Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, a lighting test system 200 is provided, and the lighting test system 200 is used for conducting with a circuit board in a display module to light the display module. The lighting test system 200 includes a lighting test fixture 100 and a control device, the lighting test fixture 100 is used for carrying the display module, and the control device is used for electrically connecting with the lighting control fixture, supplying power to the lighting test fixture 100 and transmitting the display signal.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the lighting test fixture 100 includes a base 10 and a press-contact member 30, the press-contact member 30 is rotatably connected to the base 10, the press-contact member 30 rotates relative to the base 10 around a first axis, and the press-contact member 30 has a contact position where it is combined with the display module on the base 10 and a separation position where it is separated from the display module during the rotation. Specifically, the display module includes a display panel and a circuit board bound with the display panel, and the crimping member 30 is used for crimping or separating from the circuit board in the display module. In addition, the crimping piece 30 is electrically connected with the control device, when the crimping piece 30 moves to the contact position and the crimping piece 30 is crimped with the display module, the control device transmits an electric signal to the display module through the crimping piece 30 so as to electrify and light the display module; when the press-connection member 30 moves to the separated position, the display module is turned off and the screen is turned off when the press-connection member 30 is separated from the display module.
In some embodiments, the lighting test fixture 100 further includes a heat-resistant plug assembly 50, the heat-resistant plug assembly 50 includes a sensor 52 and a limiter 54, the limiter 54 is movably disposed relative to the base 10, and the limiter 54 has a limiting state and an unlocking state. When the limiting member 54 is in the limiting state, the crimping member 30 at the contact position is locked, and the crimping member 30 at the contact position is blocked from being switched to the separation position; when the stopper 54 is in the unlocked state, the crimp member 30 is released, allowing the crimp member 30 at the contact position to be switched to the separation position. The sensing element 52 is arranged on the base 10, and the sensing element 52 generates an energizing signal in response to the limiting element 54 switching to the limiting state, and the energizing signal is used for controlling the crimping element 30 to be energized; the sensing member 52 generates a power-off signal for controlling the power-off of the crimping member 30 in response to the stopper member 54 being switched to the unlocking state. That is, the sensing element 52 sends out a power-off signal when the limiting element 54 is in the unlocking state to power off the crimping element 30, and the sensing element 52 sends out a power-on signal when the limiting element 54 is in the limiting state to power on the crimping element 30.
When the lighting test is performed, the circuit board of the display module is placed on the base 10, then the pressing member 30 is pressed down, and the pressing member 30 is switched from the separated position to the contact position, so that the pressing member 30 is pressed against the display module. Then, the limiting member 54 in the hot plug assembly 50 is switched from the unlocking state to the limiting state, and the sensing member 52 senses the limiting state of the limiting member 54 and then sends out a power-on signal, so that the control device powers on the crimping member 30, and the display module powers on for displaying. Meanwhile, the limiting member 54 switched to the limiting state blocks the crimping member 30 at the contact position, and the limited crimping member 30 cannot be freely switched to the separation position at this time, so that the crimping member 30 cannot be directly opened to cause hot plug in the process of power-on display detection. After the lighting test is finished, the operator switches the limiting member 54 from the limiting state to the unlocking state, and the sensing member 52 senses that the limiting member 54 is in the unlocking state, and sends a power-off signal, so that the crimping member 30 is powered off first. After that, the crimping piece 30 that no longer receives blockking can switch to the isolated position by the contact position, and crimping piece 30 separates with the display module group under the circumstances of outage, and display module group is inside can not receive heavy current and assault, prevents that display module group from being damaged. Therefore, the limit piece 54 blocks the crimping piece 30 in the power-on state from being switched to the separation position, so that the hot plug of the crimping piece 30 is prevented, and the display module is protected.
Further, the control device is connected with the sensor 52 in a communication manner, and the control device powers on the crimping piece 30 when receiving the power-on signal, so that the crimping piece 30 transmits a display signal to the display module to perform a display test. When the control device receives the power-off signal, the press-connection piece 30 is controlled to be powered off, so that the press-connection piece 30 is not powered on any more, the interior of the display module is powered off, the press-connection piece 30 is opened at the moment, the hot plug of the press-connection piece 30 can be prevented, and the display module can be protected.
In some embodiments, the crimp member 30 includes a mating end 32 and a crimping end 34 that are coupled to each other, the mating end 32 being rotatably coupled to the base 10 about a first axis, such that the crimp member 30 is rotatably disposed on the base 10 about the first axis. In addition, the crimping end 34 is rotated about the first axis in a direction to approach and separate from the base 10, and the crimping member 30 is switched between the contact position and the separation position. When the crimping end 34 rotates towards the direction close to the base 10, the crimping end can be crimped with the display module on the base 10, and the crimping piece 30 is in a contact position; when the crimp end 34 is rotated in a direction away from the base 10, the crimp end 34 is separated from the display module on the base 10, and the crimp member 30 is switched to the separated position.
Further, the limiting member 54 comprises a first end 55 and a second end 56 connected to each other, the first end 55 is rotatably connected to the base 10 about a second axis, so that the limiting member 54 is rotatably disposed on the base 10 about the second axis. The second end 56 rotates around the second axis in a direction approaching and moving away from the base 10, and switches the position-limiting member 54 between the position-limiting state and the unlocking state. When the second end 56 rotates around the second axis to approach the base 10, the second end 56 may abut against the pressing member 30 at the contact position on the base 10, so that the limiting member 54 is switched to the limiting state. When the second end 56 rotates around the second axis away from the base 10, the second end 56 rotates to be separated from the base 10, so that the second end 56 no longer abuts against the crimping member 30 on the base 10, the limit of the crimping member 30 is cancelled, the limiting member 54 is switched to the unlocking state, and the crimping member 30 is allowed to be switched to the separation position. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the limiting member 54 may also be slidably disposed relative to the base 10, and the moving manner of the limiting member 54 is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the base 10 has a sensing region; when the position-limiting element 54 is in the position-limiting state, the orthographic projection area of the second end 56 of the position-limiting element 54 on the base 10 completely overlaps with the sensing area. The second end 56 is provided with a magnetic member, the sensing member 52 is disposed in the sensing region, the sensing member 52 is configured to generate a power-on signal in response to activation of the magnetic member, and the sensing member 52 is further configured to generate a power-off signal when the sensing member 52 is not activated by the magnetic member. The sensing member 52 is disposed in the sensing region of the base 10 with the sensing member 52 facing the second end 56. Thus, when the limiting member 54 is switched to the limiting state, the second end 56 rotates toward the base 10, the distance between the magnetic member and the sensing member 52 decreases, the sensing member 52 can sense the magnetic member on the second end 56, and the sensing member 52 is triggered by the magnetic member to generate the power-on signal, so that the pressing member 30 and the display module are powered on. When the second end 56 is switched to the unlocking state, the second end 56 rotates away from the base 10, the distance between the magnetic member and the sensing member 52 increases, the sensing member 52 cannot sense the magnetic member on the second end 56, and the sensing member 52 generates and sends a power-off signal, so that the pressure welding member 30 and the display module are powered off.
In some embodiments, when the limiting member 54 is in the limiting state, the second end 56 abuts against the pressing member 30 in the contact position, and the second end 56 is located on a side of the pressing member 30 facing away from the base 10, so that the second end 56 presses on the pressing member 30, the pressing member 30 is prevented from rotating in a direction away from the base 10, the pressing member 30 is prevented from being switched from the contact position to the separation position, and the pressing member 30 is prevented from being suddenly opened when being electrically pressed with the display module to cause hot plug. In this way, the retaining member 54 can directly press against the crimp member 30, blocking the crimp member 30 from rotating open.
In other embodiments, the lighting test fixture 100 further includes a buckle 70, the buckle 70 is disposed on the base 10, and the buckle 70 has a clamping state and a releasing state. When the clip 70 is in the clamping state, the clip 70 abuts against the crimping member 30 at the contact position and applies a clamping force toward the base 10, so that the crimping member 30 is clamped by cooperation of the clip 70 and the base 10, and the crimping member 30 at the contact position is limited. When the catch 70 is in the release state, the crimp member 30 is switched to the separation position, the catch 70 is separated from the crimp member 30, the catch 70 is no longer in contact with the crimp member 30, and the catch 70 no longer limits the crimp member 30.
Further, the limiting member 54 in the limiting state abuts against the buckle 70 in the clamping state, and blocks the buckle 70 from being switched from the clamping state to the releasing state; the stopper 54 in the unlocked state is separated from the catch 70, allowing the catch 70 to be switched between the catching state and the releasing state. When testing the display module, put the circuit board of display module on base 10 earlier, then press down crimping piece 30, make crimping piece 30 switch to the contact position from the separation position, crimping piece 30 and display module crimping. Meanwhile, the crimp member 30 switched to the contact position enters the catching space of the catch 70, and the catch 70 applies a restraining force to the crimp member 30 toward the base 10, so that the crimp member 30 is reliably held at the contact position. Finally, the limiting member 54 is switched from the unlocking state to the limiting position, so that the limiting member 54 abuts against the buckle 70, the buckle 70 is prevented from being switched from the clamping state to the releasing state, the buckle 70 cannot move, the compression joint member 30 clamped by the buckle 70 is kept at the contact position, the compression joint member 30 is prevented from being switched to the separation position, and the compression joint member 30 is prevented from being hot-plugged in the test process. After the power failure is detected, the limiting member 54 is switched from the limiting state to the unlocking state, the limiting member 54 is separated from the buckle 70, the buckle 70 is allowed to move to the releasing state, and the crimping member 30 is allowed to be switched to the separation position.
In some embodiments, the catch 70 is rotatably disposed on the base 10 about a third axis, and the catch 70 includes a catch 72; the catch 72 rotates about the third axis in a direction to approach and separate from the base 10 until the catch 72 abuts on or separates from the crimp member 30 at the contact position. That is, when the buckle 70 is rotated about the third axis, it is possible to rotate until the catch 72 abuts against the crimp member 30 at the contact position, and also to rotate until the catch 72 is separated from the crimp member 30 at the contact position, so that the buckle 70 can hold the crimp member 30 with the base 10, while allowing the crimp member 30 to be opened movably when the buckle 70 is rotated to be separated from the crimp member 30.
Further, when the buckle 70 is in the retaining state and the limiting member 54 is in the limiting state, the retaining portion 72 applies a retaining force to the crimping member 30 in the card slot. Meanwhile, the limiting member 54 blocks the rotation path of the holding portion 72 rotating away from the crimping member 30, so that the holding portion 72 is blocked from rotating away from the crimping member 30, the buckle 70 is prevented from releasing the crimping member 30, and the crimping member 30 is prevented from rotating to switch to the separation position.
Specifically, when the holding portion 72 holds the crimp member 30 at the contact position, a surface of the holding portion 72 facing away from the crimp member 30 is an action surface 73. The limiting piece 54 in the limiting state is blocked at one side of the clamping part 72, which is provided with an acting surface 73; when the retaining part 72 rotates away from the compression joint member 30, the acting surface 73 of the retaining part 72 is blocked by the limiting part 54, so that the retaining part 72 is blocked from rotating away from the compression joint member 30, the buckle 70 is prevented from being opened, and the compression joint member 30 is prevented from being opened by mistake to cause hot plug. Alternatively, the stopper 54 in the stopper state abuts against the action surface 73, and applies a pressing force toward the crimping member 30 to the action surface 73, so that the clip is prevented from rotating in a direction away from the crimping member 30, and the clip 70 is prevented from being opened by mistake to release the crimping member 30, thereby locking the crimping member 30 at the crimping position.
Further, the buckle 70 further includes an operating portion 74, and the operating portion 74 is disposed on the holding portion 72 in a protruding manner, so that an operator can apply an operating force to the buckle 70 conveniently, and the operator can switch the state of the buckle 70 by rotating the buckle 70 conveniently.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first axis is parallel to the third axis, the buckle 70 can hold the pressing end 34 of the pressing member 30, and the second axis is perpendicular to the first axis, so that the limiting member 54 is perpendicular to the pressing member 30, and the limiting can be achieved in a small space.
In some embodiments, the lighting test fixture 100 further includes a pre-pressing member 80, the pre-pressing member 80 is rotatably disposed on the base 10, and before the pressing member 30 is pressed down, the circuit board can be pressed down and fixed by the pre-pressing member 80 to pre-press and limit the circuit board, so as to ensure that the pressing member 30 can be pressed against the circuit board effectively.
In some embodiments, the lighting test system 200 further includes a support 210, the support 210 includes a first support portion 211 and a second support portion 212 rotatably connected to each other, the lighting test fixture 100 is disposed on the first support portion 211, the base 10 disposed on the first support portion 211 is used for carrying a circuit board in a display module, and the second support portion 212 is used for carrying a display panel in the display module. And, when the circuit board is bent with respect to the display panel, an included angle between the first supporting portion 211 and the second supporting portion 212 may be adjusted to be adapted to support the bent circuit board.
Based on the same concept, in an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided the lighting test fixture 100, wherein the lighting test fixture 100 includes the heat-proof plug assembly 50, which can prevent the pressing member 30 from separating from the display module in the power-on state, prevent the display module from being damaged due to large current impact, and protect the display module.
