And S3, when the terminal acquires the information filled by the user aiming at the first item, displaying a second item in the form of chat conversation in the form filling area. For example, as shown in fig. 9A, the questioning information input by the user may be "why the public deposit is needed, and the target response information matched by the terminal in the pre-configured response information database may be" because i am needing your public deposit for verification of XXXXXX ". At this time, as shown in fig. 9B, the terminal may send a fourth initial prompt message "ask for where your public deposit is paid at the end? "replace with target response message" because my row needs your public deposit for verification of XXXXXXX ". The target response message is used to assist the user in filling out the second entry.
And S5, the terminal acquires the form filling information aiming at the first table item, the form filling information aiming at the second table item and the form to be filled, and generates a target form for the user to apply for loan consumption from the bank. At this time, the terminal completes the first step of applying for the loan transaction for consumption, fills in the basic information, and displays it in the form filling area. The terminal can perform other steps such as identity verification and credit line checking based on the generated target form.

a target response information determining module 502, configured to determine target response information in response to a user question asking operation, and display the target response information in a prompt area, where the target response information is used to assist in filling in a form to be filled;
and a target form generating module 503, configured to obtain the form filling information, and generate a target form according to the form filling information and the form to be filled.
In one embodiment, the target response information determining module includes:
the questioning information acquisition unit is used for responding to the questioning operation of the user and acquiring questioning information filled in by the user;
and the display unit is used for determining target response information corresponding to the question information and displaying the question information and the target response information in a chat conversation mode in the prompt area.

In one embodiment, the form to be filled out comprises a plurality of entries; a first table entry in the plurality of table entries is displayed in the form filling area;
the target form generation module includes:
a first obtaining unit configured to obtain form filling information for the first entry;
a second obtaining unit, configured to display a second entry on the form filling interface according to a pre-configured form filling flow if the form filling information for the first entry conforms to a preset filling format until the form filling information for the multiple entries is obtained;
and the generating unit is used for generating a target form according to the acquired form filling information aiming at the plurality of table items and the form to be filled.
In one embodiment, the form filling interface further includes an area for displaying the business progress corresponding to the target form; the prompt area is also used for displaying a preset virtual image.
For specific limitations of the form generation apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the form generation method, which are not described herein again. The various modules in the form generation apparatus described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing relevant data for generating the target form. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a form generation method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes in the form generation method for implementing the embodiments described above may be implemented by instructing the relevant hardware through a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the computer program may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (11)
1. A form generation method, comprising:
displaying a form filling interface; the form filling interface comprises a form filling area and a prompt area, and the form filling area is used for displaying a form to be filled;
responding to a user question asking operation, determining target response information, and displaying the target response information in the prompt area, wherein the target response information is used for assisting in filling the form to be filled;
and acquiring form filling information, and generating a target form according to the form filling information and the form to be filled.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining target response information in response to a user question asking operation and displaying the target response information in the prompt area comprises:
responding to the user question operation, and acquiring question information filled by the user;
and determining target response information corresponding to the question information, and displaying the question information and the target response information in a chat conversation mode in the prompt area.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and responding to the voice playing operation of the user, and playing the voice information corresponding to the target response information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein a prompt area of the form filling interface contains initial prompt information corresponding to the form to be filled;
the displaying the target response information in the prompt area includes:
and replacing the initial prompt information in the prompt area with the target response information and displaying the initial prompt information.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and responding to the voice playing operation of the user, and playing the voice information corresponding to the initial prompt information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining target response information in response to a user question asking operation and displaying the target response information in the prompt area comprises:
responding to a question operation of a user, and acquiring question text information filled by the user;
determining target response information matched with the question text information in a pre-configured response information database;
and displaying the target response information in the prompt area.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the form to be filled out comprises a plurality of entries; a first table entry in the plurality of table entries is displayed in the form filling area;
the obtaining of the form filling information and the generating of the target form according to the form filling information and the form to be filled comprise:
acquiring form filling information aiming at the first table entry;
if the form filling information for the first table entry conforms to a preset filling format, displaying a second table entry on the form filling interface according to a preset form filling flow until the form filling information for the plurality of table entries is obtained;
and generating a target form according to the acquired form filling information aiming at the plurality of table items and the form to be filled.
8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the form filling interface further comprises an area for displaying the corresponding business progress of the target form; the prompt area is also used for displaying a preset virtual image.
9. A form generation apparatus, comprising:
the display module is used for displaying a form filling interface; the form filling interface comprises a form filling area and a prompt area, and the form filling area is used for displaying a form to be filled;
the target response information determining module is used for responding to a user question asking operation, determining target response information and displaying the target response information in the prompt area, wherein the target response information is used for assisting in filling the form to be filled;
and the target form generation module is used for acquiring form filling information and generating a target form according to the form filling information and the form to be filled.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
