Claims (10)

1. A hybrid vehicle type battery heating control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
judging whether the temperature of the high-voltage battery is lower than a preset temperature threshold value or not;
if the temperature of the high-voltage battery is lower than a preset temperature threshold value, starting the engine and entering a battery heating state;
after entering a battery heating state, judging whether the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is higher than a preset charge capacity threshold value;
if the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is higher than a preset charge capacity threshold value, the engine is shut down, the PTC water heater is kept in a working state, and the high-voltage battery discharges electricity to the PTC water heater;
if the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is lower than or equal to a preset charge capacity threshold value, starting the engine, and charging the high-voltage battery through the generator while meeting the requirement of the PTC water heater to work;
and if the temperature of the high-voltage battery is higher than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, the PTC water heater is closed, and the battery heating state is exited.
2. The hybrid vehicle-type battery heating control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the temperature of the high-voltage battery is lower than a preset temperature threshold specifically comprises:
acquiring the temperature of the high-voltage battery through a battery management unit to obtain battery temperature information;
the battery management unit feeds back the battery temperature information to the hybrid controller;
and the hybrid controller judges whether the temperature of the high-voltage battery is lower than a preset temperature threshold value according to the battery temperature information fed back by the battery management unit.
3. The hybrid vehicle-type battery heating control method according to claim 1, wherein if the temperature of the high-voltage battery is lower than a preset temperature threshold, starting the engine to enter a battery heating state, specifically comprising:
when the temperature of the high-voltage battery is lower than a preset temperature threshold value, the hybrid controller controls the engine to start, and the battery enters a battery heating state.
4. The hybrid vehicle-type battery heating control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is higher than a preset charge capacity threshold after entering the battery heating state specifically comprises:
acquiring the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery through a battery management unit to obtain battery electric quantity information;
the battery management unit feeds back the battery electric quantity information to the hybrid controller;
and the hybrid controller judges whether the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is higher than a preset charge capacity threshold value according to the battery electric quantity information fed back by the battery management unit.
5. The hybrid vehicle type battery heating control method according to claim 1, wherein if the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is higher than a preset charge capacity threshold, the engine is turned off, the PTC water heater is kept in an operating state, and the high-voltage battery discharges electricity to the PTC water heater, and the method specifically comprises:
when the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is higher than a preset charge capacity threshold value, the hybrid controller controls the engine to stop, and the PTC water heater continues to supply energy to provide heat energy for the high-voltage battery; meanwhile, the high-voltage battery supplies required electric energy to the PTC water heater, the high-voltage battery discharges, and the discharge current of the high-voltage battery generates heat under the action of the internal resistance.
6. The hybrid vehicle type battery heating control method according to claim 1, wherein if the charge capacity of the high voltage battery is lower than or equal to a preset charge capacity threshold, starting the engine to charge the high voltage battery through the generator while satisfying the operation of the PTC water heater, specifically comprising:
when the charge capacity of the high-voltage battery is lower than or equal to a preset charge capacity threshold value, starting the engine through the hybrid controller;
the generator is driven by the engine to generate electricity, so that the generator provides electric energy for the PTC water heater, and the PTC water heater provides heat energy for the high-voltage battery; meanwhile, the high-voltage battery is charged through the generator, and in the charging process, the charging current of the high-voltage battery generates heat under the action of the internal resistance.
7. The hybrid vehicle-type battery heating control method according to claim 1, wherein if the temperature of the high-voltage battery is higher than or equal to a preset temperature threshold, the PTC water heater is turned off, and the battery heating state is exited, specifically comprising:
and when the temperature of the high-voltage battery is higher than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, the PTC water heater is turned off through the hybrid controller, so that the PTC water heater stops providing heat energy for the high-voltage battery, and the battery heating state is exited.
8. A hybrid vehicle battery heating control system employing the method of any one of claims 1-7, comprising: hybrid controller, engine, generator, high-voltage battery and PTC water heater, hybrid controller with the engine, the generator, high-voltage battery with PTC water heater connects, the engine with the generator is connected, the generator with high-voltage battery with PTC water heater connects, wherein:
the hybrid controller is used for controlling the working state of the engine, and/or the generator, and/or the high-voltage battery and/or the PTC water heater;
the engine is used for driving the generator to generate electricity so as to generate electric energy;
the generator is used for providing electric energy for the PTC water heater and charging the high-voltage battery;
the PTC water heater is used for providing heat energy for the high-voltage battery;
the high-voltage battery is used for providing electric energy required by work for the PTC water heater, and generates heat under the action of internal resistance in the discharging process to provide heat energy for the high-voltage battery.
9. The hybrid vehicle-type battery heating control system according to claim 8, further comprising a battery management unit provided in the high-voltage battery for collecting a temperature and/or a charge capacity of the high-voltage battery.
10. The hybrid vehicle type battery heating control system according to claim 8, further comprising a high voltage distribution box connected to the hybrid controller, the high voltage battery and the PTC water heater for distribution of high voltage electricity between the high voltage battery and the PTC water heater.
