In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may be divided into the functional units according to the method example, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
Fig. 4A is a block diagram of functional units of an elevator service intelligent inquiry apparatus 400 according to an embodiment of the present application. This elevator business intelligence inquiry unit 400 is applied to electronic equipment, the device includes: an obtaining unit 401, a determining unit 402 and a presenting unit 403, wherein,
the obtaining unit 401 is configured to obtain target query information of a user for an elevator service;
the determining unit 402 is configured to determine target association information corresponding to the target query information;
the display unit 403 is configured to display the target association information.
The elevator service intelligent query device described in the embodiment of the application is applied to electronic equipment, acquires target query information of a user for elevator service, determines target associated information corresponding to the target query information, and displays the target associated information.
Optionally, in the aspect of determining the target associated information corresponding to the target query information, the determining unit 402 is specifically configured to:
extracting keywords from the target query information to obtain at least one keyword;
determining a target information storage identifier corresponding to the at least one keyword according to a preset mapping relation between the keyword and the information storage identifier;
and searching a preset database of the elevator service according to the target information storage identifier to obtain the target associated information.
Optionally, in the aspect of displaying the target related information, the displaying unit 403 is specifically configured to:
acquiring target project information and target planning information of a target area;
determining reference associated information corresponding to the target area in the target associated information;
displaying the reference associated information on an electronic map corresponding to the target area according to a first display parameter;
displaying the target project information and the target planning information on the electronic map by using a second display parameter;
determining target radiation parameters according to the target project information and the target planning information, wherein the target radiation parameters comprise radiation direction and radiation rate;
and updating the radiation area corresponding to the reference associated information on the electronic map according to the target radiation parameter.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4B, fig. 4B is a further modified structure of the elevator service intelligent inquiry apparatus shown in fig. 4A, which may further include, compared with fig. 4A: a pushing unit 404 for pushing, among others,
the pushing unit 404 is specifically as follows:
determining elevator sales condition information according to the target associated information;
obtaining an elevator sales chart by using the elevator sales condition information in a chart form, wherein the horizontal axis of the elevator sales chart is time, and the vertical axis of the elevator sales chart is sales;
fitting the elevator sales chart to obtain a fitting curve;
according to the target attribute parameters of the fitting curve;
determining a reference prediction result corresponding to the target attribute parameter according to a mapping relation between a preset attribute parameter and a prediction result;
and pushing the reference prediction result.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4C, fig. 4C is a further modified structure of the elevator service intelligent inquiry apparatus shown in fig. 4A, which may further include, compared with fig. 4A: an authentication unit 405, in which,
the verification unit 405 is specifically configured to:
acquiring target identity information of the user;
determining target query authority corresponding to the target identity information according to a preset mapping relation between the identity information and the query authority;
determining a target query information set corresponding to the target query authority according to a preset mapping relation between the query authority and the query information;
the determining unit 402 performs the step of determining the target associated information corresponding to the target query information when the target query information exists in the target query information set.
It can be understood that the functions of each program module of the elevator service intelligent query device of this embodiment can be specifically implemented according to the method in the above method embodiment, and the specific implementation process thereof can refer to the related description of the above method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enabling a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes an electronic device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising an electronic device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the above-described division of the units is only one type of division of logical functions, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of some interfaces, devices or units, and may be an electric or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Claims (10)

1. An intelligent query method for elevator service, which is applied to electronic equipment, the method comprises:
acquiring target query information of a user for elevator service;
determining target associated information corresponding to the target query information;
and displaying the target associated information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining target association information corresponding to the target query information comprises:
extracting keywords from the target query information to obtain at least one keyword;
determining a target information storage identifier corresponding to the at least one keyword according to a preset mapping relation between the keyword and the information storage identifier;
and searching a preset database of the elevator service according to the target information storage identifier to obtain the target associated information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the presenting the target-related information comprises:
acquiring target project information and target planning information of a target area;
determining reference associated information corresponding to the target area in the target associated information;
displaying the reference associated information on an electronic map corresponding to the target area according to a first display parameter;
displaying the target project information and the target planning information on the electronic map by using a second display parameter;
determining target radiation parameters according to the target project information and the target planning information, wherein the target radiation parameters comprise radiation direction and radiation rate;
and updating the radiation area corresponding to the reference associated information on the electronic map according to the target radiation parameter.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
determining elevator sales condition information according to the target associated information;
obtaining an elevator sales chart by using the elevator sales condition information in a chart form, wherein the horizontal axis of the elevator sales chart is time, and the vertical axis of the elevator sales chart is sales;
fitting the elevator sales chart to obtain a fitting curve;
according to the target attribute parameters of the fitting curve;
determining a reference prediction result corresponding to the target attribute parameter according to a mapping relation between a preset attribute parameter and a prediction result;
and pushing the reference prediction result.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that after the target query information of the user for the elevator service is obtained and before the target associated information corresponding to the target query information is determined; the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring target identity information of the user;
determining target query authority corresponding to the target identity information according to a preset mapping relation between the identity information and the query authority;
determining a target query information set corresponding to the target query authority according to a preset mapping relation between the query authority and the query information;
and when the target query information exists in the target query information set, executing the step of determining the target associated information corresponding to the target query information.
6. An intelligent inquiry device for elevator service, which is applied to electronic equipment, and comprises: an acquisition unit, a determination unit and a presentation unit, wherein,
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring target query information of a user for elevator service;
the determining unit is used for determining target associated information corresponding to the target query information;
the display unit is used for displaying the target associated information.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein, in the determining target association information corresponding to the target query information, the determining unit is specifically configured to:
extracting keywords from the target query information to obtain at least one keyword;
determining a target information storage identifier corresponding to the at least one keyword according to a preset mapping relation between the keyword and the information storage identifier;
and searching a preset database of the elevator service according to the target information storage identifier to obtain the target associated information.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein, in the aspect of displaying the object association information, the displaying unit is specifically configured to:
acquiring target project information and target planning information of a target area;
determining reference associated information corresponding to the target area in the target associated information;
displaying the reference associated information on an electronic map corresponding to the target area according to a first display parameter;
displaying the target project information and the target planning information on the electronic map by using a second display parameter;
determining target radiation parameters according to the target project information and the target planning information, wherein the target radiation parameters comprise radiation direction and radiation rate;
and updating the radiation area corresponding to the reference associated information on the electronic map according to the target radiation parameter.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory for storing one or more programs and configured for execution by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
