构,是由纵横交错的蚁道组成,蚁巢内部的各条蚁道互相连通。目前市面的红火蚁杀灭饵剂,主要是固体颗粒或粉末的形式居多,少有液态型饵剂。固体饵剂主要通过引诱剂的吸引,使红火蚁将饵剂搬运到巢穴中,将有效药物成分逐步扩散至蚁巢的每个个体,从而杀灭蚁巢。发明专利CN 102210304提供了一种液态饵剂的制备方法,使用多杀霉素为原药,将液态饵剂喷洒在蚁丘表面。
但红火蚁固态饵剂通常含有高含量动植物脂肪和较高比例的油料作物种子或动物蛋白成分,其制作成本高,且也均为其他蚂蚁或其他动物较为偏好的食物,施放过程中可能会出现毒杀非靶标动物或家禽家畜的现象,安全性低,有时会因饵剂颗粒度不适配红火蚁搬运能力,或是受潮、被雨水冲刷等原因无法顺利到达蚁群中而导致灭杀不充分;而对于纯液体型饵剂而言,在灌巢的过程中,需要使用大量的水等溶剂,在大面积灭杀时携带和操作不便,另外,大量的液态药剂容易冲毁红火蚁巢穴,泥土在堵塞巢穴后容易导致药液无法完全到达预定地点,为蚁后和幼蚁的转移提供了机会,降低灭杀效率,大量的带毒液体还会影响非靶标的土壤生物。
因此,针对上述问题,寻找一种新的杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂及相应的科学灭杀方法,以实现能够充分填满红火蚁巢穴孔隙且不易产生堵塞,灭杀效率高且安全性好,对红火蚁的防治提供重要的技术基础。
发明内容
鉴以此,本发明提出一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂及使用方法,本发明不仅有效保持了有效药剂的稳定性,而且利用两者结合的持久发泡作用,实现将有效药剂最大限度地抵达红火蚁巢穴的深处,且不易产生堵塞,对杀灭红火蚁的灭杀更加灵活且高效彻底,安全性好。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,所述发泡药剂包括液相药剂和固相发泡剂;所述液相药剂,按照质量百分比,包括0.02~0.1%有效药剂、0.4~0.6%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、28~32%氯化铝、3~7%丙三醇,余量水;所述固相发泡剂,按照质量百分比,包括58~62%碳酸氢钠、9.9~20%玉米淀粉、0~10%碳酸氢铵和0~10%滑石粉。
进一步说明,有效药剂为高效氯氰菊酯。
进一步说明,所述固相发泡剂中,还包括质量百分比为18~22%豆粉和9~11%猪肉粉作为诱饵剂。
进一步说明,所述发泡反应的气体生成物为二氧化碳,二氧化碳在相对封闭的巢穴中对红火蚁具有麻醉作用,降低红火蚁的活动能力,从而增加有毒泡沫对红火蚁的杀伤力。
进一步说明,所述固相发泡剂中,还包括质量百分比为0.05~0.1%茚虫威。通过固相发泡剂中添加引诱红火蚁取食的物质制作为诱饵,进一步添加少量茚虫威药剂,使得红火蚁在发泡反应之前就摄入少量药剂,造成部分个体中毒,降低红火蚁的群体防御能力,增加发泡反应的杀伤效率。
进一步说明,所述固相发泡剂由颗粒机将粉末压制成长度为0.5~2.0mm,直径为1.0~3.0的饼状颗粒制剂。
一种上述制备得的杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂的使用方法,所述发泡剂的使用方法为固液同步反应发泡或固液分段反应发泡;
所述固液同步反应发泡,是在红火蚁杀灭时,将固相发泡剂与液相药剂加入释放器中,使用时先将释放器插入至红火蚁巢穴的土丘中,触发释放器的机关使固相发泡剂与液相药剂在注射过程中反应,发泡产生的绵密泡沫填满红火蚁巢穴孔隙;
所述固液分段反应发泡,是先将固相发泡剂在蚁巢周围施撒,待固相发泡剂被大量搬运至巢穴中后,再将液相药剂由释放器注入红火蚁巢穴中,使固相发泡剂与液相药剂在巢穴内部反应发泡,发泡药剂反应后填满有红火蚁生活的巢穴内部孔隙。
进一步说明,所述固液同步反应发泡时,固相发泡剂与液相药剂的质量比为1:1。
进一步说明,所述固液分段反应发泡时,固相发泡剂与液相药剂的质量比为1:10。
进一步说明,所述固液分段反应发泡时,所述固相发泡剂中含有红火蚁食饵诱剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明主要以液相药剂与固相发泡剂的组合,使有效药剂与发泡材料独立复配,一方面有效保持了有效药剂的稳定性,另一方面,利用两者结合的持久发泡作用,有利于充分将有效药剂送达红火蚁巢穴内部,对杀灭红火蚁的灭杀更加灵活且高效彻底,安全性好,为红火蚁的防治提供重要的技术基础。
(2)本发明的发泡药剂,既可以固液同步反应发泡,也可以固液分段反应发泡。
在固液同步反应发泡中,可利用产气化学反应与压缩气体组合的方式,将液相药剂与固相发泡剂通过释放器在灌巢注射过程中形成充分混合反应,形成细密泡沫,同时形成动态推动作用下,充分填充巢穴中蜂窝状的孔隙,并最大限度地封堵红火蚁巢穴出口,且巢穴孔隙不易堵塞,确保药剂充分进入巢穴深处,而在巢穴外的红火蚁也因巢穴被泡沫封堵而无法回巢,本发明发泡药剂不需要携带大量水剂,节约用水且灭杀充分。发泡反应产生的气体或压缩的气体为二氧化碳、二氧化硫等对红火蚁有麻醉或毒性的气体。
在固液分段反应发泡方式中,可通过在固相发泡剂中添加诱食饵剂,引诱红火蚁将固相发泡剂搬运回巢,再将另一种液相发泡反应物质注入巢穴中引发发泡反应,因红火蚁将固相发泡剂搬运到巢穴深处,发泡反应直接发生在红火蚁活动区域,使巢穴至内部产生出大量带毒泡沫,能直接干扰蚁后及幼蚁的生命活动,消灭红火蚁,同时,液相药剂在灌注到巢穴深处时与固相发泡剂相遇后发生发泡反应,能够将泡沫自内向外地将巢穴灌满有毒药剂,相对于仅用液体药剂灌巢,可以使药剂以泡沫的形式到达巢穴空腔和窦室中。
(3)本发明以高效氯氰菊酯作为触杀型有效药剂,并将固态的发泡反应物质添加至饵剂中,利用其与液相药剂以接触为反应条件,同时,利用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为表面活性剂,利用丙三醇作为保湿剂,以充分维持泡沫的持久性和增加泡沫对红火蚁体表的粘附性,且化学反应物及生成物不会降低有效药剂的毒性,相对于传统单一固态毒饵或液态药剂而言,本发明不仅可以充分降低了有效药剂的用量,实现高效充分的灭杀效果,而且明显提高对红火蚁巢穴的杀灭能力和速度,灭杀效率更高,并有效提高了药剂使用的安全性。
(4)本发明的化学反应或压缩气体中的气体为二氧化碳,二氧化碳对于昆虫而言是一种麻醉气体,在进入相对封闭的红火蚁巢穴中可以起到快速麻痹红火蚁、降低红火蚁活动能力的作用,能够有效压制红火蚁修复巢穴、转移蚁后的防御反应,从而增强了带毒泡沫的杀蚁效果。

具体实施方式
为了更好理解本发明技术内容,下面提供具体实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明实施例所用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
本发明实施例所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,包括液相药剂和固相发泡剂;其中,配制1kg的液相药剂,具体组分如下:

配制1kg的固相发泡剂颗粒,具体组分如下:

按照上述配比,将各个组分混合,分别得到液相药剂和固相发泡剂,其中,固相发泡剂由颗粒机将粉末压制成长度为0.5~2.0mm,直径为1.0~3.0mm的颗粒制剂。
上述发泡药剂的使用方法为:在使用时,选定一个红火蚁巢穴,使用含有2个舱室的红火蚁杀灭剂的释放器,将液相成分和固相成分分别灌装在释放器的舱室中,先将释放器的灌药口插入到红火蚁巢穴的土丘中,插入深度为20cm,将释放器的释放开关打开,使释放器的2个舱室连通,引发固液两相的药剂接触而发生反应,气体产生后释放器内部的压力增大,推动泡沫和药剂进入红火蚁巢穴中,形成丰富泡沫,将红火蚁巢穴的孔隙填满,使红火蚁沾染携带药剂的泡沫,进而杀灭红火蚁。
实施例2
一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,包括液相药剂和固相发泡剂;
配制1kg的液相药剂,具体组分如下:

按照上述配比,将各个组分混合,分别得到液相药剂和固相发泡剂。其中,固相发泡剂由颗粒机将粉末压制成厚度为0.5~2.0mm,直径为1.0~3.0mm的饼状颗粒制剂。其发泡药剂的使用方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,包括液相药剂和固相发泡剂;其中,配制30kg的液相药剂,具体组分如下:

配制3kg的固相发泡剂颗粒,具体组分如下:

按照上述配比,将各个组分混合,分别得到液相药剂和固相发泡剂。其中,固相发泡剂由颗粒机将各组分混合后制成长度为0.5~2.0mm,直径为1.0~3.0mm的饼状颗粒。
上述发泡药剂的使用方法为:选择一处红火蚁的活动蚁巢,先将含有诱食成分的固相发泡剂颗粒施撒在蚁巢周边,等待红火蚁搬运固相颗粒,待大部分固相颗粒被搬运至巢穴中后,再将液相药剂由释放器注入红火蚁巢穴,液相药剂注入到巢穴内部后遇到巢穴中的固相发泡剂发生反应,在巢穴中生成大量包裹有效药剂的泡沫,填充巢穴中红火蚁的主要活动区域,同时生成的二氧化碳气体降低了红火蚁的活动能力,造成工蚁和蚁后的麻痹,失去抵抗无法逃脱,从而困在蚁巢中被泡沫沾染而被杀灭。
实施例4
一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,包括液相药剂和固相发泡剂;其中,配制30kg的液相药剂,具体组分如下:

按照上述配比,将各个组分混合,分别得到液相药剂和固相发泡剂。其中,固相发泡剂由颗粒机将粉末压制成长度为0.5~2.0mm,直径为1.0~3.0mm的饼状颗粒制剂。其发泡药剂的使用方法同实施例3。
实施例5-红火蚁泡沫饵剂灭杀实验
1、试验方法:选取海南省儋州市郊区一处红火蚁发生的地块,选择30巢作为普通颗粒饵剂处理区,选择120巢作为固相饵剂+液相药剂处理区,选择30巢作为液相药剂处理区,选择30巢作为对照区。
2、施药:2021年4月2日施药,此后每5天调查一次,调查至第30天,统计活动蚁巢个数。
(1)在固相饵剂处理区,每个蚁巢施撒50g的颗粒饵剂,该饵剂的配方成分为与实施例4中固相发泡剂配方相同,其有效药剂成分为0.05%茚虫威,等待红火蚁工蚁搬运到巢穴内;
(2)在固相饵剂+液相药剂处理区,分别采用由实施例1~4中制得发泡药剂及使用各自相应的方法进行处理,各30红火蚁巢;其中,
实施例1和2为:使用含有2个舱室的红火蚁杀灭剂的释放器,将液相成分和固相成分各50g,分别灌装在释放器的舱室中,将释放器的灌药口插入到红火蚁巢穴的土丘中,插入深度为20cm,将释放器的释放开关打开,使固液两相的药剂发生反应,推动泡沫和药剂进入红火蚁巢穴中,将红火蚁巢穴的孔隙填满,使红火蚁沾染携带药剂的泡沫;
实施例3为:每个蚁巢施撒固相发泡剂50g,待颗粒饵剂大部分被搬运至巢穴中后,将液相药剂250g灌入红火蚁巢穴中,液相药剂遇到红火蚁搬运到巢穴中的颗粒状饵料后,发生化学反应,巢穴中产生大量的带药的泡沫;
实施例4为:每个蚁巢施撒固相发泡剂50g,待颗粒饵剂大部分被搬运至巢穴中后,将液相药剂500g灌入红火蚁巢穴中,液相药剂遇到红火蚁搬运到巢穴中的颗粒状饵料后,发生化学反应,巢穴中产生大量的带药的泡沫;
(3)在液相药剂处理区,直接将与实施例4的液相药剂配方相同的液体药剂500g,灌入红火蚁巢穴中;
(4)对照区不做处理,仅统计活巢个数。
施药20天防效=(处理区活巢减退率-对照区活巢减退率)/(100-对照区活巢减退率)*100%计算;
活巢减退率=(处理前活巢数量-处理后活巢数量)/处理前活巢数量*100%。
结果如下表5所示:
从上表结果中可以看出,液相药剂对红火蚁巢穴的杀灭没有明显效果,固相饵剂的20天防效仅在56.67%,且起效日期较晚,而通过本发明的固液结合的发泡药剂进行红火蚁灭杀,其对红火蚁巢穴的杀灭能力和速度明显提高,其20天防效最高可达到96.67%,同时,由单一的固相与液相药剂组合与实施例4相比,可以看出,本发明将固液结合具有明显的协同增效作用。其中,空白对照中的活巢数随着时间延长而增加。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:所述发泡药剂包括液相药剂和固相发泡剂;
所述液相药剂,按照质量百分比,包括0.02~0.1%有效药剂、0.4~0.6%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、28~32%氯化铝、3~7%丙三醇,余量水;
所述固相发泡剂,按照质量百分比,包括58~62%碳酸氢钠、9.9~20%玉米淀粉、0~10%碳酸氢铵和0~10%滑石粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:有效药剂为高效氯氰菊酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:所述固相发泡剂中,还包括质量百分比为18~22%豆粉和9~11%猪肉粉作为诱饵剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:所述固相发泡剂中,还包括质量百分比为0.05~0.1%茚虫威。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:所述固相发泡剂由颗粒机将粉末压制成长度为0.5-2.0mm,直径为1.0-3.0mm的饼状颗粒制剂。
6.一种如权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂的使用方法,其特征在于:所述发泡剂的使用方法为固液同步反应发泡或固液分段反应发泡;
所述固液同步反应发泡,是在红火蚁杀灭时,将固相发泡剂与液相药剂加入释放器中,并将释放器插入至红火蚁巢穴的土丘中,使固相发泡剂与液相药剂在注射过程中反应发泡,发泡药剂填满红火蚁巢穴孔隙;
所述固液分段反应发泡,是先将固相发泡剂在蚁巢施撒,待固相发泡剂被红火蚁搬运至巢穴中后,再将液相药剂由释放器注入红火蚁巢穴中,使固相发泡剂与液相药剂在巢穴内部反应发泡,发泡反应发生后产生大量有毒泡沫填满有红火蚁生活的巢穴内部孔隙,封堵红火蚁的活动空间。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:所述固液同步反应发泡时,固相发泡剂与液相药剂的质量比为1:1。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:所述固液分段反应发泡时,固相发泡剂与液相药剂的质量比为1:10。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种杀灭红火蚁的发泡药剂,其特征在于:所述固液分段反应发泡时,所述固相发泡剂中含有诱饵剂。
