Therefore, different information introduction modes can be provided for users according to different conditions, the feasibility of the scheme is favorably improved, and the timeliness rate of building information transmission is favorably improved; meanwhile, after the query sentences of the user are fed back, the satisfaction degree of the user on the target alternative sentences or the second answer sentences is further obtained, and then the corresponding answer sentences are updated according to the satisfaction degree, so that the accuracy of the second answer sentences is improved, and the user experience is further improved.

performing word segmentation processing on the target alternative query sentence to obtain a second keyword;
and acquiring a second answer sentence from the intelligent dialogue library based on the second keyword and the corresponding relation between the keyword and the answer sentence, and outputting the second answer sentence.
Optionally, the historical query sentence information includes at least one historical query sentence, and a first accuracy and a second accuracy corresponding to each historical query sentence, where the first accuracy is determined based on the click rate of each historical query sentence and/or the browsing duration of the answer sentence corresponding to each historical query sentence; the second accuracy is determined based on a user accuracy rating of each historical query statement.

The information introduction device provided by the embodiment of the application can acquire the real estate electronic floor sand table manufactured by the background; determining a hot spot area of the real estate electronic floor sand table; configuring corresponding building introduction information for the hot spot area; when touch operation aiming at the hot spot area is detected, the building introduction information is played; when the real estate electronic building sand table is manufactured at the background, corresponding building introduction information is configured for the corresponding hot spot area, so that the building introduction information can be played when touch operation aiming at the hot spot area is detected, the problem that the corresponding building introduction information cannot be provided in time possibly due to real estate sales is solved, and the timeliness rate of building information transmission is improved; the introduction information is recorded in advance, so that the introduction information is more accurate; due to the improvement of the playing accuracy and the transmission timeliness rate of the building introduction information, the user experience can be further improved.
Optionally, after the playing the building introduction information, the apparatus further includes:
the first processing unit 405 is configured to, when a current query sentence of the user for the floor information is detected, perform word segmentation processing on the current query sentence to obtain a first keyword;
a first output unit 406, configured to obtain a first answer sentence from the intelligent dialog library based on the first keyword and the corresponding relationship between the keyword and the answer sentence, and output the first answer sentence.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a display unit 407 configured to display at least one alternative query sentence based on the historical query sentence information when the current query sentence for the floor information by the user is not detected;
the determining unit 402 is further configured to, when a selection operation of the user for the at least one alternative query statement is detected, determine a target alternative query statement from the at least one alternative query statement based on the selection operation;
a second processing unit 408, configured to perform word segmentation processing on the target candidate query statement to obtain a second keyword;
a second output unit 409, configured to obtain a second answer sentence from the intelligent dialog library based on the second keyword and the corresponding relationship between the keyword and the answer sentence, and output the second answer sentence.
Optionally, the historical query sentence information includes at least one historical query sentence, and a first accuracy and a second accuracy corresponding to each historical query sentence, where the first accuracy is determined based on the click rate of each historical query sentence and/or the browsing duration of the answer sentence corresponding to each historical query sentence; the second accuracy is determined based on a user accuracy rating of each historical query statement.
Optionally, in terms of displaying at least one alternative query statement based on the historical query statement information, the display unit 407 is specifically configured to:
determining a score of each historical query statement based on the first accuracy and a first weight and the second accuracy corresponding to the first accuracy and a second weight of the second accuracy;
and taking the historical inquiry sentences with the scores larger than or equal to the preset threshold value as at least one alternative sentence.
Optionally, after the outputting the second answer sentence, the apparatus further comprises:
an updating unit 410 for updating the second answer sentence based on the user's satisfaction with the second answer sentence.
It should be noted that the first output unit 406 and the second output unit 409 may be implemented by communication interfaces, and the obtaining unit 401, the determining unit 402, the matching unit 403, the playing unit 404, the first processing unit 405, the display unit 407, the second processing unit 408, and the updating unit 410 may be implemented by processors.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enabling a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes an electronic device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising an electronic device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the above-described division of the units is only one type of division of logical functions, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. Claims (10)

1. An information introduction method, comprising:
acquiring a real estate electronic floor sand table manufactured by a background;
determining a hot spot area of the real estate electronic floor sand table;
configuring corresponding building introduction information for the hot spot area;
and when the touch operation aiming at the hot spot area is detected, the building introduction information is played.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after playing the building introduction information, the method further comprises:
when detecting a current query sentence of a user for the building information, performing word segmentation processing on the current query sentence to obtain a first keyword;
and acquiring a first answer sentence from an intelligent dialogue library based on the first keyword and the corresponding relation between the keyword and the answer sentence, and outputting the first answer sentence.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when the current query sentence of the user for the floor information is not detected, displaying at least one alternative query sentence based on the historical query sentence information;
upon detecting a selection operation of the user for the at least one alternative query statement, determining a target alternative query statement from the at least one alternative query statement based on the selection operation;
performing word segmentation processing on the target alternative query sentence to obtain a second keyword;
and acquiring a second answer sentence from the intelligent dialogue library based on the second keyword and the corresponding relation between the keyword and the answer sentence, and outputting the second answer sentence.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the historical query sentence information includes at least one historical query sentence, and a first accuracy and a second accuracy corresponding to each historical query sentence, the first accuracy being determined based on a click through rate of each historical query sentence and/or a browsing duration of an answer sentence corresponding to each historical query sentence; the second accuracy is determined based on a user accuracy rating of each historical query statement.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the displaying at least one alternative query statement based on historical query statement information comprises:
determining a score of each historical query statement based on the first accuracy and a first weight and the second accuracy corresponding to the first accuracy and a second weight of the second accuracy;
and taking the historical inquiry sentences with the scores larger than or equal to the preset threshold value as at least one alternative sentence.
6. The method of any of claims 3-5, wherein after said outputting said second answer sentence, the method further comprises:
updating the second answer sentence based on user satisfaction with the second answer sentence.
7. An information presentation apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the real estate electronic building sand table manufactured by the background;
the determining unit is used for determining a hot spot area of the real estate electronic building sand table;
the matching unit is used for configuring corresponding building introduction information for the hot spot area;
and the playing unit is used for playing the building introduction information when the touch operation aiming at the hot spot area is detected.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein after said playing said building introduction information, said apparatus further comprises:
the first processing unit is used for performing word segmentation processing on a current inquiry statement of the building information by a user when the current inquiry statement of the user is detected to obtain a first keyword;
and the first output unit is used for acquiring a first answer sentence from the intelligent dialogue library based on the first keyword and the corresponding relation between the keyword and the answer sentence and outputting the first answer sentence.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which is executed by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
