It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 600, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage platforms, to name a few.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium for storing a program, and the steps of the event recording method based on the multi-party dialog are implemented when the program is executed. In some possible embodiments, the aspects of the present invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a terminal device to perform the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above-mentioned electronic prescription flow processing method section of this specification, when the program product is run on the terminal device.
As shown above, the event recording system based on multi-party conversation according to the embodiment of the present invention can enhance the concentration degree of the customer service client, improve the overall efficiency, and reduce the time cost and the labor cost.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer-readable storage medium of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, a program product 800 for implementing the above method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
A computer readable storage medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable storage medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
In summary, the present invention is directed to an event recording method, system, device and storage medium based on multi-party conversation, which can enhance the concentration of the customer service client, improve the overall efficiency, and reduce the time cost and labor cost.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all should be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An event recording method based on multi-party conversation, characterized by comprising the following steps:
updating conversation information of at least one first-class user and at least one second-class user in real time, wherein the conversation information at least comprises a plurality of pieces of text content information and speaking users of the text content information;
obtaining the average value of the matching degrees of the keyword sets corresponding to all byte sections in each preset structured data template based on the dialogue information; and
and performing semantic analysis on the byte section of the structured data template with the highest matching degree average value of the dialogue information, obtaining parameter information corresponding to the byte section, using the parameter information as a parameter value corresponding to the data byte section, and circulating the steps.
2. The multi-party dialog based event logging method according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining an average value of the matching degrees of the keyword sets corresponding to all the byte sections in each preset structured data template based on the dialog information further comprises the following steps:
presetting a plurality of structured data templates, wherein each structured data template comprises a plurality of data byte sections and corresponding parameter values, each data byte section is associated with at least one keyword set, and each keyword set comprises at least one keyword.
3. The multi-party dialog based event logging method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining an average of the matching degrees of the keyword sets corresponding to all the byte sections in each preset structured data template based on the dialog information further comprises:
obtaining the dialogue information from a dialogue box of the instant messaging application containing the first class users and the second class users;
performing semantic analysis on the dialog information based on the byte segment of the structured data template with the highest average matching degree to obtain parameter information corresponding to the byte segment, wherein the parameter information corresponding to the data byte segment further includes:
and generating an information box by using the structured data template with the highest average matching degree at present, wherein the information box and the dialog box are displayed in parallel.
4. The multi-party dialog based event recording method according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining an average value of matching degrees of keyword sets corresponding to all byte sections in each preset structured data template based on the dialog information comprises the steps of:
calculating matching degrees of the dialogue information and a keyword set corresponding to the byte section in each preset structured data template respectively;
and calculating the matching degree of the keyword sets corresponding to all the byte sections in the same structured data template, and averaging to obtain the average matching degree of each structured data template.

The method for event logging based on multi-party dialog according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing semantic analysis on the dialog information based on the byte segment of the structured data template with the highest average matching degree to obtain the parameter information corresponding to the byte segment, and using the parameter information as the parameter value corresponding to the data byte segment comprises the following steps:
sorting the corresponding structured data templates based on the average of the matching degrees;
segmenting the dialog information based on natural language processing based on the word segments of the structured data template with the highest average value, and matching each word segment with parameter information appearing in at least one piece of dialog information based on context;
and taking the parameter information as the parameter value corresponding to the corresponding data byte section.

The multiparty dialogue based event recording method according to claim 1, wherein the semantic analysis is performed on the dialogue information based on the byte segment of the structured data template with the highest average matching degree, so as to obtain parameter information corresponding to the byte segment, and after the parameter value corresponding to the data byte segment is obtained, the dialogue information of at least one first type user and a second type user is updated in real time, and the dialogue information at least includes several pieces of text content information and before a speaking user of the text content information, and further includes:
and generating order information to be sent to the first class users based on the historical data of the first class users and the parameter values of the data field segment with the highest average value in the structured data template.
7. The multiparty dialog based event logging method of claim 1 wherein said first class of users are clients and said second class of users are customer services.
8. A multiparty dialogue based event recording system for implementing the multiparty dialogue based event recording method of claim 1, comprising:
the dialogue updating module is used for updating dialogue information of at least one first-class user and at least one second-class user in real time, wherein the dialogue information at least comprises a plurality of pieces of text content information and speaking users of the text content information;
the matching degree calculation module is used for obtaining the average value of the matching degrees of the keyword sets corresponding to all the byte sections in each preset structured data template based on the dialogue information; and
and the event recording module is used for performing semantic analysis on the byte section of the structured data template with the highest current average matching degree of the dialogue information to obtain parameter information corresponding to the byte section, taking the parameter information as a parameter value corresponding to the data byte section, and returning the parameter information to the dialogue updating module.
9. An event logging device based on a multiparty conversation, comprising:
a processor;
a memory having stored therein executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the steps of the multiparty dialog based event logging method of any of claims 1 to 7 via execution of the executable instructions.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the multiparty dialog based event logging method of any of claims 1 to 7.
