Claims (8)

1. A slag ladle car is characterized by comprising:
the vehicle body is provided with a material conveying port;

the cover frame is arranged on the vehicle body, is positioned above the material conveying and discharging position and is used for covering the upper end of the slag storage bag, a concave cavity is formed in the end face, positioned above the slag storage bag, of the cover frame, a threading hole is formed in the upper end of the cover frame, and the threading hole is communicated with the concave cavity;
the winding roller is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the cover frame, and a first clamping part is arranged on the winding roller;
the rope body is wound on the winding roller, and one end of the rope body penetrates through the threading hole to enter the concave cavity;
the scraping plate is arranged in the concave cavity and connected with the rope body, the scraping plate is matched with the bag cavity of the slag storage bag, and the scraping plate is used for scraping the inner wall of the slag storage bag;
the driving assembly is provided with a second clamping part which is used for being clamped with the first clamping part, and the second clamping part can be rotationally clamped into or separated from the first clamping part;
when the second clamping part is separated from the first clamping part, the scraper falls under the action of gravity and scrapes off the inner wall of the slag storage bag; when the second clamping part is clamped with the first clamping part, the driving assembly drives the winding roller to rotate, so that the scraper is accommodated in the concave cavity;
the first clamping portion is a clamping wheel, the clamping wheel is coaxially connected with the winding roller, a plurality of clamping teeth are arranged on the clamping wheel along the circumferential direction, the second clamping portion is a shifting clamp, and the shifting clamp is rotatably clamped between two adjacent clamping teeth;
the driving assembly further comprises a driving part, a turntable, an electromagnet and a limiting plate, the turntable is connected with the driving part, and the shifting card is rotatably arranged on the turntable; the electromagnet is arranged on the rotary table, is positioned at one side of the shifting card and is used for adsorbing the shifting card to rotate and disengage from the clamping teeth or pushing the shifting card to rotate and insert into the clamping teeth; and the limiting plate is arranged on the rotary disc, is positioned at the other side of the shifting card and is used for limiting the excessive rotation of the shifting card when the shifting card is inserted between the clamping teeth.

The ladle car of claim 1, wherein the drive assembly further comprises a buffer spring, one end of the buffer spring is connected with the shifting block, the other end of the buffer spring is connected with the turntable, and the buffer spring is used for blocking the shifting block from impacting the electromagnet.

The slag ladle vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a mounting plate is arranged on the side wall of the slag ladle, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the mounting plate, a cylinder rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the sealing cover, and the hydraulic cylinder is used for pushing the sealing cover to slide to open and close.

The slag ladle vehicle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the slag storage ladle is of a cuboid structure, a square first slot is formed in the bottom surface of the slag storage ladle, a pushing spring is arranged in the first slot, one end of the pushing spring is connected with the slag storage ladle, the other end of the pushing spring is connected with a square inserting plate, a square second groove is formed in the sealing cover, and the pushing spring is used for pushing the inserting plate to be inserted into the second groove.
