Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile electrophoretic coating, in particular to an electrophoretic paint recovery device. The device comprises an electrophoresis tank, an ultrafiltrate first tank, an ultrafiltrate second tank, an electric pump I and an electric pump II which are arranged side by side, wherein the electric pump I is used for spraying and flushing a part of tank liquor in the ultrafiltrate first tank and a part of tank liquor in the ultrafiltrate first tank; the second electric pump is used for spraying and flushing the tank liquor in the second ultrafiltrate tank; the ultrafiltrate first tank and the ultrafiltrate second tank are communicated through a pipeline, and tank liquor in the ultrafiltrate second tank can enter the ultrafiltrate first tank under the action of liquid level difference; the electrophoresis tank and the ultrafiltrate two tanks are communicated with an ultrafiltration system through pipelines; and a flowmeter is arranged on a pipeline of the electric pump I, which is communicated with the electrophoresis tank, and a pipeline of the ultrafiltrate two-tank, which is communicated with the ultrafiltration system. The device can maintain the liquid level balance without adopting a liquid level ball valve and an electric valve, and can effectively reduce equipment faults.

Background
In the automobile production process, the electrophoretic coating is an important part in the coating process, has the advantages of high construction speed, automatic production, safety, environmental protection, good paint film quality and the like, can be used for coating automobile bodies, frames and the like with complex shapes, provides good corrosion resistance for the whole automobile, and ensures the service life of the automobile.
The existing liquid level control method in the system is to automatically control the liquid level in the ultrafiltration liquid tank after electrophoresis through an electric valve and a floating ball liquid level meter, when the liquid level in the ultrafiltration liquid tank is at an upper liquid level, the electric valve is automatically opened, the tank liquid of the ultrafiltration liquid tank is transferred into the electrophoresis tank through a circulating pump, and when the liquid level in the ultrafiltration liquid tank is at a lower liquid level, the electric valve of the liquid level is automatically closed.
However, in actual work, the problems that the electrophoretic paint cannot be recovered normally, the electrophoretic tank liquid is unstable, and the liquid levels of the ultrafiltrate first tank and the ultrafiltrate second tank are unbalanced are often caused because the electric valve and the liquid level control meter are easy to break down.

Specifically, one end of the first electric pump is communicated with the tank body of the ultrafiltrate first tank, and the other end of the first electric pump is respectively communicated with the spraying devices on the ultrafiltrate first tank and the electrophoresis tank through a tee joint.
Preferably, the electrophoresis tank comprises an electrophoresis main tank and an electrophoresis auxiliary tank which are communicated with each other, and the spraying device is arranged above the electrophoresis auxiliary tank; the electrophoresis main tank is communicated with the ultrafiltration system through a pipeline, and the electric pump I is communicated with the spraying device.
Specifically, one end of the second electric pump is communicated with the tank body of the second ultrafiltrate tank, and the other end of the second electric pump is communicated with the spraying device on the second ultrafiltrate tank.
Preferably, the filter is arranged on the pipeline communicated with the electric pump I and the electric pump II.
According to the electrophoretic paint recovery device provided by the invention, the first ultrafiltrate tank and the second ultrafiltrate tank are arranged in a mode of maintaining liquid level balance through liquid level difference, meanwhile, the first ultrafiltrate tank is communicated with the spraying device on the electrophoresis auxiliary tank, and the liquid level balance in the spraying operation process is realized through the two flow meters, so that a liquid level ball valve and an electric valve are not needed, equipment faults are reduced, and long-term and efficient operation of spraying operation can be effectively maintained.

As shown in fig. 1, the electrophoretic paint recovery device comprises an electrophoresis tank, an ultrafiltrate first tank 3, an ultrafiltrate second tank 4, an electric pump 7 and an electric pump second 8 which are arranged side by side, wherein the electric pump 7 is used for spraying and flushing a part of tank liquor in the ultrafiltrate first tank 3 by a self spraying device and a part of tank liquor is used for spraying and flushing the electrophoresis tank spraying device; the second electric pump 8 is used for using the tank liquor in the second ultrafiltrate tank 4 for spraying and flushing of the self-spraying device; the tank liquor in the ultrafiltrate first tank 3 and the ultrafiltrate second tank 4 can enter the ultrafiltrate first tank 3 under the action of the liquid level difference, so that the balance of the tank liquor in the ultrafiltrate first tank 3 and the ultrafiltrate second tank 4 is maintained.
The electrophoresis tank and the ultrafiltrate two tanks 4 are communicated with an ultrafiltration system through pipelines, and specifically: the ultrafiltrate second tank 4 is communicated with an ultrafiltration system through a pipeline 5, the electrophoresis tank is communicated with the ultrafiltration system through a pipeline 6, and the ultrafiltration system directly supplies fresh ultrafiltrate to the electrophoresis tank and the ultrafiltrate second tank 4.
The pipeline of the electric pump I7 communicated with the electrophoresis tank and the pipeline of the ultrafiltrate II tank 4 communicated with the ultrafiltration system are respectively provided with a flowmeter 10 for maintaining the balance of the tank liquid in each tank in the whole coating operation process.
Specifically, one end of the electric pump I7 is communicated with the tank body on the ultrafiltrate I tank 3, and the other end is respectively communicated with the ultrafiltrate I tank 3 and the spraying device on the electrophoresis tank through a tee joint.
In one embodiment of the invention, the electrophoresis tank comprises a main electrophoresis tank 1 and an auxiliary electrophoresis tank 2 which are communicated with each other, and a spraying device is arranged above the auxiliary electrophoresis tank 2; the electrophoresis main tank 1 is communicated with an ultrafiltration system through a pipeline 6, and the electric pump I7 is communicated with a spraying device.
One end of the second electric pump 8 is communicated with the tank body of the second ultrafiltrate tank 4, and the other end is communicated with a spraying device on the second ultrafiltrate tank 4.

When the electrophoresis line is produced, ultrafiltrate generated by the ultrafiltration system enters an ultrafiltrate two-tank 4 through a pipeline 5 and can enter an ultrafiltrate one-tank 3 under the action of liquid level difference, one part of tank liquid in the ultrafiltrate one-tank 3 is used for flushing a spraying device of the ultrafiltrate one-tank 3, and the other part of tank liquid is used for flushing a spraying device on an electrophoresis auxiliary tank 2, and the flow rates of a flowmeter 10 on a communicating pipeline of an electric pump 7 and the electrophoresis auxiliary tank 2 and a flow rate of a flowmeter 10 on a communicating pipeline of the ultrafiltrate two-tank 4 and the ultrafiltration system are kept consistent, so that the liquid level balance of the ultrafiltrate one-tank 3, the ultrafiltrate two-tank 4 and the electrophoresis tank is maintained; when the electrophoresis line is not produced, ultrafiltrate generated by the ultrafiltration system directly enters the electrophoresis main tank 1 through the pipeline 6.

the ultrafiltrate first tank (3) and the ultrafiltrate second tank (4) are communicated through a pipeline, and tank liquid in the ultrafiltrate second tank (4) can enter the ultrafiltrate first tank (3) under the action of liquid level difference;
the electrophoresis tank and the ultrafiltrate two tanks (4) are communicated with an ultrafiltration system through pipelines;
and a flowmeter (10) is arranged on a pipeline of the electric pump I (7) communicated with the electrophoresis tank and a pipeline of the ultrafiltrate II tank (4) communicated with the ultrafiltration system.
