The electronic equipment can execute the sales management method based on ERP in the embodiment of the application.
In addition, in combination with the sales management method based on ERP in the above embodiments, embodiments of the present application may be implemented by providing a computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium has stored thereon computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement any of the ERP-based sales management methods of the above embodiments.
And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ReadOnly Memory, abbreviated as ROM), a random access memory (Random Access Memory, abbreviated as RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (8)

1. An ERP-based sales management system, comprising:
The storage and transportation management module is used for associating vehicle information with warehouse information based on an ERP, carrying out warehouse shifting configuration on the warehouse and the vehicle in the ERP according to the warehouse information and the vehicle information, and updating the warehouse information and the vehicle information in real time; the storage and transportation management module is internally provided with a warehouse moving function, when a certain vehicle warehouse is out for vending, a certain amount of goods in the associated local warehouse are subjected to warehouse moving operation on the sales management system, and the goods are moved to the vehicle warehouse; when the quantity of the moved stock is filled, the sales management system reads the real-time information of the stock, and the quantity of the moved stock is required to be smaller than or equal to the stock quantity;
the sales management module sends an instruction to the sales management module after the storage and transportation management module finishes the warehouse transfer configuration, and the sales management module sends a vehicle warehouse update instruction to the storage and transportation management module according to a preset sales rule and based on the actual sales condition; after the mobile sale vehicle arrives at a point of sale or market, when a customer purchases goods, the associated personnel logs in the system, and clicks a bill in the sales management module; the sales management system selects or inputs a customer name, further selects a vehicle bin name, selects commodity information and confirms the traffic volume, the sales management system automatically reads the stock volume, the traffic volume is smaller than or equal to the stock volume, and calculates unit price and submits an order according to a set sales policy;
The financial management module performs financial treatment according to a financial treatment instruction issued by the storage and transportation management module;
after receiving the vehicle cabin updating instruction of the sales management module, the storage and transportation management module triggers a warehouse lending through a preset lending model, and further issues the financial processing instruction to the financial management module; the sales management system reads the information of the storage and transportation management module, automatically generates a delivery bill record in a delivered state, and automatically triggers delivery bill lending through a lending model module preset by the sales management system to pick up goods for customers; and automatically generating a sales bill record in the case-made state, throwing to the financial management module, generating information to be invoiced, throwing to an invoice management function, and realizing real-time ex-warehouse of the product.
2. The ERP-based sales management system of claim 1, wherein the sales management module further comprises a sales rule unit, the sales rule unit is provided with the preset sales rule, the preset sales rule comprises a first rule, a second rule and a third rule, the sales rule unit sequentially determines the first rule, the second rule and the third rule for the commodity, and the preset sales rule is further configured and added to the commodity information.
3. The ERP-based sales management system of claim 2, wherein in the financial management module, a first user can issue instructions to the sales rules unit to update the preset sales rules in real time based on financial data.
4. An ERP-based sales management method, based on management by an ERP-based sales management system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising: a storage and transportation management step, namely associating vehicle information with warehouse information based on an ERP, carrying out warehouse shifting configuration on the warehouse and the vehicle in the ERP according to the warehouse information and the vehicle information, and updating the warehouse information and the vehicle information in real time; the storage and transportation management module is internally provided with a warehouse moving function, when a certain vehicle warehouse is out for vending, a certain amount of goods in the associated local warehouse are subjected to warehouse moving operation on the sales management system, and the goods are moved to the vehicle warehouse; when the quantity of the moved stock is filled, the sales management system reads the real-time information of the stock, and the quantity of the moved stock is required to be smaller than or equal to the stock quantity; after the database transfer configuration is completed, updating the vehicle information according to a preset sales rule and based on a vehicle bin updating instruction under the condition of actual sales; after the mobile sale vehicle arrives at a point of sale or market, when a customer purchases goods, the associated personnel logs in the system, and clicks a bill in the sales management module; the sales management system selects or inputs a customer name, further selects a vehicle bin name, selects commodity information and confirms the traffic volume, the sales management system automatically reads the stock volume, the traffic volume is smaller than or equal to the stock volume, and calculates unit price and submits an order according to a set sales policy; a financial management step of issuing a financial processing instruction after updating the vehicle information, performing financial processing in the ERP, triggering a warehouse-out loan through a preset loan model after receiving the vehicle warehouse updating instruction, and further issuing the financial processing instruction to perform financial processing in the ERP; the sales management system reads the information of the storage and transportation management module, automatically generates a delivery bill record in a delivered state, and automatically triggers delivery bill lending through a lending model module preset by the sales management system to pick up goods for customers; and automatically generating a sales bill record in the case-made state, throwing to the financial management module, generating information to be invoiced, throwing to an invoice management function, and realizing real-time ex-warehouse of the product.

The ERP-based sales management method according to claim 4, wherein the sales management step further comprises a sales rule configuration step, the preset sales rule comprises a first rule, a second rule and a third rule, the first rule, the second rule and the third rule are determined for the commodity in sequence, and the preset sales rule is further configured and added to the commodity information.
6. The ERP-based sales management method of claim 5, wherein a first user can issue instructions to update the preset sales rules in real time based on financial data.
7. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the ERP-based sales management method of any of claims 4 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
8. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the program when executed by a processor implements the ERP-based sales management method of any one of claims 4 to 6.
