The conventional liquid level control method in the system is to automatically control the liquid level in the first ultrafiltrate tank after electrophoresis through an electric valve and a floating ball liquid level meter, the electric valve is automatically opened when the liquid level in the first ultrafiltrate tank is at an upper liquid level, the tank liquid is transferred into the electrophoresis tank through a circulating pump, and the electric valve of the liquid level is automatically closed when the liquid level in the first ultrafiltrate tank is at a lower liquid level.
However, in actual work, problems that the electrophoretic paint cannot be normally recycled, the electrophoresis tank liquid is unstable, and the liquid levels of the first ultrafiltrate tank and the second ultrafiltrate tank are unbalanced are often caused because the electric valve and the liquid level control meter are easy to break down.
