Detailed Description
The monitoring circuit and the intelligent guardrail upright rod provided by the invention are further described in detail with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments. The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent in conjunction with the following description. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
Example one
The present embodiment provides a monitoring circuit, which, as shown in fig. 6, includes a power supply 10, a first circuit 20, and a second circuit 30. The first circuit 20 comprises a circuit switch 21, a resistor 22 and the reed switch 5 which are sequentially connected in series; the second circuit comprises an alarm 7 and a triode 31. The second circuit is used for enabling the alarm 7 to send out warning information when the circuit switch 21 of the first circuit 20 is closed and the magnetic reed switch 5 is opened. The power supply 10 supplies power to a first circuit 20 and a second circuit. The magnetic reed switch is a normally open switch and is closed when the magnet is close to the magnetic reed switch.
The specific connection mode of the monitoring circuit is as follows: the positive pole of the power supply 10 is connected with the first end of the first circuit 20, and the second end of the first circuit 20 is connected with the negative pole of the power supply 10; the first circuit 20 comprises a plurality of reed switches 5 on the same vertical rod 2, and the reed switches 5 are sequentially connected in series; the first end of the alarm 7 of the second circuit is connected with the first end of the resistor 22, the second end of the alarm 7 is connected with the collector of the triode 31, the base of the triode 31 is connected with the second end of the resistor 22, and the emitter of the triode 31 is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply 10. It can be seen that the first circuit 20 is a control circuit for controlling whether the second circuit is in operation, i.e. whether the alarm 7 is in operation.
It should be noted that the transistor 31 includes a base, a collector, and an emitter, and in this embodiment, the transistor 31 performs two functions of amplifying current and switching. As shown in fig. 6, when the circuit switch 21 and the two reed switches 5 are closed, the current passes through the resistor 22 and the reed switches 5, the voltage at the base of the transistor 31 is low (usually, the voltage difference between the base and the emitter is less than 0.6V), the transistor 31 is in an off state, the current passing through the base is 0, and therefore, the current passing through the collector and the emitter is also 0, and the alarm 7 does not operate. When the circuit switch 21 is closed and only one of the two reed switches 5 is opened, the base electrode is high voltage, the triode 31 is in an open state, the base electrode of the triode 31 has current, the emitter electrode and the collector electrode of the triode 31 have current to flow through, and the alarm 7 gives an alarm. Of course, the circuit is only a circuit diagram that the reed switch 5 is a normally open switch, and when the reed switch 5 is a normally closed switch, the alarm 7 can be directly connected in parallel with all the reed switches 5 connected in series, and at this time, the triode 31 does not need to be arranged.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the second circuit 30 further includes an emitter 8, the alarm device is an audible and visual alarm 7', a first end of the emitter 8 is connected to a first end of the audible and visual alarm 7', and a second end of the emitter 30 is connected to a second end of the audible and visual alarm 7 '. The audible and visual alarm 7' comprises a light emitting diode and a buzzer which are connected in parallel. In the case of a closed circuit switch 21 of the first circuit 20 and an open reed switch 5, the alarm 7 emits an alarm message and the transmitter emits a wireless signal. The transmitter 8 is used for sending the information of discernment pole setting, for example, transmitter 8 itself has only serial number, numbers pole setting 2, makes pole setting 2 serial number correspond with 8 serial numbers of transmitter, and the information accessible server or handheld terminal receipt of transmitter transmission to the pole carries out quick discernment, knows that the reed switch of which pole setting is in off-state.
Example two
This embodiment provides an intelligence guardrail pole setting, and intelligence guardrail is usually as protector at construction site for enclose specific area and close, prevent that other personnel from getting into. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the intelligent guardrail comprises a guardrail panel 1 and a vertical rod 2. The vertical rod in this embodiment comprises the monitoring circuit in the first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a connecting sleeve 6 is disposed on a side portion of the vertical rod 2, a magnetic reed switch 5 is disposed at the connecting sleeve 6, the magnetic reed switch 5 is a normally open switch and is in an open state in an initial state, when a magnet is close to the magnetic reed switch, for example, when the distance from the magnetic reed switch 5 is 10cm, the magnetic reed switch 5 is closed, and when the magnet is far from the magnetic reed switch 5, the magnetic reed switch 5 returns to the open state. An alarm 7 is arranged on the vertical rod 2; when the magnetic reed switch 5 is switched off, the alarm 7 gives an alarm, and the alarm 7 can give an alarm by sound, light or sound and light.
In the use process, the upright stanchion is used with a guardrail panel in a matching way, for example, two connecting pins 4 with downward plugs are arranged on two sides of the guardrail panel 1, and of course, 3, 4 or 1 connecting pins can be arranged on each side, and are usually set to 2, the end part of each connecting pin 4 on each side is provided with a magnet 3, and when 2 or more connecting pins 4 on each side of the upright stanchion 2 are provided, at least one end part of each connecting pin 4 is provided with a magnet 3. Magnet 3 and magnetic reed switch 5 cooperation are used for connecting between monitoring guardrail panel and the pole setting normally. When the connecting bolt 4 with the magnet 3 is inserted into the connecting sleeve 6 provided with the magnetic reed switch 5, the magnetic reed switch 5 is closed, the alarm 7 does not work, when the connecting bolt 4 is pulled out of the connecting sleeve 6, the magnet 3 is far away from the magnetic reed switch 5, the magnetic reed switch 5 is disconnected, and the alarm 7 gives out sound or/and light for alarming. Therefore, the intelligent guardrail can monitor the connection condition of the guardrail panel 1 and the upright rod 2 on a construction site, and prevent field personnel from detaching the guardrail panel 1 to enter the area enclosed by the intelligent guardrail.
In order to save costs, a plurality of reed switches 5 can share one alarm 7. However, if two uprights 2 share one alarm 7, the lines need to be connected between the uprights 2, which reduces the construction efficiency and is not beneficial to distinguishing which upright 2 has a problem. Preferably, the reed switches 5 on two sides of the same vertical rod 2 share one alarm 7, the alarm 7 is arranged at the top of the vertical rod 2, the power supply 10 is arranged in the vertical rod 2, and each vertical rod 2 has an independent circuit.
By way of example, the power supply, the circuit switch, the resistor and the triode are packaged in a shell, and a circuit switch button is arranged on the surface of the shell; the shell is arranged inside the upright stanchion, and the alarm is arranged at the top or the side part of the upright stanchion; or the shell is arranged on the side part of the upright rod, and the alarm is arranged on the shell.
As a preferred embodiment, the vertical rod is further provided with a transmitter 8, and the connection mode of the transmitter in the monitoring circuit refers to the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
