Abstract

本发明涉及一种能防治红火蚁的固体饵剂,由质量比为80%的玉米粉(200~400目)、19.4~19.975%的麦芽糖浆、0.025~0.1%烯啶虫胺和0.001~0.5%除虫脲混合制成。固体饵剂为圆柱形颗粒,直径为0.5~2 mm,长度为2~3 mm。本发明固体饵剂对红火蚁具有良好的诱杀效果,可安全高效灭治野外红火蚁巢穴,减少红火蚁对入侵地人类和环境的危害。将本发明固体饵剂均匀投放在红火蚁巢穴周围1 m2范围内,红火蚁觅食过程中会将固体饵剂搬运至巢穴内,并且通过红火蚁个体间的交哺行为在巢穴内传毒,最终达到杀灭全巢的目的。本发明固体饵剂以烯啶虫胺和除虫脲为主要杀虫成分,对红火蚁有较好的胃毒作用,持效期长,对水生生物相对安全;具有高效、低毒、价格低廉、操作简便等优点,具有良好的应用前景。

Description

一种能防治红火蚁的固体饵剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域,具体涉及一种能防治红火蚁的固体饵剂。
背景技术
红火蚁(Solenopsisinvicta Buren)原产于南美洲巴西、巴拉圭、阿根廷等国, 21世纪初进入我国是重要的农(林)检疫性有害生物。红火蚁不仅破坏农林业生产、生态平衡、公共卫生和公共设施等,且具有极强的攻击性,一旦受到人或动物的干扰,会立刻叮咬人或动物,造成刺痛感并产生脓包,对公共安全有严重威胁。红火蚁具有极强的生态适应性,同时缺少天敌控制,若防治不及时,短期内可暴发成灾。
中国发明专利CN110024802A公开了《一种红火蚁饵剂及其制备方法》,分别选用氟虫腈,茚虫威或氟蚁腙用作有效成分,还包括引诱剂、防腐剂和饵料,引诱剂包括食用油和红糖,饵剂包括饼干粉、肉粉和大豆粉,氟虫腈、茚虫威和氟蚁腙的质量分数分别为0.05%~0.2%、0.05%~0.2%和0.5%~2%,食用油含量为2%~5%,红糖含量为10%~15%,防腐剂含量为0.5%,饼干粉含量为30%,肉粉含量为10%~20%,大豆粉27.1%~46.9%。该种饵剂具有良好的引诱力,但由于食用油、饼干粉等组成成分价格较高,导致饵剂造价偏高,不利于大面积红火蚁防治使用。中国发明专利CN106857602A公开了一种《消灭红火蚁饵剂及制备方法》,该饵剂的组份及各组份的重量份为:灭虫剂0.05~5份、防腐剂5~10 份、诱食剂60~80份、添加剂10~20份、余量为水,所述灭虫剂含有机氟类,但有机氟类农药毒性较高,对环境污染较大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种能防治红火蚁的固体饵剂,对红火蚁有较好的胃毒和引诱效果,持效期长,防治效果好;具有高效、低毒、无交互抗性的特点,价格低廉,操作简便。
本发明的方案:
一种能防治红火蚁的固体饵剂,所述固体饵剂包括按照重量份计的以下组分:玉米粉70-80份,麦芽糖糖浆19.4~19.975份,烯啶虫胺0.025~0.1份。
优选地,所述固体饵剂还包括按重量份计的以下组分:除虫脲0.001~0.5份。
优选地,所述玉米粉目数为200~400目。
优选地,所述固体饵剂包括按照重量份计的以下组分:烯啶虫胺0.025份,麦芽糖糖浆19.975份,玉米粉80份。
优选地,所述固体饵剂还包括按照重量份计的以下组分:鱼骨粉5-8份,酵母葡聚糖2-4份。
进一步优选地,所述固体饵剂包括按照重量份计的以下组分:烯啶虫胺0.05 份,除虫脲0.1份,麦芽糖糖浆19.85份,玉米粉80份。
进一步优选地,所述固体饵剂包括按照重量份计的以下组分:烯啶虫胺0.1 份,除虫脲0.5份,麦芽糖糖浆19.4份,玉米粉80份。
优选地,固体饵剂为圆柱形颗粒,直径为0.5~2mm,长度为2~3mm。
更进一步优选地,所述固体饵剂还包括按重量份计的以下组分:鱼骨粉5-10 份。最佳地,鱼骨粉的原料鱼为淡水鱼如青鱼或草鱼或鲢鱼或鳙鱼或其组合。
再更进一步优选地,所述固体饵剂还包括按重量份计的以下组分:酵母葡聚糖0.6-3份。
本发明有益效果:
1、对红火蚁具有良好的引诱效果,红火蚁接触后将饵剂搬运回巢穴,觅食成年工蚁取食烯啶虫胺饵剂中毒后觅食活性降低,成年工蚁最终因中枢神经麻痹死亡,同时低龄工蚁对毒饵进行液化,并通过交哺作用在巢群个体间传递,除虫脲抑制低龄幼蚁几丁质合成,影响低龄工蚁生长,两种药剂共同作用杀灭整个蚁巢;本发明可以有效降低红火蚁种群数量,减少对人类和环境的危害。将本发明均匀投放在红火蚁巢穴1m2范围内,红火蚁觅食过程中将饵剂带回巢内,达到灭杀整个蚁巢的目的。
2、本发明以玉米粉、麦芽糖、烯啶虫胺和除虫脲为原料制成固体饵剂,对红火蚁有较好的诱杀效果,持效期长,对水生生物相对安全;具有高效、低毒、价格低廉、操作简便等优点,具有良好的应用前景。
3、玉米粉作为一种易于获得且普遍的材料,对红火蚁具有良好的引诱效果,并且价格相对较低,用于制作红火蚁饵剂,可以降低成本。与其他药剂相比,烯啶虫胺对非靶标生物的毒性更低,在水中降解速率高,对水生生物相对安全。除虫脲是应用较广泛的几丁质合成抑制剂,能阻碍昆虫新表皮的形成因此,将烯啶虫胺、除虫脲以及玉米粉按一定比例混合制成红火蚁饵剂,可以安全高效诱杀红火蚁巢体。
4、本发明采用玉米粉为原料,玉米粉是一种食物。采用烯啶虫胺和除虫脲,对红火蚁均有较好的胃毒效果,对哺乳动物毒性低,对水生生物较为安全,环境友好。玉米粉、烯啶虫胺和除虫脲混合对红火蚁有良好的引诱和胃毒效果,具有高效、低毒和环境友好的特点。将玉米粉用淡水鱼加工后的废弃物鱼骨粉替代少量,由于淡水鱼中的鱼骨中,含有具土腥味的土臭素,可以提高饵剂的引诱效果,缩短红火蚁的觅食时间。加入酵母葡聚糖,结合鱼骨粉的作用,酵母葡聚糖粘性大,混合到饵剂中可以保护有效成分不易受潮稀释,保证饵剂中的杀虫剂处于较高的浓度,维持饵剂毒杀红火蚁的最佳效果,对引诱红火蚁起到诱导起到增效作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本发明由质量比为70%的玉米粉(300目)、鱼骨粉7%、酵母葡聚糖3%、 19.975%的麦芽糖、0.025%烯啶虫胺和0%除虫脲混合制成。
制备方法为:按照上述重量分别称取原料,首先将烯啶虫胺和除虫脲用丙酮溶解,并与麦芽糖充分混匀,待丙酮完全挥发后,与玉米粉混合均匀,通过成型机制成圆柱形颗粒饵剂,直径为1.5mm,长度为2mm。
实施例2
本发明由质量比为70%的玉米粉(300目)、鱼骨粉7%、酵母葡聚糖3%、 19.85%的麦芽糖、0.05%烯啶虫胺和0.1%除虫脲混合制成。
制备方法为:按照上述重量分别称取原料,首先将烯啶虫胺和除虫脲用丙酮溶解,并与麦芽糖充分混匀,待丙酮完全挥发后,与玉米粉混合均匀,通过成型机制成圆柱形颗粒饵剂,直径为1.5mm,长度为2mm。

实施例4
以实施例3为基础,去掉酵母葡聚糖与鱼骨粉,本发明由质量比为80%的玉米粉(300目)、19.4%的麦芽糖、0.1%烯啶虫胺和0.5%除虫脲混合制成。
其他同实施例3。
下面用具体实施例详述本发明。
在直径为15cm的圆形塑料盒中,每个塑料盒中放入30头红火蚁,用湿润的滤纸均匀覆盖至塑料盒底部,将实施例1-3中的杀灭红火蚁饵剂以及不含杀虫剂的空白饵剂(对比例1:由质量比为70%的玉米粉(300目)、鱼骨粉7%、酵母葡聚糖3%、20%的麦芽糖混合制成。)各称取0.5g投入塑料盒内,设置4个实验重复,在(25±1)℃和(85±5)%RH的室内条件下进行试验,每24h记录红火蚁死亡情况。红火蚁死亡结果见表1。
用实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的红火蚁饵剂喂食3-5d后红火蚁校正死亡率均高于75%,诱杀效果显著高于对照组,说明本实施例对红火蚁有良好的诱杀效果。
由表1可知,实施例1红火蚁饵剂喂食1d后,死亡率达到30%,实施例2 和实施例3中的红火蚁饵剂喂食1d后,死亡率超过40%,实施例4红火蚁饵剂喂食1d后死亡率未达到20%。实施例1和实施例2中的红火蚁饵剂喂食2d后红火蚁死亡率超过70%,实施例3中的红火蚁喂食2d后的死亡率达到68.89%,实施例4喂食2d后死亡率低于60%,均显著高于对照组。喂食红火蚁饵剂2d,喂食添加酵母葡聚糖与鱼骨粉的3种实施例饵剂的红火蚁死亡率显著高于未添加的实施例。实施例1和实施例2中的红火蚁饵剂喂食2d后,死亡率超过90%,实施例3中的红火蚁喂食3d后死亡率达到73.33%,实施例4中红火蚁喂食3d 后死亡率达到80.00%,4种实施例中红火蚁的死亡率均显著高于对照组红火蚁饵剂。实施例1和实施例2的红火蚁饵剂喂食4d后,红火蚁死亡率达到100%,显著高于对照组的红火蚁死亡率,实施例3的的红火蚁饵剂喂食4d后,死亡率达到87.78%,实施例4的的红火蚁饵剂喂食4 d后,死亡率达到96.10%。处理 5 d后,喂食实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4的红火蚁死亡率均达到 100%,均显著高于喂食对照组饵剂的红火蚁死亡率。
可见,3种浓度烯啶虫胺和除虫脲复配饵剂对红火蚁有良好的诱杀作用和胃毒作用。对比未添加酵母葡聚糖与鱼骨粉的红火蚁饵剂,添加酵母葡聚糖与鱼骨粉的红火蚁饵剂对红火蚁引诱效果更佳。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能防治红火蚁的固体饵剂,其特征在于:固体饵剂为圆柱形颗粒,直径为1.5 mm,长度为2 mm。
