1. An paratrooper rescue at sea system, comprising:
a diving garment assembly, comprising: diving suits, diving shoes, diving gloves, diving headgear, diving goggles and breathing tubes;
the buoyancy vest is sleeved on the outer surface of the diving suit and used for providing buoyancy, the buoyancy vest consists of sponge attaching cloth on the inner layer and the outer layer and buoyancy sponge on the middle layer, the front surface of the buoyancy vest body is provided with a quick zipper and a safe insert buckle design, and the back of the buoyancy vest is provided with an embedded groove matched with an umbrella bag of an paratrooper; and
a walkable flipper comprising: the diving shoes comprise half-foot-wrapped shoe covers matched with the diving shoes, web wing assemblies hinged on the shoe covers through elastic torsion springs, and elastic connecting assemblies for connecting the shoe covers and the web wing assemblies;
the elastic torsion spring generates an elastic acting force which rotates towards the direction away from the shoe cover all the time on the web wing assembly, and the elastic acting force enables the elastic connecting assembly to be in a tense state all the time;
the web wing assembly is inclined upward relative to the shoe cover by the elastic connecting assembly.
2. The paratrooper rescue at sea system of claim 1, wherein the walking flipper further comprises: and the fixing belt assemblies are hinged with the two side ends of the shoe cover.
3. The paratrooper rescue offshore system of claim 2, wherein the harness assembly comprises: a webbed-foot quick-release buckle connected with one side end of the shoe cover and a webbed-foot fixing band connected with the webbed-foot quick-release buckle and the other side end of the shoe cover.

The paratrooper rescue offshore system of claim 1, wherein the resilient connection assembly comprises: one end of the connecting piece is connected with the web wing assembly, and the connecting bayonet is arranged at the front end of the shoe cover and is sleeved with the rubber connecting band.
5. The paratrooper rescue at sea system according to claim 4, characterized in that the rubber connecting band is provided with a quick release ring for the human fingers to pass through.
6. Paratrooper rescue system according to claim 5, characterized in that the diving suit is provided with a wear layer at its corresponding knees, elbows, buttocks.

8. The paratrooper rescue offshore system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: and the emergency respirator component is fixed on the buoyancy vest and is used for providing underwater emergency breathing for paratroopers.
9. The paratrooper rescue offshore system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: and the multifunctional cutter is fixed on the diving suit component.
