A method of using the TMB tunnel belt conveyor support device of claim 1, characterized in that: when the TMB heading machine is in an open mode, the supporting rollers (105) in the first supporting device (1) are attached to and supported by the outer side edges of the inclined sections (401) of the belt conveyor (4), and the horizontal sections (402) of the belt conveyor (4) are supported by the supporting rollers (203) with corresponding heights in the second supporting device (2);
when the TMB heading machine is in the EPB mode, the supporting rollers (105) in the first supporting device (1) are attached to and supported by the outer side edges of the spiral conveyor (5), the end parts of the oil cylinders (107) on the two sides of the first mounting frame (103) are connected through a transverse supporting element, the transverse supporting element is fixedly arranged on one end part of an inclined section (401) of the belt conveyor (4), and the other end of the inclined section (401) is supported by a supporting roller (203) with the corresponding height in the second supporting device (2).
